Thank you for your app first, and I have one observation. I want to share it with the supplier team when someone adds his master card in application. The application didn't inform him that he had added his card, so it's batter if the app shows that your card is adding in process

They somehow made the app worse than it was before with the recent updates, we used to instantly get a notification on a transaction, now I rarely get notifications, and if I do, it's an hour late, they need to fire the idiots maintaining this app and hire a new team!

The worst app ever . It always says try again for no reason . Sometimes says avoid reflection and there's no reflection on the document. Or sometimes says go to bright room i used to do it in a studio and it doesn't help ..... and i also visited the main centre in sulaymaniiah and they didn't do anything helpful for me .....

at first thank you for your app it contains many beautiful features but . your app keep stopping , even so i tried to delete my account it keeps saying sorry error happen please try again later with no information about the error!!!! further more when i push on update information button the loading screen will pop up and never disappear. and please could you provide a simple way to update my phone number changed to another one it is not so hard to provide a simple service like that.

Worst service ever. I have been contacting them every day or two for the past two weeks regarding a seemingly simple issue. Every time I am told, "Your issue will be resolved within 24 hours," but there have been no solutions until now.

Every update it says "many improvements and bug fixes" it's almost a year that I'm trying to delete my account but an error message pops up says "sorry, we could not complete your request at the moment, please try again later" Bro just fix it. Is it really that hard.?

It's a good app, but you still want to make the fonts a bit bigger, fix notifications and add dark mode.

I have been using this application for more than two years, but I constantly notice that notifications appear slowly and are sometimes delayed for more than two days, and this is a negative indicator of the application.

I've never seen app this bad my entire life !!! The app keeps crashing every single time you open it !!! If you forgot your password and changed it the your card will never be added again !!! And the customer service employees are such a rude and impolite people and you can not contact the app developer or anyone , for anyone want to use this app I advise you to NOT because you will regret it.

A perhaps acceptable application that serves people's primary needs in paying fuel and electricity bills. However, according to the advertisements, it is possible to transfer via Western Union outside of Iraq, and there is a lot of advertising, and the fact that I tried to transfer a router, there was a complete flaw in the service.

The application and features are great actually, but the new UI is not good, I loved the old UI more. The new icons inside the app are very amall and the color selection is not good, I can not read the captions under icons as their color is so light. Please fix this issue by selecting better colors.

The app is not working correctly because it always shows connection failure. I tried to log out and log in again. The problem still appears over and over. I reset my password and the same problem occurs again. It's really not useful and helpful app. Please when you make an app for financial services, make sure it works without problems. I hope you take my message into consideration.
