Not bad, but some things could be changed or improved: 1. Automatic payment recurrence should bring back the option to do a payment on a certain day of a month (eg. on each 11th of October). This is currently not possible. The 1 month recurrence is totally random, I set it to do a payment on the 11th of October, and recurrence to 1 month, the next schedule was somehow calculated to be on the 29th of November) - all platforms 2. If I have a device without fingerprint reader, and without a SIM card, the Smart Token is kinda useless. I opt not to use it (won't install), but the main application is still keeping reminding me each time to install and use it. That is one click/tap more to enter the app, and it's super annoying (especially for elderly people). - tried on iOS, an older iPad Air 3. Also on iPad, I cannot seem to be able to get rid of the Apple Pay reminder. It pops up each time I log in into the main app, and needs a click to get rid of it. Again, very annoying, especially for old people who can barely understand all the swipes and stuff. - tried on iOS, older iPad Air 4. Cannot ask for reissue of a card without blocking it. My card's NFC is damaged, and I'd like to ask for a replacement. Cannot do this currently, because the app only provides two options: "Block" and "Block with re-emitting" - tried it on Android and Desktop. 5. Cannot edit a recurring payment (at least simple things like next date of payment, or payment details). Have to delete it, and recreate it again. It's a nuisance, as I have to type in again all the details, and have to authorize it again from scratch. 6. Why not having an option to integrate the SmartToken functionality in the main app, especially if it's usable on only one device? - Android, iOS 7. The whole UI is simply too large. Most of the popular, low-medium spec devices are under full HD. You need to scroll, scroll and scroll (unless you modify minimum width to some ludicrous values on Android). Please hand these over to the UX designers or architects. Thanks!

it's a great app but I can't use it anymore because I have android 16 (beta) and now it sees my phone as rooted but it's not. please fix it

Not able to use the app in Romania anymore. The app thinks that my phone is rooted which is false. I have been using Android 16 beta for months and I haven't had any issues till last Thursday, May 8th.

The app is not working after update saying the phone is rooted. The phone is not rooted, only has the bootloader unlocked.

Updated 1-start: Until they add the option to transfer funds from Credit Cards to debit accounts, like all the western banks have. Also, the credit card dashboard show the full amount of the transaction, not how much you have to pay that month for that transacrion.

It used to work great. Lately, the widget is not working any longer, I am asked to reconfigure it every time I ask to refresh the information. It is very annoying 🙁. Please remove the bug! Otherwise, very useful app.

The app generally works fine, but lately the widget isn't working. For a while, I constantly needed to reconfigure it (after years of working well) and now even that doesn't work, as any time I try to configure it says 'Eroare configurare widget'

Please fix the bills payment feature. When trying to pay a bill, the field for the payment code keeps erroring saying the code is invalid. It is not invalid since I tried paying from a different bank app and it worked.

very bad app I have a secure version of android from work the app says the device is rooted witch its not!!! and closes this is denile of service!!!! i will not use this bank in the future!!!!

Honestly i hate other bank apps, this one is not just ok in comparison, it's actually excellent. I hope you will neve chamge its format. Its intuitive even for people like me who are not so good with technology. Great job!

For the past months there's a problem with the widget to your app. It doesn't refresh every time and sometimes asks to configure the widget in Smart Mobile App, and you have to reselect the accounts. Today,it said there's an error in reconfiguring the widget. I deleted it from the home screen, and when I went to the list of widgets and added back to home screen, it said that I can't have more than one widget on my phone. I thought that maybe with some updates, it will be fixed, but so far....

It is telling me I have a rooted phone and that I cannot use the app. My phone is not rooted, and until now it has been working ok. I have a pixel 7 pro with beta android

I don't really like the app. It's not user friendly, there doesn't seem to be a direct debit pay-off option for credit cards and the interface for transferring money is not great either.

Such a shame it has been removed one of the most useful features which was not present in any other app from competition, login with multiple users. Nothing keeps me from using this app anymore, as it's now in the same bucket with all others. Really poor choice and will probably close my account 👎

Avoid if you can. They lure you in with promise of 0 cost account and in reality they charge you every time they can. App is horrible to use, it needs another app just to log in? almost every time you want to use you can't because it wants an update and from time to time freezes up on you, requesting passwords and sht all over again and you have to spend time talking to an operator. I really wish I never made an account with them, I still have it because they request that I go in person to close

Can't use the app anymore because it claims my Google Pixel running Graphene OS is rooted. It's not rooted, it is running a harden OS which has superior security features compared to standard Android OS.

Unable to use the app with the latest Android 16 Beta update. Getting prompted with a "rooted device" message. My device is not technically rooted, it's just enrolled in the Google Android Beta program. Been able to use it so far with previous beta versions until now.

All of a sudden I can no longer use the app because it says my device is rooted, although it is not! It started behaving like this about 3 days ago, but it worked absolutely fine for months. I am on Android 15 by the way. The other banking apps I'm using don't have this issue at all. Please fix it!

I'm unable to find the option to change my PIN or set up fingerprint authentication in the Smart Mobile app, even though both features are available and working in the SmartToken app. It's also disappointing that Android users cannot log in or approve transactions using facial recognition, while Face ID is supported on iOS. It would be great to see these features implemented consistently across both platforms and apps.

The new application is horrible!!! Those 4 big yellow buttons, no reason to be there, you can touch them by mistake. Everything inside this app is a mess. Why transactions just for 30 days? I can't find my transaction at all. On the old one, everything was clear and easy to use!!! Yes it's true, I can't find my transactions on flexideposit on my phone and on your stupid new web site! Both are horribile!
