This app would be great if it worked. It constantly freezes and flat out crashes. It is a constant frustration. This day in age, how hard could it be?! I suspect it's the videos they want to automatically play. If they let us play on them by demand the app could load faster and perhaps be more stable.

I live shopping QVC online. It is much faster than shopping by phone, especially if you want to order an item that is selling out quickly. Also, you can shop all items or a certain item 24 hours a day. It is more convenient for me than goung out shopping. Also, they have a 30 day return or exchange and always take care of any problem that might occur...if I lived in Pa., honestly, i woyld work there !!

I used to be a huge fan of this app. But for the last couple of weeks, I've noticed there are no longer graphics on the screen when when I'm watching QVC on line. It's quite inconvenient if I like something, and I need the item number. If I'm watching full screen, I have to arrow back, and check Items previously viewed for cost and item number. I can't imagine this was for the betterment of QVC or it's app. Information about an item should be at the ready. I shouldn't have to look for it.

What's the point of having an app that constantly tells you that "your session has expired" and forces you to re-log back in just because you navigated away from it for less than a minute (e.g. to answer a call)? This renders the app no more useful than if you simply bookmarked the mobile site (which is easier on your phone's memory anyway).

Hasn't worked right since QVC changed & screwed up their format. Links don't go anywhere or go to a blank page. No longer useful as a QVC app. They really messed this new format up badly. But, they screwed up mobile as well as online. Not worth wasting my time, items can be purchased elsewhere, with less disfuntional websites. Can't even track orders with accuracy anymore. Useless &time consuming.

It needs an update! Very very very slow progress between logging in and trying to check your account( payments/orders, etc). It switches to a different screen and is just incredibly sluggish when doing so. I do love the ability to do 4-5 easy pays on so many things and there are always really good deals. Please update it though.

I used to be able to use the app with no problems. The last 6 months or so it won't even let me log in. It acts like I logged in, but none of my info is available. When I try to add something to the cart, I get an error and asks me to log in. Endless loop of unhelpfulness! I have tried changing my password, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing helps. The website is also extremely unhelpful. I will stop wasting my time trying to purchase from QVC.

I don't like the update to your app. Everything at the bottom, and still at the top? Makes it way too difficult to navigate, and makes your screen too busy. Very hard to look at. And now, to get to program guide, I have to go to my account? The old way was much better. With the lines at the top, click on them to select what you want, with nothing on the bottom, and not taking up space from your screen. I really don't do anything much anymore because of it. Therfore not making purchases either.

The app is getting annoying. It can never remember my password and I have to log in every single time. And it always gives me errors for app purchases and I have to call in to make an order eventually. The rest of the functionality is fine, but all you can basically do through the app is window shop. Easy pay is always automatically selected also- I always prefer to pay the full amount at once and it would be a nice feature if the app would remember that preference.

Normally this is a pretty decent app, besides being a bit laggy at times. However, for the past 2 days I've been unable to access my account/ order status pages in the app. I instead have to go online to be able to do this. I just checked and noticed that the app was just updated 2 days ago as well. Seems there must be some sort of bug/ glitch with this new update. All other app features seem to be fine. I would also like to see a biometric sign in option added for Android.

Hate that use arrow back button to return. That is right at speed order button! Have accidently had things ordered because of this. Also why do i need to keep signing in when still on the app. frustrating! When use go back to shopping from cart it doesnt go back to where u were goes to main page. So if looking at something from "as is" that i looked up & going thru those items. And add something to cart it goes back to main page instead of where i was in list. What a pain! I quite looking!

Was fine til update. As others have said, I hate being constantly logged out (even tho' home page still shows me as logged in). For security, I appreciate having to re-enter my password during checkout when actually making a purchase, but I'd like to be able to view my saved items, etc. without having to re-login every time I open the app. Please give us the option to stay signed in, while requiring password confirmation for finalizing purchases & making changes to profile, auto-delivery, etc.

App not working. Won't let me check out. Goes to white screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't help. Wanted to buy something and it wouldn't let me checkout. Stuck on email and password page. I used to love this app, but it no longer gives me access to my easy pay billing in my account. In the past it let me view all my easy pay items with amounts and due dates. This info is no longer available. Terrible. I don't understand why they would eliminate that information!

I can't shop from this app. It constantly asks me to sign in and then tells me, "Oops, an error has occurred!" I've tried changing my password, but it won't allow me because of the error that occurs. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, to no avail. I would love the convenience of ordering from my phone. QVC, you have lost a lot of business from me because your app doesn't work!!

This app was working fine until several weeks ago. I could get to QVC via the app but then when I would select an item to view it would say "no network connection" and "try again later". I cleared the data and cache as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it's even worse. Now, when using the app it just takes me to an agreement page. After signing the agreement, it defaults back to "no network connection". I can go to QVC not using the app and everything works fine.

Great when it works. Frustrating when it doesn't. Many times Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still it can't connect to the internet on my phone or tablet and my internet is working fine. I can get on Amazon and email and search on a browser.Just no QVC. Good for my bank account bad for qvc sales, For people not able to see orders placed you need to Uninstall and reinstall; however now the app icon doesn't show on my phone. It seems latest improvements, not so much. Annoying and frustrating

Very clunky to navigate. I had to update my billing and shipping addresses, but it has those in two completely different sections. Shipping address is easy to find, as it has its own heading, but billing address is hidden in "Account Settings." I had my title set to "Mr." but it later addressed me as "Ms." when I entered my order. To navigate the account screen, you have to go back to the homepage to get to different account preferences, instead of just having a back button.

Great app! This is a return review. When this app first came out, it continually crashed as soon as anything was clicked on. I was VERY frustrated... Well, they've fixed their bugs and it works just fine now! Very easy to navigate through. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to find what you're looking for... Honestly, I do all my shopping with my phone now, because of the app... Try this if you love QVC like we do! You won't be disappointed! 🤗

Saved information makes checkout super fast. The wish list needs some improving, additional sorting and filtering options would be nice. Also, if you click on an item from your list, I wish it would take you to the actual listing for the item so you can see the details!! I can't seem to submit reviews through the app, everytime I try, it says an error has occurred. I waste my time typing it out for nothing! Please fix this!!

I like the app but it can be glitchy when navigating through pictures. If you click on a color, it doesn't always change and it can be difficult to zoom in. I also wish I could see my Easy Pay information. Edit: if you click in a notification, it just takes you to the home page, not the item you clicked on. You have to still search to find the item from the notification and I won't bother doing that.
