Please roll back this last update. Noise cancelation used to work using just one side, which is perfect to sleep with one ear on the pillow and the other with the ear bud. How can I get the previous version? THAT'S MY MAIN USE OF THE EAR PHONE PLEASE HELP! 🙏 🙏🙏

Anc & transparency mode is only available when both earbuds are connected while my other realme earbuds have options when single earbuds connected. No option to select dark theme.

You would get 5 stars if you brought back being able to have passthrough mode in mono mode. For some reason this has stopped and it's very annoying

Its 2024 so we can expect dark mode with system synchronization. Developers should focus on optimization cause they're jitters and laggy here and there. On the other hand app opening time is longer than general.

The app itself is good for manually controlling what you desire of your earbuds, to function for better quality, that'll follow the taste of your sound effects and ANC modes. But in my case, I'm satisfied regarding the quality of the sound, but the problem is that the location of my earbuds seems a bit off-map. My case and earbuds are right beside me, but the location is different when I tried the "find my earbuds" feature. I wonder why that's the case? That'll be a problem, to be honest. HT05

The app should have a dark mode (black background) the floating music controller should display the title of the music when tapped. We should be able to edit any custom EQ even after saved.

The app is good but a major problem is I cannot edit the time bar in custom watch face. Even I cannot move it 😭. There should be more option to customise that text and it should be movable. This is very much disgusting

Needs to increase the number of synced watch faces. Only one watch face can be synced at a time. If I sync another the old one is gone. Though there are 3 buildin watch faces which cant be changed.

The connection could be better, sometimes it takes too long for it to work, even when the headphones (HT05) are already bluetooth connected

My QCY H3 ANC was connected to the app, it said that a update was available with some fixes, so I did the update to firmware version V0.8.0.11 and then the phone controls stopped working just the power on/off button works... Fix this with an FUNCTIONAL Update please.

Half the time the app doesnt even work. Take earbuds out put in box, and nothing. Even when music is playing, its still not realize its connected. Dont even bother download. Just use touch control on the buds if you have one. App offer nothing else at all

The app desperately needs improvement. It feels so sluggish when using it. And lastly, there are features on your earbud's or the app's that are available only if you're from China or if you set the phone's language to Chinese which is weird.

I have an issue with my earbuds. There is a problem, when I'm listening music, earbuds is changing in settings to the Gaming mode, I don't know exactly what it means, but it's really annoying, when you here some sounds while listening music. Is there a way to disable it forever. Or instead I have to throw my earbuds to trash and never will again buy no one other product of your company. One if the worst functions that I ever saw in earbuds.

The app really makes a difference: audio quality settings, as well as touch actions adjustment are great. But the app doesn't automatically apply the last activated audio profile for the next earphones start-up. For example, although the "adaptive audio" is marked as active in the app during new connection, the profile applied is actually the "default" one. I am not sure if the same happens with other predefined audio profiles as well, since I'm not using them.

I've been using QCY products for close to 3 years now. And quite honestly, they have been the best earbuds I've ever used. I love the app and it's features such as tracking my earbuds if I lose them and the adjusting of the audio. But the only thing I ask is PLEASE ADD WIDGETS! I would love to have a widget to show each earbud's battery level and connectivity status instead of showing it in a notification window. But other than that it is truly a great app and great products.

It's really slow to detect my already paired buds. The pairing popup shows up randomly multiple times. And what's with the weird tiger background on the popup? It's gaudy. It also broke my custom EQ presets after updating. They're still there, but selecting them doesn't work, I can't seem to find how to delete them, and the values inside them are also all reset. QCY products are great bang for the buck but man their app leaves a lot to be desired.
