Purchased the Pro version & now I can't even see how many days sober I have because the information is cut off & unreadable in the app. Tried to contact the developer about the problem & never heard back. I do not recommend purchasing this app because if you have a problem you will be ignored.

I've been 55 days without weed now and this app has definitely helped a lot during these difficult times. If I could afford it I would buy the premium just to support the creator, but with the ads being minimal, it's not actually necessary to buy it.

It's kind of a new take on sobriety apps I find. Keeping you engaged while educating you about what you're going through helps a lot. It would be nice if they could add a feature for relapsers, for example, if I didn't smoke for 3 months and then smoked for 5 days and quit again then all those statistics they're posting probably don't apply to me. Also some information about things to do with your time and how to live a happy healthy life without weed. It seems like just a data sheet.

I've actually been able to stay off weed because of this. It tracks how much money you've saved and how much you haven't smoked with little input from the user. Only recommendation is that they have the dates available for when you reach certain milestones.

An incredibly detailed app with information you won’t find anywhere else. It has helped me through recovery twice. The only additions I’d suggest are a community section for discussions or shared experiences with others at the same stage, and a widget for easier access. Thank you!

This app is really helping me keep motivated and lets me follow my progress health wise, and also money saved, which are both great motivators when feeling about to relapse. There is so much encouragement and also a link to community support. It is great to see other's experiences, and if you wish to, you can talk to people going through the same journey. They have all been amazing. For me, it is better talking to strangers. I wish you all luck on your journey.

Absolutely fantastic app! Not only does it outline what to expect and tracks your progress to the benefits of quitting unlocks, providing an approximate timeline when your body, and what, will heal. It also encourages and provides a pathway to a group support, @leaves, on Reddit. That was an unknown to me and was greatly beneficial in this journey of quitting. I've tried for a long time to quit and this app made it very easy to be possible! I highly recommend using this app!

Really amazing app. I paid for the pro version mainly to support the developer. It's a great app to be better informed of the potential challenges one is going to face while abstaining. However, I would have really liked if the sources were cited so that people can read more. Some of the progress metrics (like insomia, etc.) for symptoms seem different from what I found on the internet.. still deserves 5 stars though.

I don't go out of my way to review a lot of apps but I had to for this one. This has been one of the most helpful apps for my husband and me. We decided to quit and needed a way to keep up with our progress. Not only did this app help do that, but it also gave us helpful information and solace during the entire process. The only complaint I have is that it's not entirely accurate about the rate of detox during each phase in individual cases but more-so a generalization.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I see no way to record usage; while the intent is to quit entirely or even just reduce use, almost everyone lapses and/or relapses when dealing with addictions and/or compulsions. Let's say I've been sober for a month, but then I run into those "friends" and allow myself to get talked into sharing a pipe. How can I record this? Also, ads are a bit jarring, though I get the need. If I could use the app to check in, journal, record "incidents", I'd pay to remove.

I never review apps, but this one deserves it. This is so much more than a simple tracker. It gives updates on what stage of the withdrawal cycle you're in and tips that are actually meaningful and useful. I normally don't care for notifications from random apps, but these ones are encouraging. Just don't start the tracker until you are actually ready to quit for good because the notifications unfortunately don't reset.

It's really a great and free tool to track how long you've gone without using marijuana. I think adding some features to acknowledge relapses could really improve the app though. For instance you could include a separate $ counter for money spent on relapse weed(in red maybe). I think that in the event of a relapse the app makes you think that all your progress is gone. And that might lead to people deleting the app and fully returning to a weed based lifestyle. Thank you for reading

Update #2 - the creator quickly responded and corrected the price error. Five stars. He also is working on updating the overall app. Phenomenal. Edit: Update - I found out that there IS on fact a way to remove ads in settings, however the price listed is not consistent with the price at checkout. I contacted the creator and will update this review to 5 stars once that is corrected. Previous Review: I would pay for an ad-free version if it were available. Everything else is great about the app.

This app helps hold me accountable. As silly as that sounds, I like seeing numbers. I like acheivements. I really like being healthy. This is working for me BUT only because I have made the decision to quit once and for all. My mind is made up, but this app helps keep it that way. The "long read" is worth the read. Super encouraging.

Good app and does everything it's supposed to, except for the ads. I have a screen with rounded corners and the X's are too close to the corner & physically impossible to click. I have to close and reopen the app to continue using it. I'm willing to pay the $2 to remove ads, but clicking the button to purchase loops me back to the settings menu. Still, it's the best app I've found for this purpose. Hope to purchase ad-free and update my review as soon as that is fixed.

Excellent-has more potential! It would be really helpful to show where in the recovery graph the user is. If I am on Day 21, I can go look at the graph and see roughly where I am manually, but what if there was a blue dot that moves in real time as you progress? That would be encouraging, and maybe even addicting in a good way (and replace those smoking urges). The materials are pretty good and the ads are very short, but I hate when I accidently leave my phone volume on. That's my fault though!

Its been a big help to visually see my progress on things like REM sleep, agitation, etc even if they aren't 100% accurate since everyone is different. I wish there was a way to pop up reminders throughout the day to stay strong, the cravings come quick and hard. I've had to start over twice now The ads can be very very very intrusive but I get why they're there and I appreciate being able to use the app for free.

I've literally never written an app review in my entire life. But there is so much understanding and kindness built into this app. You're able to read through tips and symptoms you're experiencing, and click through to resources or to read more. You'll find little helpful links and anecdotes sprinkled throughout, and ads are minimal and easily skippable. Feels like it was made with no other motivation but to genuinely help others.

Ive used it both to quit for a time and as a tolerance break timer and i love how in depth this app goes. My only complaint is there is no widget for your home screen leaving the app to be forgotten if your not diligent about quitting. I think being able to put it on a homescreen tab to remind you of your progression of time and recent achievements would reinforce quitting.

I quit cold turkey and this app immediately helped me visualize my path forward. If I feel a craving, I breathe with the little sun animation on the main screen and it grounds me. While everyone is different re: recovery timeline, the health stats helped give me a name for the myriad things my body was feeling, I was so less overwhelmed! Also, being able to toggle on the non-triggering graphics has been a game changer.
