Did what I needed it to do. No annoying ads got in my way or interrupted my use at ant time during the duration I was on the app. So I say , "download it." It's a simple, no brainer , app that gets the job done. (At least, that is the experience I've had with it using my particular phone.) 🙂

Requires online registration to an app promising access to a million things like movies, gaming, etc . Things I don't need. Can't use it unless you register for this "free" service. Update: The developer reached out for a solution and that is significant. Apparently through no fault of their own, an advertiser used unethical coding to control the QR application and force a download of their advertised program or not use QR at all. Unfortunately I can't recall the culprit after uninstalling QR.

Installed the app..then they asked for credit card (did not say there was a charge, but possibility of in-app purchases) My first card would not go through, so I put one in from a different bank and it was approved. Almost immediately, I got notified from my 1st bank about a fraudulent charge for 39.99 that went to an escort service. Checked my other account and it was charged for same amount. My bank gave me the company number and I called and they did refund the money, but I uninstalled the a

Great barcode scanning app minus one irritation. I can't get rid of the ad for a competing product on the way out of the app. How can I purchase an ad free version? This is one of the fastest and most reliable scanners I've used. It will read a QR code very quickly where others won't at all.

Got accurate result. One suggestion: Should know the working status of the application. Otherwise will keep trying to copy the QR code into the application scanner.

I don't access QR codes often but recently used this app to experience the recently completed Shohei Ohtani mural by outstanding artist Robert Vargas on the side of the Miyako Hotel in Little Tokyo. The app worked perfectly after scanning the large QR code in front of the hotel, tapping the START tab and seeing the murals image move and announcer shout.... it was the coolest thing I've seen in awhile.
