Nice app and products . But (1)cash on delivery is available only for purchase morthen ₹500. Or to make a purchase below 500 rupees should take elite membership.(2)Some products have a large amount difference due to small quantity difference. (3)They charged more amount at the time of product delivery than when I ordered the product .(Free shipping) (4) I lost my wallet amount when my payment failed. They said refunded my wallet amount within 24 hours but I can't get back my wallet amount.

My first product was cancelled without notifying me. Packaging is good and delivering on time. I'm a member in elite but if I add any item in cart There's a notification to add another items which is too cost and free gift is very less quantity, personally I didn't like that option. I didn't get any Birthday gift as few are promoting in youtube

I am deeply disappointed with Purple's delivery service. As a customer, I expect timely delivery and at the very least, effective communication if there are any issues. I have tried reaching out the delivery service multiple times via message and call, yet there has been no response. what's worse is the complete lack of response from both purple and their delivery partner.

Never purchase anything from this app. They're selling old and already used products just by renewing the expiry date tag sticker. Worst customer service ever . The only thing they have to say is kindly apologize for the inconveniences caused, no other solution for any problems. Also if product is damaged or already used we cannot place return request. The app will show something went wrong even uploading photos of product. Totally a scam!! Wasted my money on this. Never gonna purchase from them

The app is very poor to deliver the products on time. They initial said a delivery date then it changed to 2 days after then also the product was not delivered. There agents was just increasing date by 2 days. Even 2 days after the changed delivery date the order was not delivered. There are asking 2 more days. Such a awful app. Poor experience

This is the worst app experience for me...the apps does work properly and it works very slow. No doubt the product and delivery of product is good and on time..but the app doesn't work ..some time it take 2 -3 min tho open one page and always keeps showing retry...worst experience..this app doesn't work properly...it work good when it's is opened on Google page...

Order- 56099402 I'v a prepaid order that includes 7 items & 4 freebies. Out of 11 items, I haven't received one that I paid for, and I haven't received any freebies as part of my Elite membership. After opening the package, I promptly informed the customer service team. But I had a negative encounter with the app and customer service. Despite using the 'chat with us' and 'contact us' options multiple times, no staff member was helpful. I regret paying for an elite membership that wasn't useful..

I don't want to give one star rating, Worst app evere used. Won't deliver the product on time. Elite membership is simply taking our money and not adding any value to purchase. Even after contacting support multiple times issues won't resolved won't be addressed properly. Status of the concern will be same as starting. When ask about the reason for delaying it is same all the time. Simply wasting time,money and energy. Without informing us they wil only cancel the order and start return

Big scam Worse app and worse customer service. I ordered few items in which 2 of the product packaging was open. So I raised a return request. They kept on telling me that there is a problem with image and kept delaying it for 15 days. I had sent multiple photos. At the end on 15 day they said that you could only return items till 15 days. I didn't recieve my refund. Customer service is the worse I have seen on any app..... Please don't get scammed guys. They don't deserve even 1 star.

I purchased an elite membership on April 17, 2024, and despite it being over a month since the purchase, my membership has not been updated. I've reached out to the customer service team multiple times through various channels, but each time I'm given promises of a resolution in 1-2 days or, at times, 7 days. Unfortunately, these promises have not been kept, and the issue persists.The lack of progress and the repetitive responses are frustrating and reflect poorly on the company's customer serv.

I have tried to order something via browser version, got payment failed message but they deducted money from bank account twice! There is no way to speak to someone other than totally unhelpful bot. I then got msg that my order is confirmed. By then I have bought these products from another 'working' online page. I tried to cancel the order, with an error it didn't allow me to cancel, now the status changed to dispatch and new message that I cannot cancel the order anymore!!!

Terrible and worst experience ever I had. I had purchase sanfe cream combo worth rupees 990 and I had received expired product. Outer box expiry is different than primary product. According to outer box product is not expired. But inner product is expired on that month when I recieved. And they reject my return. I had talk to them for an hours and replied politely every time. I had lost my 990 rs bcoz of this stupid app. Never had this type of experience. Worst Worst Worst.

My first encounter with the service was extremely disappointing. They failed to deliver the item without any prior notice, and when I reached out to inquire about it, they abruptly canceled the order without any notification. To make matters worse, during my second attempt, I received the wrong items altogether. Overall, a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.

Literally loved the app and services and absolutely, the immediate responses from the team of purple and definitely the products!✨ But what is the major problem with the app when you ordered some products they are asking to extend the price level in the cart!😐 I was totally disliked this feature in the app and also the prices should be in range of middle class of ppl! Terrible delivery partners!! First 2-3 deliveries were very good, then I opted for COD and the delivery company didn't contact me or anything so I had to do it myself and then they tell me that my pin code is wrong even though they (the same delivery company) have delivered to the same address before. Now, my recent prepaid order has been delayed 4 times already! It shows in transit since last 5-6 days but they aren't delivering!!!

I have experienced the worst thing with my first order. They didn't deliver the order rather they cancelled my products. Which is a prepaid order. Simply after a week they sent a message of cancelling order due to inventory issue.. which is worst worst worst.. never trusting the app and never shopping here.

I have been using this app for a long time and initially I didn't face any problem but after few months I see their service is very bad like they are very late in delivery they arrive much later than the date they say. They are sending emails saying that we will solve this issue but they do not even solve it and keep changing the date and time ... I can't understand whats wrong with their service And I would like to say one more thing, you should change your policy of COD / free delivery

Don't ever buy anything from purple.. Recently I had a worst experience with my order. I ordered 12 items and it was prepaid order. Out of 12 only 6 items were there in the box. As soon as I opened box, immediately I raised concern, customer support team asked me to raise return request and which I did. It got rejected as images were not available. How one is supposed to provide images for missing items????? Worst customer support and worst app. I wasted 1k plus rupees, they are not returning.

Worst return product policy, page is always returns to error after submitting images for return. Tried 100 times still shows something error and response also very late and same response for every mail, I think they even don't read. If there were 0 rating option i would have given that unfortunately it started with 1 star.
