Update to 4 stars. App was fixed. The App transfer portion hasn't been working for about a month. I already uninstall the app and installed again or hopes it would work.

Its very easy to navigate the app, and being a credit union and not a regular evil bank, they don't scheme to take your money.

The app has been locking up while trying to Log in. I just says something went wrong and never loads. I have to restart my phone to fix it. Closing the app does nothing. I have a Galaxy S21+

The new version is so complicated. I can't transfer any money anywhere, I just get a pop up with a triangle & exclamation point in the middle of it without any options to choose .

Have not been able to log in after they updated. NO update link provided that I can find....have deleted and updated new version 6 times and still comes up with error! Get it straight! This is critical for me!

remote deposit no longer works. check images are rotated so they do not fit every time. there's a more that says the big was fixed April 29th but I'm here to say it was definitely not fixed.

every so often this app for gets all of my login credentials It gives me the hardest time to access my account and I need access to my account and it won't give me access to my account now

haven't been able to log in. I've already Uninstalled then installed again but nothing seems to work 🤷‍♀️ my phone says it's a bug on the apps part so seems there not much else for me to do. Update Oct 31: app is working again! looks like bugs have been fixed

Great banking app. With the new credit score feature, instant member bank transfers AND the future implementation of Zelle! Loging in is easy, MFA is secure, biological(fingerprint) login is quick. This version is leaps and bounds better than the last. Great job Pyramid!

Pyramid Federal credit Union is awesome their app has been updated and it works really well I have no problems with them they're a great bank or credit union whichever you want to call it and they're one I've been with for at least two and a half years I got into a tight spot and they help me out their credit building Bank so I would suggest anyone try it and I put yes on managing home and car insurance because you can put your payments on auto pay from your checking and it will be paid.

New update looks nice but.. I literally cannot pay my credit card loan or transfer money between my accounts. I get a little error icon and I'm unable to move forward. The only other option for me to pay my loan on time is to use my debit card (which comes with a 4.95 fee). How am I expected to pay my loan if the app literally won't allow me to?

Zero stars, app is piece of garbage. I literally have to uninstall and reinstall this app every time I need to use it, otherwise it just says "something went wrong" The desktop version also doesnt work properly. Never had any problem with previous apps for last 10 years.

After the upgrade, app won't even open up on my phone, I have to long on via the Website which is not made for a small screen on a cell phone, it's not very convenient or helpful to the consumer, I may even switch credit unions all together because of this. I need real time access to my funds! I like checking to make sure my money is available before I use it, but I can't now with the phone app. Pyramid go back to your developers of the app and have them read through reviews! Phone app 👎👎👎👎

It's a great App but ever since the Feb 17th update to fix the Log In Error I haven't been able to use the App at all, because once I sign in it does the same issue like before. Before the system switched the App worked flawlessly and now it's just taking up space on my phone as I can't still use it as intended. Please find some way to fix this ongoing issue because an App that I can't use is a waste of space. Thank you

This update that happened on the Aug 16th ruined everything honestly. I can't sign in at all, I know everything is correct but it keeps popping up, "LIVE CORE CONNECTED- ALL TRANSACTION ARE REAL!". What the hell does that even mean? Also not only does it not have a "forgot username" option when I went to reset my password thinking it was that. Now all of a sudden it say "server issue, please retry later". What do you mean??

It's been months, but using My fingerprint to login causes an immediate crash, I have to cancel that and log in with a password. Once I've logged in, it's about a 50-50 chance that it'll actually accept the check I received. All is good for is checking my balances before I go to the actual location. Edit, I would change 50-50 to 30-70 No other changes to app.
