This is the worst app ever, absolute garbage. It is needed to log in in the actual banking app but it doesn't work. Every time i try i get the message:"an error has occured, please try again later." I understand terminating the older app due to security reasons but do so after you have a working replacement not the buggy mess that you are replacing it with.

The main app says that the transaction can't be completed because of some technical issues, so this app is... useless. I have uninstalled it, installed it again, no update is available, I'm still unable to complete a transfer. The last time I was able to transfer money using this app was months ago, pretty disappointing.

The Raiffeisen app told me I needed to reactivate the token. Went through the process and got the infinite crash loop after entering the pin and right after saving the profile (the apps were both updated to the latest version). Managed to successfully complete the process by uninstalling this app and repeat the process. Android 10 user. Please fix your app guys.

LE: The problem is if you have Developer options ON from the system. Still, an issue that should be fixed... Original review: I can t open the app.. It's crashing :( Since the last update... I have an one plus nord 2 with Android 13. I tried to clean cache, reinstall it, but it doesn't work. It shows me a system dialog with SmartToken kees crashing. (I already sent an email to the online@ address :).)

It crashes immediately when it launches and won't let me access my account. I guess I must travel back to the year 2000 and check my finances in a browser. Or worse, go to the bank. Later edit: Indeed, after reinstalling, both apps work better. It's still not the most seamless experience having to bounce between 2 apps to solve one thing, but at least they work now.

It's not a reliable app. When you authorize the payment from smart token, it does not sync with the mobile app. The mobile app remains în a loading state and you don t know if the money were transferred or not. You have to force exit the app, go in again and check the history to see if the payment was made. Horrible! Keep the phisycal token with you, it s reliable

very difficult application. it asks me very often to update it, it crashes when you need more. She asked me to update her and instead of logging in, she deactivated my account. He sends me 2-3 times to follow the same steps.so that I can log in, the only solution I found 3 or 4 times so far was to uninstall my application and reinstall it. With the update it doesn't work at all. It's like a closed circuit. I follow the same steps and it goes at the same point. I do not recommend.

The app crashes regularly. When it does not crash it will deactivate itself and I'm sent to the activation process over and over. The only way to get out of this loop is to uninstall and install it once again. Only then will start working for a few times and then once again back to square one. And, we're not your Q/A team to send back testing scenarios, we're your customers. When most of the comments are negative, then clearly you need to test your apps.

Same as previous review. Can't open the app, and can't make payments from my account as it requires smart token. Uninstalled the app and installed again, confirmed phone nr and email and still nothing.

The app does not work! Any payment that I try to confirm fails because the app says "Nothing to authorize". Edit: Fixed the problem by removing all devices from the app and reinstalling.

After the update, smart token doesn't work. If I try to make a big payment it sends me to the token app for validation, but there it says there is no transaction that needs to be approved. Useless app

It's a shame. App doesn't work for almost 1 week already. Uninstall and re-install doesn't fix the issues. Raised a complain but they don't know when IT support will sort this out. Same issues with smart business and smart mobile.

It's been 2 weeks since I can't access my information, I can't make any payments or transfers. The app won't work at all. I sent email after email with this issue and no one solved it yet. I don't even know what's left in my account, because Smart Mobile doesn't log me in without Smart Token. So now what?

Every time I try to activate it said that there are some tehnical problemes (for almost 2 weeks now). When I went in the agency they said that mabey my phone is the problem so the solution is to change my phone.

Useless app. It's been 4 days now and the app is not working. I get the message "due to technical reasons the app cannot open safely. please try again later". Reported it and they keep insisting is working. I've sent a screenshot, my details, cleared cache and data, reinstalled and nothing. They have no idea what is wrong and I cannot access my account at all. Worst bank ever. I will definitely try and move my money out and close any account I have with them.

Not able to access my bank account for 2 weeks now. SmartToken activation is failing each time, even after uninstalling the app and re-installing it. First ticket raised through *2000 got lost somehow. After the 1st week, I raised another ticket but no feedback was yet received. Meanwhile, my money is frozen and this is extremely frustrating.

App remains stuck in login screen. Also, if this happens, there is basically no other way of activating a profile. This has started happening once my request of onboarding another company was approved. My existing profile got deactivated. PS: Thank you for your message. Still having issues with the app. I managed to configure my profiles, still, now again, the app remains stuck when launching. I have a Samsung S10, Android 12

Doesn't send the verification text messages on time most of the time. The entire authentication processes got very long and frustrating. The most annoying thing ever. Giving the fact that a mobile friendly bank is very important for me, and that Raiffeisen Bank used to be very good at it, I'm sorry to say that our 10years of premium account relationship might end soon.

It worked before I made the mistake to update the app. Now it sends SMS to activate the app (it was de-activated upon updating), but I don't receive them because I'm located in a different country than Romania. I didn't have a problem receiving Raiffeisen's SMSs while in Buchareat. This app - and Raiffeisen Bank - sucks!

Absolutely terrible! Leaving paranoia aside, the authenticating process seems purposely made so difficult and absolutely unnecessary, that only builds frustration and despair. On top of that, the app becomes inactive and needs another few devices to reactivate. In addition to that, now refuses to run on ROOTED phones, well done Raiffeisen! Picture a retired person who barely understand the modern life going through all this hassle. No words to describe how hard is all this. Disgusting!!!
