Well it's official, with the latest update they made the game even more unplayable... it's crashing all the time, every 5 minutes you have to restart the app, for the competitions in the game you have to do things at the second, even if you restart the app 3 times out of 10 it will freeze but now for bonuses that are mainly for your team mates 95% of the time (they say bonus guaranteed with plus account game freeze and no bonus) from 10 seconds waiting time now it's a minute

I used to play this game on PC and loved it. Was keen to revive the fun experience downloading the app. Unfortunately It's disappointing compared to the elaborate PC version. Furthermore all the cities are in Asian language despite me choosing English in the settings which makes it harder to navigate.

*10 stops issue, can't run integrated properly on app - Not fixed *Slow loading and frequent crashes - Not fixed *Random freezing of tabs and forums in-game - Not fixed Yet somehow developers think it's more important to add 25 seconds to video ads that can't even be properly played. At this year and age, it's kind of frustrating to use an app that is so badly developed and maintained. And no, my phone is alright, installation is properly done too.

If someone want to win just need to keep account on 24 hours, 2 or more people. Sharing account it's ok. The teleport of train's are very annoying. Update after update the game doesn't go better. Not recommended!

The latest of the version works relatively fine, although it is still necessary to switch it off and on again quite often to make it work. I, however, have a strong suspicion that the app is using massive amounts of data via Google play services that can easily drain one's data limit. Any help would be appreciated.

Used to run fine, stoped playing for months, came back and the game will hardly run now. Every time I get logged out, when I log in it's a 50/50 if the game will even pretend it's loading, and if it says it's loading it won't even do anything half the time and is just stuck with the same music on repeat until you give up. And even if you do load in, the game is super laggy, and moving on the map is very slow and juttery. Would not recommend in the current state.

The worst mobile app I've ever seen. It always freezes on the "You can play on your PC" screen. When I do a few forced stops, and I can actually login, I still can't reach the messages. After a while, it just freezes again, losing connection to the server. It's a disaster. Today it stopped working, again. I uninstalled, reinstalled, the same.

Wait 30 seconds for a station bonus. No video, just a count down. When click collect, it Grey's out and freezes. Need to close app and clear app for list before opening app again to try. Sometime need to do this several times for the collect to work. Really bugging in more ways than one. Some videos on pc only last 10 seconds like the NR one. Need to cut video time down to say 15 seconds and fix the collect bug on bonus.

The developers have done an awesome job of migrating over to HTML5. But the app has sooo many bugs, it is at times unplayable. Having to log in then out again 5 or 6 times in a row, just in the hope you might be able to access the in-game forums ridiculous in itself but then you have to check and recheck train schedules because they don't always set properly. Then there's the constant error messages and needing to reload. This is an old app made using Flash but a new one is on the way 😂😂

The game is fantastic. I like the fact you can play via both browser and app. However the app has too many faults. Either freezing completely or going into an infinite wait. Also very often the game function icons don't open the required window, the only solution is to close down and restart. UPDATE The above problems still occur, but are less frequent these days :)) Getting better so I'll up my rating to 4.5 * 🙂

Barely gets its job done. If the app works it will drain battery and heat up your phone way more then necessary. The app is slow and unstable. The call of war app runs smoothly although it is the same type of game.

Do not use the app, but play on your pc/laptop. After logging in the app closer without being alle to do anything in the game.

App is unplayable when connecting a alot of cities. Twin cities menu and load schedule menu... Drives... To crash constantly... Those 2 menus are unreachable through the app... Propably last time playing the game after 11 years... Sad

Since the latest update, The game crashes while redeeming for other players. OLD: You need to add a message to the start up when there's a update. Because right now the game freezes while loading. Before I did the latest update. OLD: Thank you for fixing the message system.

Good game but gets irritating as you play. Frequent app crash and overheating phone even for mediocre graphics. Pollux engine can be only obtained via ads but sometimes ads don't get successfully completed. You need to watch double the required ads to get the required result. Fix these issues and I can give 4-5 star. Probably going to get uninstalled in a few days if it gets too irritating.

App still won't load after two days. Cleared cache and data. Developer caters to the web browser platform and the app is a 2nd thought. MANY things have been broken on the app for years. Chat, rout setting, videos, etc. And they conti nue to improve the browser version without bothering to even fix the major bugs in the app, let alone make it better. Developer has responded that a new version fixed the problem...but no new version on the app store and the game still crashes at loading.

The game is extremely enjoyable, certainly if you find strong corporations with 2 to 3 city leveling strategies. My only negative feedback is the game freezes or needs to be reloaded multiple times. Another unfortunate event is with the new Android update, the game loads as a computer browser and not the app. It's becoming challenging navigating the game via the App now.

In the browser this game isn't bad to play, but the mobile app is terrible. Loading takes forever, actions take a long time to register, some screens are simply broken, sometimes I can't login at all, and the sound settings are ignore (they are always on). It just feels like a lot of these issues are extremely easy to fix, they just aren't being fixed, which is sad.

Fun game, been running a few years but plenty to keep going back for, new maps, extra features etc. Software platforms have occasional issues and are performance-intensive on any device, but tech support usually keen to assist. I once had an issue with another player being a nuisance, then attempting to intimidate myself and several others... credit where it's due, RN's customer service folks were onto the issue quickly and decisively - and it hasn't happened again since. Well worth a try!

Recently, there have been issues with bugs crashes and other issues. They have gone from one operatin system to another, and the transition has been anything but smooth. The most recent update fixed some of them, but in order to play, have to go to play store and start game from there, as the icon to start from a home screen disappeared and is nowhere to be found. That would be a welcome fix for me.
