I love this game...unfortunately I'm about to delete it! I have always had issues with sending and receiving lives, and now when I complete a reward round, it shows I have 10 free spins, and as soon as it has the stars on there, it turns off, and goes to my phones home screen. That has happened not once, but three times now. Like I said I love this game, I will spend hours, or sometimes days trying to pass one round, it is a great way to destress, but I'm getting so stressed with the bugs!

Great game except two things I don't like. One being the wait time in between maps, and the second being that you can't save the same. If you accidentally delete the app, or factory reset your phone, or get a new phone you have to start over again. That is the worst thing about this game/app. Please make a login available, or have it automatically come up when redownload from the same phone. Other than that it's very addicting and fun.

I love the gameplay itself. And I like that it's not just super easy. However, some levels are ridiculously hard, pretty much impossible unless you spend money. It takes far too long to refill lives and with some being so hard, once you are near level 200, plan on being stuck often and for long periods of time. I have spent money on games but their packages aren't worth the price. If those things were fixed, this would absolutely be a 5 star game.

The game gets progressively more complicated in the higher levels. This is when it becomes a true puzzle. The one factor I don't like is the app stopped opening at, I believe at a 400+ level, I'd stopped looking, so I can't be specific. It stopped working! Long story short I was forced to uninstall app, then reinstall. I lost a lot of boosters, some gold bars, my high level, and a lot of money invested in obtaining my high level. Ergo 3 stars instead of five. However, I do like the game.

I was actively playing when the screen flashed to the home screen. I was backto level 1, once signed back in I was back to where I left off minus all of my boosters! I have reached out and have received no support! I understand that if you are experiencing technical issues and it revolves around boosters that you received for free, they don't offer any help. But one would think that if you have been an avid player for YEARS, they would show some type of compromise to their loyal players!

Challenging and fun. Would like to see more card combinations to solve the puzzles. This game doesn't give the rewards that it is supposed to when you complete levels even when you get the 3 stars for best work to complete puzzle. Very aggravating to not be given any of the + wild card, extra cards, rewards that are supposed to be given for achievements ect. My other devices I have same game and the rewards are given for solving puzzles, I refuse to BUY any. Contenplating on uninstalling.

Even though I have completed almost all puzzles before downloading the phone app, I still just love playing this game! Now that there are new levels, I do have a question about level 230. It seems that it cannot be won as it requires 32000 points and there is no means for acquiring those kinds of points. Just sayin' 3/8/23 I guess I was wrong above as I'm not in level 2383. LOVE the challenge of this game!

I have really enjoyed my game play with this game. I have been in the lead for levels played on multiple occasions. However, this is the 4th time all of my bonus cards and help items have been taken. I also lose random levels to which I have gone back and re-played. If I have to do this again, this game will be a 1 star ranking from me. I am very disappointed about having no where else to lodge a complaint about this game. I hope this will be seen and have whatever glitch issue fixed.

Love this game. The graphics are awesome!!!!I have been playing for about five years now. However I deleted it and then I got it back again. It just get frustrating because the higher in the stages the more there's a need to buy game power ups. But hey I guess that's the point , nothing in life is 100% free...right,,??☺️ Still a a great game though above all

I used to love this game. Made it all the to level, 360 some odd. 3 stars on every level. And now it's all for naught. Many of my levels don't show as completed, many episodes/levels I've unlocked long ago are now locked and missing from my progress, can't even play the level I was currently on. So many glitches it's unbelievable! Time to delete and find something else to play, I guess.

Was at level 3633, I was at least 150 levels above anybody else. The game crashed, and tech support couldn't fix, and had me reload game. I lost over 150 levels plus purchased bonuses. I lost months of playing time to reach the level that I was at. Totally frustrated, and stopped playing. No more bonus card purchases for me. If you read other posts, this has happened to many other players. The most frustrating part is tech support still has not been able to restore levels lost after 6 weeks.

Great game. Recommend it for anyone bored with the same old simple games out there. Update: Sadly, at the higher levels I have had to reinstall this game twice. can't blame my phone, I have a Samsung Note 9. What really makes me mad is I can reload to my previous point in the game but I lose all of my boosters; it is hard to build up blockers (the others are worthless at high levels), I lost 7 this time! Why don't they save too? Lowering to 2 stars.

A great spin on solitaire. Love it! Still playing it 7 years after I first started. Increasing my rating from 4 to 5 stars due to the length of time this game has held my interest. FYI, I just changed my phone and carrier, and had no problems restoring my game with all power-ups. I see others having a problem, but I have changed phones 3 or 4 times since I began playing and have never had an issue. Also, it's a game of patience. You don't have to spend a penny to progress.

I like this game a lot. However, there seems to be some glitches. For example three different times it has taken away the boosters (cheats) I have earned. It has also made me repeat some of the levels I already passed. Both seem to happen when I sign into my account from a different device. I like the game well enough that I keep playing it, despite the glitches. It really is frustrating to lose the boosters I earned and saved up.

A very fun game :-) There should be more options to obtain bars though! Lately I've had to Uninstall/ reinstall and lose any boosters which stinks! It really needs to be fixed. Another thing that has changed is when you get a bonus round, it has almost always started on a new round when you don't know what helpful boosters to use. Otherwise I love the challenges and I'm happy that I don't have to wait so long for new levels

I think an "undo" button or booster would be great! Also, is seems a bit glitchy and the price for coins is so much higher. A lot less "bang for your buck"... the reward bonuses are given less, making it very pricey indeed to buy the same amount I used to 2 years ago. I've been playing this game since they had a more Egyptian looking woman as Helena. Years. I still like playing it, but it's just getting too costly to do so...which makes the levels go by slowly and then I lose interest.

After the update of my mobile sofware, the app was not opening anymore. I had to uninstall the game and reinstalled. Despite connecting with my King account, I lost all my rewards and special powers. I really love this game and have been playing it since years, but I have to take down a star, because this has been happening to me each time I changed device, I ALWAYS loose all my special rewards, jokers, etc.... And this is not acceptable, especially I play with my account.

I like the game. Played it before. I enjoy the challenge, however, I don't like being forced to use my boosters. I feel it should be an option and\ or choice to utilize them at my leisure for the most challenging . Because once depleted so are my lives, due to having to retry. Plus I would like to have the feature for hints to be an option. Other than that I really enjoy the game.

I love this game, it's challenging. But lately it's not working properly. There have been dozens of times when I have cards left to play, and wilds it ends the round and says I didn't solve it and need to try again. This is infuriating cuz sometimes I've used my boosts which then get wasted. Plz fix!!!!! 5 stars without this issue!

Challenging, love it, but so disappointed! I've been playing this game for years with no problems. A few days ago it crashed. I had to Uninstall and reinstall it. I lost everything and had to start completely over. I am frustrated! I was way up there in the game. Update 11-14-22: Game crashed again. Lost all my boosters and lives again. Really debating whether to keep playing this game. 4-24-24 Crashed again.
