I loved the app, but when I updated it they made the UI significantly worse, and it won't load properly. Not cool RaceTrac, not cool.

Gotta say, y'all took the wind out of my sails. I was at Prince 200 away from King. You updated the app .. zip! All my points, rewards and level .. ? GONE! I gotten $520 of fuel so far this month. I cashed out some rewards 750 got something and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Took one sandwich, and saved the other for the morning. Wiped clean. It shows some of my purchases and my fuel but everything else is gone from my account and oh joy I bought something and I got 60 points. I had over 5000!

The new update is trash. Nothing works. Customer service is useless. The feedback option is unresponsive. I'm afraid to use points because they registers don't recognize them, and you lose you points.

For months they have not updated nor fixed the bug problem. Can't even load the app without it crashing. Still not working. Only thing is I can see the new log in page for one second...

App has started crashing lately, I can't even get it to open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still continues to crash. I have a lot of points and I use this at work everyday. I'm a truck driver

Well, the app won't open for me. When I attempt it open and close immediately. If I could give a score, it would be below the first star I would. Until it fixes, I can't give a good rating for Racetrack. It is just unacceptable what is going on with this app. I can't do my reward at racetrack, and I have cleared my browser

The app was working perfectly till the upgrade on 5/2024 now it's absolutely horrible. As soon as you click on it it raises the display to maximum brightness on your phone which is not necessary at all. Also it does not load properly. When something is good why don't you ljust leave it alone. Please fix this ASAP !!

New UI update makes it MUCH more difficult to navigate the menu to redeem rewards. Who thought a single item side scroll would be a good idea for a menu that has over 20 options!? I'll rerate this app if this issue gets fixed

The new UI is pretty, but much less functional. Why can I no longer scroll through the list of rewards, like I still can with the list of coupons? Swiping them one at a time is not nearly as user-friendly.

It signs me out all the time and I don't remember my password to get back in. Make it biometrics or Google sign in and it will be much more smooth. For the last 3 days the app is not operable and I can't spend the $80 I have loaded there in gift cards. EDIT* It worked for the last two weeks, now again it has stopped loading. C'mon... it's 2023. I don't mind playing the game of using the app and getting points, but don't make it so sporadic that it is un-usable.

I couldn't agree more with the other comments.... This app use to work perfectly!!! Now every time I click on it , it starts to open but just shuts. Won't open. My points haven't been accumulating like they use to either and a large chunk of my points are about to expire b/c I can't use them if I can't get the app to open. Major bummer!!!! I use to go multiple times a day but I've stopped going bc I'm not getting the rewards I use to get :( I hate this b/c I loved the app and rewards offered :(

Been loyal to this store for years. Used the app to save on gas and cigarettes for a very long time. Now, the app just doesn't work. Won't even open and a "bug" notification pops up every single time. You'd figure with a company that large and one that makes that much profit, they'd have fixed this before having so many users posting for months about the issue. You'd be wrong, shows how little they actually do care. Once loyal now, I'll go next door to QT. Terrible customer retention and care.

10/2/2018: got an email from support, called in and was able to get my issue resolved. Hope to be able to use my points now. Thank you, Tina. 9/29/18: Still unable to connect to my account originally opened with my phone number. Have emailed twice and received no reply. Would truly like to recover the points I had. Otherwise there's really no point at shopping at Race Trac. _______ Had to uninstall. Upon reinstall it doesn't recognize me. Lost 945 points I couldn't use sure to the app hanging up.

App not opening 😔 2 stars for now!!!! It was doing awesome!! I was using it and able to get my reward points, redeem reward points!!! Special sales and coupons too!! But then an update stopped the app from opening!! Hasn't opened since! I uninstalled and reinstalled, checked for updates and still... Nothing!!! If this bug gets fixed.... I'll give it 5 stars!

Never Works! This app used to work perfectly, but now everytime I open it it logs me out. It also seems like my points never add up, and there aren't ever any coupons anymore. I don't know if there was a recent update that caused it to stop working but it is so annoying so I just uninstalled it. I don't like opening it looking for coupons just to be disappointed.

App is constantly broken. My main account (which I've had since I WORKED THERE) was mysteriously forbidden one day, with no explanation. Still can't access the few thousand points I had on there, never got a response about it. Points constantly fail to add, multiple pages in the app fail to load, claiming "slow connection", even when on a gigabit fiber network. They use it as a big selling point, but you may as well totally forget that. You're going to be logged out every time you go to use it.

The app was updated 11/28 and there are still tons of reviews about the app still crashing. I tried emailing customer service, explained the issue to them and provided basic information such as the phone I'm using, software version, etc. I also told them I already tried reinstalling the app. Their response was to reboot my phone and reinstall the app. Needless to say, they don't pay attention to the feedback. It's very disappointing as I really enjoy the rewards program.

Had the app for a few years with no issues. I ran out of storage space on my phone, so I deleted it. I was still able to get store discounts by entering my phone number for about 6 months. Suddenly my number stopped working there. I was told to re-download app, so I did...several times, but app will not open. Not shopping there any longer.

The app doesn't work. Keeps crashing on me saying it has a bug and I need to clear the cache. I clear it, and clear all data. I restart the app and it does the same thing. I uninstalled, reinstalled..same thing. Will not be redownloading unless it's fixed! I had plenty of points that I can no longer access!

Doesn't load to the home screen, always crashes. I have let guest services know the problem, and they gave me a genetic solution. This didn't work. I reached back out to them, but they didn't get back to me. I have tried about 8 times to uninstall and reinstall. Cleared out cache still doesn't work. Even powered off my phone to reset it, it still doesn't work. What can be done? P.s. I've used this app for many years without any problem. Why am I getting this issue now?
