So far, so good. This app has helpful features, not just a quit tracker. There is a memory game you can play when you need a distraction, for example. It also offers helpful tips, planning ideas, and motivational sayings. It's great for a free app. I don't know about the premium version, though, since I haven't upgraded.

This is by far one of the best (free) apps for quitting. There could be a little more content, perhaps a few more resources to help those getting ready to quit, and maybe clean up the progress bar to make it better looking to share on social media. That said, it's very user-friendly, and does have a myriad of stats and facts to help with motivation.

I really love this app. I thought it was just a quit tracker(if that's not already good enough🤣 but not only does it track my days, it provides quitting info on improved health as I go, I also have a journal space, a place to write my moods, a place to write my main quitting reasons to stay inspired, and much more! it's maybe 1$ to stop ads! I was finally ready to quit. I wanted it bad but addiction can tell us many lies so this app has really made a difference for me during those moments! TY

I've been using this app a little over a year.. I've had a few slip ups and have been harsh on myself.. I'm going on 3 weeks quitting as of Saturday June 29th. I love the helpful tips it gives you, no adds, if you slip up you can always try again.. you can put the exact time and date you quit. Really do enjoy this app hopefully it never changes!

Helpful Especially at the Beginning. I've quit many times with the longest being a year. I found this app and it helps me most in the beginning as a distraction. The matching game, journaling, reminders for quitting, and the awards for obtaining various lengths of time all helped me before. I want to be done this time. The hardest part is month one! Then the cravings go down in month two substantially. I got this! Thanks to the QT app creators! But an app can do so much. The rest is ip to me

I have been using this app and widget for over 5 years. It is a great app for tracking your time that you have been without smoking. I have tried others but have not liked those as well because they do not provide the widget format I want for the screen. I gave it 4 stars because it would be nice to be able to modify the widget background color along with the ability to modifying the font color.

It's a great app. I like that it gives you the option to enter how much your pack costs and how much you are saving by the minute/day. I also like that it shows you how much you smoked/money you've spent. It really gets you thinking about your life choice. However, I think the progress tracker should be a day by day thing because not everyone handles these things the same. Also, no motivational phrases. We already have a list of reasons why we are quitting and that is our motivational phrases.

I love everything this app provides. Its what it doesn't provide that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. This app would massively benefit users if it included a tool to start off slowly, working your way down to a point where attempting to stop smoking entirely doesn't seem impossible. For instance, a tool that provides a daily tracker, information about triggers and how to kick them, to help a smoker who smokes a pack a day (20 cigarettes) get down to 1 to 3 a day before stopping completely.

Happy with the app. There is a lot of information and also a few different forms of encouragement and motivation to choose from. It shows how much life you have lost by smoking and gained back by quitting, how much money, also motivational quotes, in addition to counting your quit time. It is a nice visual reminder of what you are doing and why.

I have been using for two days now. So far I like the app. It was a little confusing how to work the app at first, but when I started clicking on things it is easy to figure out. It is to the point and no extra pointless stuff. Has everything for what I am looking for on helping me quit smoking, which has helped me cut down on how much I have smoked. Ads are a no bother, in which is an add to the 5 stars. Great job to the developers on making a simple, smooth app, keep up the good work.

This app is extremely motivating! It is reassuring to be able to see exactly how much time one has not smoked, down to the seconds. We are also taught on the benefits of not smoking specific to the amount of days, etc smoke-free. There is also a surprisingly addictive game of memory to play if a distraction is wanted/needed. I appreciate this app SO much! Thank you.

I like how you can monitor your health benefits and money saved. Plus you have a balance to use as pretend spending, which I use as my car payment since I quit back in September 2018 to be able to afford car payments again. I haven't touched a cig since, this app helps because I'd have to hit the restart button and I'm determined not to start over! The game does help, I had a craving, played the game, and forgot about wanting to smoke!

I have tried a couple of apps and this one outdoes all of them. If you slip, it is so easy to reset the timer and you're on your way again. The diary feature is handy for tracking what kind of activities cause the worst of my cravings which helps me avoid them. The memory game and motivational messages are great tools when I'm trying to fight a craving. *if the app keeps closing, uninstall and redownload and it should work fine.

It's very positively reinforcing to be able to instantly see the progress in money saved and life regained! Quitting smoking is the hardest thing I've ever done as crazy as that sounds and this app has helped tremendously, the few nearly overwhelming urges I've had instead I do something to distract myself and checked out this app and the progress I've made and I've been able to weather the storm.

A must have if you want to change your life! I have used quit smoking apps in the past and went right back to 2 packs a day. So far I've been killing it on this try, and this app is a huge help! Seeing the benefits I'm already experiencing just from a short time of being smoke free is awesome, there are so many huge motivators, tools, and even distractions for those tough moments. Thank you so much for helping people make a life change that will improve their lives for the better! ❤️🙏

This is a nice little free app to track your progress. Tells you how much money you've saved, and how much life you've regained. There are built in goals and rewards that you can put for reaching those goals. They even have a memory game as a distraction. Overall a great app for free if you are serious about quitting. Response : Another game option and photos or somewhere back ground behind the quotes. I really dislike how it pops up like an error box.

I find it helpful to have milestones to check in on. I actually wish there were more of the small scientific markers to hit. The percentage of a week and a month, etc, are nice but there's milestones give you something to look forward to as you are keeping pace with a life change. Overall, this has been helpful.

I like the app I just downloaded it a little while ago it seems interesting. I will give it a shot. I only gave 4 stars because the only distraction is the matching game which is cool but can be boring. If there were a few games to choose from I feel that would give this app an extra boost. I also love the fact that premium is a one time payment not a monthly like every other app you find.

Overall a good app, I like how if you had a slip you just refresh and your total savings is still saved. Don't like how if you hit purchase on something accidentally it doesn't let you remove it. I like the quotes and distraction games on there. It definitely helped a lot when I felt like having a cigerette I looked at the health stats and my progress and that really helped. I've smoked since I was 15 and I'm 43 now, only going on 8 days so it's early but I feel good about it this time

Day one of my quit, and every time one of those damn ads interrupts what I'm doing, I want to throw my phone across the f*****g room. Especially when they don't close when I press the "skip video" button. I appreciate that it's free, but the ads are insipid and intrusive. I already want to put my head through a wall. This isn't helping. I'd like to leave further review on other aspects of the app, but I wouldn't know, the ads keep interrupting me.
