The puma app is very slow. The response from the Puma India is way slow. There is no response from the customer service. No email id available to mail the issue. The delivery partner is as well not responding. Worst experience ever. Not even worth 1 start

Waited until midnight for exclusive one piece drop, horrible idea to have it launch app exclusive, the slowest experience combined with the fact that when I did finally make it to checkout their system wanted to tell me that my postal code is incorrect, just trust me it wasn't. Leading to everything being sold out within 10 minutes while I waited in virtual checkout line

Absolutely horribe, I tried to order the limited edition one piece shoes, the app was very buggy and kept glitching and once I actually got to checkout and paid it was saying that "We cannot deliver to this address". I tried working out typo's in my address 2 more times. Then I check my bank and they charaged me for the shoes I didnt even buy. Absolutely horribe, never buying Puma shoes again.

Puma forced us to download the app in order to have a chance at one of their new collections. The app was not ready for the load and all of the product was sold out to scalper bots while the app was giving endless errors and load times to normal people. I don't understand why they would force us to use the app if it isn't stable enough for product launches.

This is one of the most buggy shopping apps I've ever used. I'm trying to purchase the One Piece x Puma collab shoes and it is constantly saying "Oops! Try again" after clicking any button to do anything. At this rate, it will sell out before my ever Cart loads. Very disappointing, I don't know if its because a lot of people are trying to buy it too but the possible traffic should've been accounted for. Frustrating experience with the app, would not recommend.

This is probably the worst shopping app I've ever used. I can't stress this enough. Please never buy puma or use their app. It's crashed on me everytime I've tried to order. Kicked me out of my cart from ever loading. And removed all my items. I just wanted shoes. It's wild I can't even get the app to run. Please everyone, you'll have a better experience trying to pay triple the price from a third party. At least there you'll actually be able to purchase a product

Their handling of the One Piece collab drop was an absolute nightmare. App was constantly crashing, couldn't add things to carts, and then when added, the app would say the item did not exist. Every shoe sold out in my size by the time I could get through the purchasing process, which took nearly half an hour. I stayed up all night, only to live a NIGHTMARE.

This app is not that good because when I try to login with phone no OTP is not coming and again when I press resent the code the OTP is not coming and when I use Google Account when I type my correct password all in small letters it says The begining letter should be Uppercase then I did the step and I used uppercase letter then again it says invalid passcode or email and the case senstive letter should not be used. You need to update this so I deleted the app

I absolutely love Puma sneaks. I honestly had no idea this app even existed until today, especially since I've resorted to buying my Pums used from reselling sites, due to tight finances. I downloaded it immediately & am blown away by the layout & insanely killer sales, to where I was able to buy 2 different pairs of my favorite suede style for ONLY $50...50 FREAKIN' DOLLARS! Plus, the selection is HUGE! If you're like me & love to rock Puma, then you NEED to download this app ASAP!

This is the most complicated app I've ever used, of a 1000 shoes there's no way to search for them, ask for help +> site-> app, no help narrowed shoes down to 550 pair??!? Maybe one day I'll see them randomly on somebodys feet who got lucky Way better odds than the app

Very bad UI , an out of stock product is stuck in my cart , had done everything to restarting to uninstalling the app but still not able to get rid of that product and order new items .. also the app freezes multiple times.

Why not buy the best suede shoes direct from the makers themselves? This app is very stable on my Pixel 8 Pro with great design to quickly filter out and find what you are looking for especially if you create a profile. It can be a bit addicting and maybe a little too easy to use the app because I have like 60 pairs of Puma Suedes in the last 2-3 years. 😁

it's the best runs seamlessly. Best feature is you can view all the different available colors for whatever style your looking at without having to click on the item and go to its specific page. this is super convenient when your power shopping tired of the little lag while the page loads

First of all there is no option to leave a review regarding a product on app. Secondly I ordered ankle high sneakers through app, and after using them for just 2-3 days I realized they aren't comfortable at all, stitching is very very bad and the material quality is also very flimsy and poor. Maybe they are delivering first copies in online deliveries.Then I found same model on red tape and on other shoe websites... product looked same everywhere..just rate differences ranging from 1k to 5k.

I've been waiting for this app to arrive for easier shopping and haven't had any issues navigating or using the app. I'm mostly a shoe shopper. My only wish is that when I'm browsing, I want to be able to swipe through the images of the shoes without having to select the shoe and pull it up so it's the only item on the page. I'm able to do this if the item has more than one color scheme by first selecting the color drop down but if it only comes in one color, I have to open it to see all images

I don't ever do reviews, but man, this was horrible. They had a One Piece collaboration exclusively for the app. When it had become time for the collaboration to be released, the app kept crashing. I mean I was worthless. It shown had selected the gear 5 shoes and wouldn't let me cash out. I would go back to the product page then back to the cart and that alone was a horrible just horrible process. Ultimately I could not get any shoes or shirt.. it is honestly a very horrible scenario to be in.

Doenloaded app for exclusive release. Not sure if it was the bots or traffic in general, but app was completely unusable. Said items were not in my cart, or unavailable, but had 7 show up magically when it would load. Would constantly time out and reload or crash. And some how by the time i was able to try to pay my address couldnt be verified. Charged my card twice. And still didnt get my order.
