I've been trying to access my account for hours and hours, and the app prompts me to update through the play store. *THERE'S NO UPDATE AVAILABLE AND I CAN'T DO ANY ONLINE BANKING OR CHECK MY BALANCE! FIX IT FOR GOD'S SAKE! I'M PROMPTED TO CHECK BACK EVERY 2-3 HOURS? IT'S BEEN LIKE 6! IF I CAN'T GAIN ACCESS TO ONLINE BANKING BY MORNING, I'M WITHDRAWING ALL FUNDS ASAP!

been using this app for years, l love it! it's easy to use i can move money around with no problem, I can budget, track my spending, I get notified when my card is used. and with every update it just gets better.

5/27/25 When will y'all fix the please update bug? Its really annoying and its been about 2 weeks now. We have to go to the play store to launch the app. the main icon doesn't work. we have uninstalled and re-install and cleared the cashe please fix. Edit: 5/31/25 still have the "please update message" Edit: 6/7. update bug is still there app works fine except having to launch from the play store..

Tapping on the icon on my homescreen constantly tells me to go update the app on Google Playstore. But, the app is already updated. it just redirects me to the play store instead of just opening up.

My Rally App won't let me log in. It tells me I need to update the app. I Uninstall and re-install the app and it does the same thing. I have been having to use the website. Please fix whatever is wrong so I can use my app again.

I have been using this app for years. This app has made my banking experience impressively easier. Mind you I do only use the basic service they provide but I wouldn't go anywhere else for bigger business transactions. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every single time I want to get into my account, I have to visit the Play Store again. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it a couple of times, and it is still prompting me to go to the Play Store once again.

I've already deleted and downloaded the new app. every time I open the app, it tells me I need to download the new app and sends me to the Play Store. at the Play Store, it does not have an update or download button, just an "open" option, and then it allows me to use the app.

every time I open this app, it says it can't open because I need to update to the latest version even though I am updated to the latest version. This is so annoying. Sometimes, I really need to check my account in a hurry and it won't let me open it.
