To start with the app was okay, it actually gave surveys worth the money, but now, it doesn't allow me to take part in surveys because I don't quality. On top of that, I referred a friend, they joined through the link but the $20 for doing that, didn't come through. So, I emailed them (the app), and told them this, and they're saying, my friend didn't use the link. I literally watched them sign up via the link. This has happened to many people I know. I'm so disappointed.

Don't bother, they take weeks to pay out and when they try to they conveniently message you to tell you your bank details are incorrect, then place you back in the queue to wait another few weeks. Very scammy.

Absolute scam. Got $5 then the surveys stopped coming. Reffered 3 friends, and they also made around $7, then their surveys stopled. Been like 2 weeks. Worst of all, even though i reffered my friends, I made $0 off them. Maybe I'm unlucky, but its been 2 weeks of disappointment.

Everything is great besides the auto rotate featute the app has that I can't turn off. Sometimes I just want to lay in bed and pass the time on this app, It's frustrating laying on my side and having my phone constantly rotate. It'd be nice for an option to turn this off, As I do not find myself using the app as much as I would like to due to this issue.

Really poorly implemented survey app. Nearly every survey taken malfunctions and many a time it fails to credit your account on completion for those you persevere through (the latter issue also occurs if you use their website too). I have had to report several surveys and was pleasantly surprised to get a rather timely response via email. However I had massive issues with a survey least week and it now would seem that I can now not even access the app or website. So from these experiences I'm not sure I'd rate this Australian based survey company as very trustworthy or reliable, and with the least issue I cannot even request payment for example. However, I will endeavour to update my review should they respond/fix the app login errors.

This app use to be great. I've been a member for 4 months and made a good amount of money in the hindreds. They just did an update on the app and now all of a sudden I am getting declined from every survey. It says you either did the survey, device incompatible or my answer inconsistently to surveys. I emailed customer support but no response. It's a shame as it was a great app.

OK, so this app was amazing and has been amazing for months. I've loved using it and you do build up $ fast. Sadly recently over the last few weeks since I did the last update, I can no longer do any survey. I click on it and it instantly says I can't participate in the survey either because I've already done it, device incompatible or my answers are inconsistent. None of this has happened and I've reached out to customer support but alas, no response. It's really sad as I have loved this app

Site is great but lately the app is unreliable. In my feed surveys will show that I cannot access. Errors or codes will come up, or it will tell me I've already completed a survey, but it stays in my feed. Sometimes I start surveys only to be told it's full - lately it's more often and at times the survey stays in my feed after the "full" message. A long term problem has been not being able to rotate for landscape surveys and images not loading. App needs LOTS of kinks worked out.

It's a good way to make some extra cash, but the app is constantly erroring out mid way through surveys that you are qualified for, or you complete the survey but it errors out on the payout screen so you don't get your account credit at all, even after spending 15 minutes on a survey. This happens to me 2 to 3 times a day, but most noticeably over the last couple of weeks.

Surprisingly, this is the least reliable and stable survey app I've tried recently. Surveys constantly break, many are of questionable quality which I'm guessing other apps filter out, mobile app does not work well with the phone keyboard, and best of all, the app has auto rotate which can't be turned off, which ALSO refreshes the survey and ALWAYS leads to disqualification. Don't waste your time with this. I recommend Rakuten Insights, Lifepoints, and Surveyon in that order.

Used to be a great app for some pocket money but no longer allows you to complete surveys, it's always an error message, doesn't load to next question, being timed out or not qualified to take the survey. I wish they'd fix it.

Used to use the apple app with no issue. Now using android has been so difficult and frustrating. For the last WEEK ive been trying so hard to make the last .40c i need to withdraw my $20 and close my account. Captchas dont work, you get 90% of the way through surveys only to get some notification or error that stops you progressing. If id had no errors since downloading this android version id have easily had $40 but instead im struggling to make this 40c.

New user but I'm finding it a struggle as half the surveys won't load. Can't complete any cash surveys for the last few days, constantly gives me error messages. Terrible app. Edited to add that I agree with a lot of other comments that the auto rotate needs to be removed as if even slightly tip your phone it rotates and refreshes and you get a notification to say you were screen out due to poor response or you have already done the survey.

so far it's straightforward and much like the other apps of this type. however it's unfortunate that most of my time spent on it so far has been simply doing numerous surveys which are intended to complete my profile and are not paid. unfortunate because the amount of time it takes to complete all of them. I feel as though it's taken much longer than any other app I have signed up for before and many of them did ask the same amount of questions, most asked more really.

I really like the app so far but they don't offer many paying surveys. I've only made about $1.15 since I started and I can't cash out until $10.00. but the questions are easy and short to the point. still recommend as long as you don't mind slow pay. Edit: on my first review I am taking a star away because I have reached the $10 marked did receive my $10 just fine but now I almost never get a paying survey to do. Seems like they don't want to pay more than $10. Ive been stuck at $3.40 forever.

I liked the design of the the app and they do have good paying surveys when they are offered, but that's not very often. Lately it's been nothing but free questions that they want answered. I thought it was to build the profile and so I kept answering but it's not. I've answered over 200 questions in the last 2 weeks for free. You need $10 to cash out and I've been at $4.60 for awhile. It was easy to achieve that but now two weeks later I haven't seen any paid offers just free ones!
