Since I found the station, I've looked no further The stream is so varied, it's impossible to guess what's coming next. Might be motzart might be the Jack White or Lord Huron or Agnes obel. They might be the most eclectic streaming music station ever created. And no commercials EVER ! They are Listener supported and are very well supported. A great place to hear new tunes you've never heard and are tastefully curated to not hear Pop junk that we get bombarded with on regular radio stations.

It plays for 3 seconds then stops. I had zero trouble until now. Are they going out of business? I emailed their IT and zero response. That's sad because I loved RP! Lisa in Portland, Oregon

It started years ago with RP's ground breaking "Main Mix". Now there are 5 compelling channels including their latest Jazz offering, "Beyond". All of this free for the taking in your choice of quality options all the up to lossless flac! If you miss the great broadcast stations of the past, rejoice and discover internet radio at it's best! BTW, their interactive app is first rate. Thank you RP!

Hmmmm. It's just a bit unreliable. I've listened to RP for years, but it seems that whenever I cast to a Google device it only works once. Once disconnected, if I try to use the app again a few days later, I have you uninstall and reinstall it. But ....RP is just a great station. Great mix of music (but less techno please).

It's a one-service app which is normally something I avoid. However in this case: first I like the service that is radioparadise and second, this app is made very very well. Great resource usage, offline caching (so I can listen to the stream on my walks without eating cellular data charges) and an excellent minimalist interface. While RP isn't the only music service I listen to, it does have the best designed app! Big thanks on making this!

Great, and large selection of varied music, some familiar and some new discoveries for me. Soooo much better than streaming services like Pandora which repeat a relatively small selection of tunes for awhile and then they disappear forever. And no adds!!!! I am happy to support rp with my donations. My only peeve is that I can't seem to turn off the app on my Pixel 3 so I fear it is using up battery even when i am not listening.

The problem with the app is continual fiddling with the UI and how it works - or often, how it doesn't. I've been using the app for years, as I love RP, but with every single android phone I've owned - about 5 over that time - the cache block function is buggy as hell. Sometimes it'll work, other times I have to exit the app and maybe it'll work when I go back in. Sometimes playing the current song will magically make the 'add block' function work - almost like it's priming something. The latest app update, adding a block, gives no indication of the progress of the download, other than how many songs - which is really odd, as it counts down rather than up. I'd expect it to start at 1 song and then increment till it's done. Would be nice to have a visual clue something is happening - like a progress bar or a percentage - like it used to have. Seriously, just stop fiddling with the UI and make a decision on this already! Enhancements to the UX - absolutely - specifically around buffering and caching. You should be able to independently set whether buffer ahead or cacheing blocks uses wifi/cell data. A while back, I ended up using all my data allowance because I thought they were independent. I left a large block download running when on cell data (after leaving the house), which ate all my data. You should be able to set buffering ahead on cell/wifi seperately to caching blocks.

Great radio, not so great app. Half the time it does not open, keeps showing the app logo forever. (samsung a54)

Five stars because Radio Paradise is a wokr of sublime genius, and I will be eternally grateful to Bill and Rebecca for their work. But the app is a bit unreliable for me, and the first time I open it each day it waits and crashes, then the 2nd time works fine. I don't know if this is common error, or it's just my phone? It didn't use to happen, and I've used the RP app on previous handsets and not had a problem, so it's probably just my phone.

This is likely one of the best apps I got. It's intuitive, everything just works, it buffers more than 5 hrs. of music which allows me to go to work where I have no reception. Should I need more time it lets me download even more. Visually pleasing, no clutter, no advertising. The only other app I can think of right now that is this well designed would be Gleeotimer.

I love Radio Paradise hand curated fantastic music mix, and I keep on finding even more features. You can skip songs, you can have a cache to keep on when you don't have data access, it works great with Android Auto, you can choose channels, eg eclectic, and now I find that there is a thematically good slideshow on my TV. I am so grateful for the creatives at Radio Paradise!

Started crashing all the time, on Android. Have to uninstall and reinstall daily, sometimes more if a reboot doesnt correct it. Hopefully a fix is coming soon.

I love this station. Great selection of music and 4 streams to choose from. It even has options for different streaming quality from low to FLAC. I listen to the Mellow mix while working since it gives a good balance of musical genres. But the app though. Keeps constantly crashing. I am running it on a Samsung S21. Not the latest but still a decent phone. Just really frustrating.

Great music, love the app, saving playlists on the device while on Wi-Fi to be played later – priceless :D Only thing I'd like to see it so, besides skipping a song, to be able to replay one, too. The fact that they now have four streams of music to chose from is awesome, but I can't figure out why they call them "mixes" when, in fact, they're playlists! :)

A really great, mellow music mix. Better than every randomly-generated algorithm-based music app out there. Ad free. No pressure to contribute financially. Compatible with Android Auto. Recommended to me by a friend of a friend years ago and it's still my go-to mix when I want to be productive with background music, or I just want good vibes to chill out to.

This is the ideal listening app! I can skip a song if I don't like it. I can download hours of music for offline listening. I can rate songs and play back just my favorites, if I want. Radio Paradise has such a varied playlist, there's something for everyone. Been listening to them for 20 years. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I love Radio Paradise's MUSIC, and I love that it's COMMERCIAL FREE b/c it's listener supported, AND i love the app on my Smart TV...but their cell phone app? Sadly terrible. T-mobile gave me an expensive Samsung phone (which itself is pretty terrible) and this app freezes constantly, doesn't buffer more than a few seconds of music (in spite of having a buffer setting), & the Sleeper timer is incredibly UNintuitive. And sometimes you'll get stuck on a channel, unable to switch. Needs MAJOR work.

Needless to say that this radio station is amazing. But the app is top notch as well. The offline listening for up to 12 hours per cache block is a godsend on longer trips. Passengers often complement me on the music choice, in the worst case you can skip songs just like on the website. Have not had any crashes or issues on older Android phone.

wonderful free music app! I just recently discovered Radio Paradise because it was in my Wiim Ultra preamp, and I absolutely love using it. there is a wide variety of music and great song choice. I've already been exposed to a lot of amazing new music I didn't know. I have been trying to move away from Spotify as much as possible, and this will be a huge help for that.

Radio Paradise is the best streaming radio station around. It is the soundtrack to my life. Their music just flows... song to song... genre to genre. And best of all - no commercials! This app is very robust, with almost all the functionality of their web browser app. You can get lyrics, get info on the song and artist, rate the song, change your feed if you want to try something new, and cache hours of music for when you're listening. Best Station, best app!
