2x now my suboxone maintenance appt was canceled without being notified, alerted or warned. My appt was at 10:20 pm and it was canceled last minute without anyone or anything letting me know! This isn't the type of appt that one can just postpone. Very unprofessional and impolite to change an appt, not reschedule it or email, call, text or telegram me to let me know were been a change but if YOU were to do that, you would be charged $$ & they can refuse service. If this changes, my review will 2

I'm having issues getting the app to load up.. when I click on the app it goes to a blank screen.. I've sent emails to the support link but am uncertain if the issue will be resolved or if I even sent the email correctly. I hope I can make a new appointment in time. I've never been great with technology so I get nervous when I don't know the outcome of a situation especially when it has to do with my well being. Hope everything's straightened out before April 11th. Fingers 🤞 crossed.

They just changed ('upgraded'?) this app that's worse than the previous one. There's no way to get in touch with them, even if you booked your appointment and want confirmation of your appointment!... And/or change something about existing intake form e.g. taking photo id technicall difficulties!.. It'll keep you walking in the circles, even even if you already paid ... Good luck

The Doctors are great, the app and service need lots of work. April 2024 update: Finally, many of the issues have been addressed with the app. It's fairly shocking it took so long for basic things like remembering your previous answers to questions, but I suppose better late than never. Login loop issues appear resolved in the last few updates also.

Extremely helpful, affordable, and plenty of appointment slots to get your meds in the timeframe required to kick with the least amount of uncomfort as possible. Suboxone is the easiest way to kick and stay clean that I have found. It's the best treatment in my book. Give it a try. It has been life changing for me and it can be for you too. The app also has links for video therapy which is clutch in our new Covid era.

**update** this is so far the best option I've found in Suboxone/Subutex treatment. It's more affordable than the in-person treatment and much more convenient. The only problem is that the app frequently messes up and the login credentials won't work or reset. So I've been late several times getting my refills and appointments. I know several others who have the same problem. Hopefully after this last update there won't be any trouble. I'll update my review in a couple months.

My name is Laurie, I scheduled an appt through the quick MD app. No one contacted me for the appt. After sending many email's they replied saying that Alabama requires an in-person visit and wanted me to drive 400 miles with no transportation (hence the reason for using the app). They billed my card $99 and offered to refund or credit $64, charging me $35 for a missed appt. I am in tears from all the frustration. I'm not getting anywhere with emails. Still no confirmation on a refund. HELP

App doesn't fully load and "forgot password" function does not appear to work on mobile devices. Currently waiting for them to update the app so I can get a Covid recovery letter and leave the UK. Customer service is mostly automated responses and guidance to use the web based program doesn't appear to work from mobile devices either. Circular advice/recommendations lead back and forth.

This app normally works fine, can't get it to load and cannot get any help. You never can get anyone to email you back to resolve the issue. Not everyone has a desktop computer to "fix" the issue. It would be realy nice to get some technical support before I use a different app. Trying to get someone to help you to figure out how to fix the issue is impossible. You can get a generic response in an email but Nobody will contact you. Customer service is non existing.

Usually have no problem with this app and have consistently not had any issues but as of last week no doctors would show up at all and this week the app just loads a white screen, and have uninstalled and reinstalled. Luckily I was able to schedule an appointment through the website, which required me to reset my password I typically do video but decided to do phone since the app isn't working, and fortunately that ended up working.

I used QuickMD about a year ago. QuickMD really is quick. Very simple and convenient. The price is reasonable. I've scheduled another appointment today. The app is really easy to use. You can choose an immediate/ instant appointment. If you'd rather schedule an appointment for later you can. There are appointments available for anytime you'd like.

For 3 months straight now every time I check into the waiting room to have my visit with the doctor it kicks me off the app. It has happened at home and I have Wi-Fi it has happened at work when I use data. Can you guys fix this. Other than that this is a good program and there really ain't any other problems. The team gets back to you very quickly if you have a question and professionally.

It's a horrible app. I have to use it once a month, and I'm forced to update it every time. There seems to be no patient history kept within the app, as I am forced to answer the same 20 questions every time. My last issue is with filing a request for help. The app prompts you with topics, then it sends you to articles. You have to pick the exact combination to actually be able to submit a request. The functionality of the app sucks.

I want to start off with saying I absolutely love the service I receive with quickmd! The Drs are amazing and support is quick to reply. I have no issues at all with the service! I live in a very rural area and it saves me so much time and money! It has been such a huge blessing to find this app! My only complaint is since they just upgraded the app recently I find it a lot harder to navigate I liked it a lot better before they did the upgrade I think it was much more user friendly before.

Edit: I won't hold the issues that I've had with the company itself against them in this app review, but I wish they would leave this alone. They keep "updating" it, and it just gets worse. It takes forever to open on one of my phones, and the way you complete the questionnaire is archaic. I'm not exactly sure what "upgrades" they are supposedly making to this app, but nothing makes it better. Please, update this app in a way that helps the users, not frustrate them.

Great app, convenient but there are some cons. When I first started using quickmd the providers called on time or very close to it. Lately it seems the docs are calling later and later. There is no number to call for customer service so if you do have a problem you have to submit a form online. And most can't afford to pay for a new appt with a new provider while waiting for the previous to be resolved. Overall I've had good experiences. Only a few left me wondering if the doc would ever call.

The app video calling is a bit janky, but the doctors are SO awesome, knowledgeable, and kind... and convenient!! I would HIGHLY recommend this service (I use it for addiction treatment) you can use it for most services. I am a bit discouraged at the video calls lagging or dropping calls, but stuff happens. Please look into improving the video functionality as it's one of the main features and needs to work

Excellent service through quick MD! The support staff and the doctors have all been great and the service is super easy and fast. The only gripe I have is with the new app... Apparently it didn't save the pictures of my license and stuff from the earlier on-boarding and I had to do all that again but no big deal it only took a few minutes... Great job QuickMD

I really love how easy this app makes it to get my monthly refills. I live in a rual area and finding a provider isn't easy. This app saves me so much time I love it!! No wasting gas money driving 30, an hr or more to the Dr. No wasting time in a waiting room none of it!! It's truly been a blessing. The only thing I do not like it right when you get use to the layout and working the app they change it up. I guess they are keeping us on our toes!

I booked a phone appt. through quickMD. When the scheduled time came, I received a notification stating the provider needed more time, but they would call soon. 5 minutes later, the app said my appointment was closed out, but I never received a phone call! They still charged me $100 for the call I never received! Don't waste your time or money with this app! Update: QuickMD gave me a credit for the appointment. But the delay means my prescription won't be ready by the time I need it.
