I waited for more than 30 minutes. staff is not friendly. they don't explain what they dont have .poor service . no one is at the till for more than 5 minutes.

Auto deduct money from my e-wallet. Too costly, weekly deduction RMY 68.99. Without my notice, my e-wallet has been deducted RMY 413.90. What a big lost to me.

Immediate regret . Cannot read from gallery (although it says it can) just says cannot find any code . Way too many predetor adds . I mean alot . Before after every scan every accidental touch on screen

Everytime I try to use this app that damn other app gets in the way. If I want to buy something I know where the app is. What a pain in the app. I lose so much time getting to use the thing when there's something on TV, and the codes don't last long.

bull***t , I never agreed to a subscription and here you are you just charge me. I requested a refund on the day I was charge cause I will never gonna use it and you can also see on your system that I only used it ONCE !! DURING TRIAL PERIOD. ONLY ONCE!!!!! CAUSE I NEVER NEED IT. Very quick and effecient at reading the QR code but the immediate long ads or once weekly charge of $10 is a bit ridiculous. Be warned they are preditory with the sign up for premium which incurs very frequent extensive charges. Immediately upon opening the app it requests the free trial without even letting you even see the app which can confuse some people into thinking that they have to have a membership to even use it. Luckily I only needed it for one QR code.
