It was a good app, but it really prioritizes you getting a subscription that the people that are trying it for free. Each puzzle is 20 tokens, and when you go to play for the day, it gives you the option to apply a free 50% discount to the puzzles for the day, so now all the puzzles are 10 tokens if you spent all the tokens you had the day before on puzzles then you only get 10 tokens so only one puzzle a day. Wouldn't recommend it unless you want to buy a subscription .

Ive been a loyal player of this game for years. I enjoy the mixture of puzzles you get all on one page. Unfortunately, I have ran out of tokens. The only ones I receive are the free 20 tokens thats given each day. It used to be where you can go to the token page & click to watch an ad to receive 5 free tokens. This no longer works, although the button is still on the page. All it says now is N/A. I have not ever had to buy tokens and will not now. If this is not fixed, I will be deleting

EDIT: the games are still fun, but I've noticed something. When I use the double rewards prize, I'm supposed to get 100 green tokens from certain puzzles. I noticed something was off, so I made note of my total before I start the game. Sometime while I'm playing my total lowers by 100 tokens so when I earn my "double rewards" I don't increase my tokens at all. I've noticed it 3 separate times. That's shady. I've played this game daily for years, but that's it for me. I'm uninstalling.

Last week I would have given this game 5 stars, because I've been playing it for a little over two years with no problems. But this week it started automatically closing on me. When I reopen it I have to start over. It does this several times before I finally just give up. I really like this and play it every morning while drinking my coffee. Please fix whatever is happening with this game.

Theres only 2 free puzzles a day if you log in every single day, otherwise its only one. Any other puzzles you have to wait for stamina AND watch an ad before the puzzle and there is another ad after the puzzle. While the quality of the puzzles are good, no other puzzle apps has so many ads. Only by paying $5.99 a month can ads be skipped. I understand the developers need to make money, but there is so many free apps out there with much fewer ads.

Very buggy!!! Either doesn't save my progress at all - next time I open the game I see puzzles I already finished as unplayed - or it looses my streak - the puzzles I played yesterday look finished but it only gives me 10 tokens to play today, not 20, and tomorrow it'll give me 12 if I'm lucky. Tokens I get by completing surveys don't get added to my acct anymore. This only started happening in the last couple of months, but it's super, super annoying! I'll probably be uninstalling this game.

Really like the games. Favorite are the Picture Cross puzzles, standard mode. Your fixes aren't working. Getting worse. Can't finish 1 game. App shut down 5 times already and I've only touched screen 6 times. It remembers your progress, just not the game you were playing or the calendar date where game is located. Must download app.

Update: This app is still highly disappointing. The Ads are intrusive. There's glaring technical issues where it won't save your progress or you'll lose huge chunks of progress. Losing progress is the biggest problem. Mine reset 3 times today alone, so I'm just going to uninstall it again. I'd even pay for a subscription again if they'd fix it, but they don't seem to care, sadly.

Wow! This is crazy had to get a new phone on September 10 and reinstalled the game so my subscription is good for a year but guess what! I had 8,200 coins on my other phone now back to bare minimum coins, not to mention tokens 😞 have bare minimum and I purchased them so now I'm out money I actually spent!! I will not be renewing my subscription when it ends! progress on certain puzzles do not save, definitely not your coins or tokens.

Great puzzles, but the price is too steep. I don't want to pay a subscription to access puzzles. Either a one-and-done price, or nothing. It's annoying having to watch ads, especially when they only give you half of what you need to open open a single puzzle. Response to editor: Yeah, watching a bunch of ads to be able to play a single puzzle that takes 1-2 minutes isn't worth it. Just make the game a single purchase app. This is a blatant cash grab at this point. The ads are there to irritate.

love the puzzles. but the game erases my progress, erases my tokens, and fails to roll over to new months. thunking of quitting. have stayed with it, due to quality of puzzles, but still erasing my progress and losing my tokens. despite playing daily, it's rolled me over, AGAIN, to first day status as if I missed playing yesterday, despite showing yesterday's completed puzzles on the calendar.

To be clear, I love the app. The puzzles keep my mind refreshed and challenged. Don't mind the ads either. My issue is with the daily rewards counter. I could log in consecutive days, solve a puzzle or two on the daily page only to find the counter reset and the puzzles unsolved. This happened numerous times. Fix it.

6/22/24 Grrrr, why do the developers ignore those of us who are having problems! I have sent email after email asking for help and nothing. WHY DID I PAY FOR THIS APP!!!!! 1/23 Update- the mute option was provided and I Love the game again! 9/22 Love the games and the variety, but there's no mute button on the ads. PLEASE GIVE ME THE OPTION TO MUTE! I have no issue with the ads, but they are very loud and have annoying music.

I really like the variety of puzzles in this app. I tolerate the ads because I like the free option. HOWEVER, after the August 1 update, it constantly closes itself. 3-4 times in a game. This happened before with an update. Shouldn't keep happening. Very annoying.

Failure of cloud save. It loaded some way back point instead of the streak I've had, and it completely deleted ALL of the work I've put in completing the entire month of August and everything up through September. What's the point of having a cloud save if it doesn't ACTUALLY WORK. Waste of time and energy.

Be careful and don't waste your money buying anything. Your progress can be lost at any time, especially when updates are sent out. This has been the absolute worst case of customer support I've ever experienced for a game on Google play. I've been conversing with Natalie on support. The latest update lost over 200k coins and my subscription status. I'm unable to get coins back and my subscription still doesn't show.

I had this app years ago when players would receive 100 tokens every day for logging into the game. It was enough to complete most or all of the daily puzzles and you could earn more tokens to complete additional pages. I remembered why I deleted the app. Barely any daily tokens and ads or intrusive "offers for more tokens" just to play a puzzle. I imagine these avenues bring in much needed revenue, but there needs to be a better balance, keeping the app users as a priority.

There is no reason for this game to cost as much as it does. Subscription options are far too expensive for puzzles that are so simple. It would be more cost-effective to buy puzzle books from the store. The app is very stingy with tokens, and coins are absolutely useless. You should be able to exchange coins for tokens, at least to an extent.

Lot of fun puzzles to play. However, you must play using allotted coins. If you run out of coins you either cannot play until the next day when you are rewarded for returning or you have to take surveys to earn more. But the system is broken. You earn progressively more coins for consecutive days of play, but the game loses track of when you played last and reverts to low rewards (fewer coins, fewer chances to play) and deletes hundreds of coins I spent an hour accumulating yesterday.

It's pretty fun, and I like the variety of puzzles. I think they could do a better job with the tokens though. I'm level 32. Why is there no reward of any kind for leveling up? The levels mean basically nothing. Also it feels like a scam to pay 10 tokens for (for example) a 3x3 sudoku that may take you an hour to solve and the same 10 tokens for a 2x2 sudoku that you can solve in 30 seconds. Smaller puzzles should cost less. ...and sometimes the crossword clues are just plain stupid.
