Hi, please add an actual contact number or email where we can communicate our problems. I need to pay the commission but the only payment option available is credit card. I tired everything but there is no contact support and all of the "help" provided by the AI support wasn't relevant.

There is always something not working, every single time you use it. So good they finally worked out past bugs, oh, look...here's some new bugs that make this app completely unreliable to work with for professionals.

What's going on?! Downloaded pulse to my new phone and it is all over the place. Guest phone numbers no longer available to keep in contact. Every time I log (every time!) on I need to get a verification code. Absolute shambles. Needs to be fixed asap to ensure efficient customer relations.

When receiving a booking request, there are times where the customer is posing a question, which we are unable to answer. We just have to press the accept or decline button and hope that they are aware of the lack of such feature. Secondly, I want a cancellation policy of giving a customer certain amount of days to cancel the reservation after they book. Many other reasons why this is frustrating to use. Please try copying the Airbnb app.

It's easy to use if you are often using it and get used to the app but takes time. The only missing feature Is the access to the sync calendar and also if we have option to choose "No check-ins on a Sundays, Mondays, etc..." Not block the day but no check-ins like the other apps.

Pulse App seems as first application draft, not final version. They should really sit down and think about followig * how to improve user experience - hire UI Designer, and get some inspo from other apps * how to improve customer service - related payments/invoices etc. (10 days for transfer is way too long in 2024) * all in 1: why to have website for certain actions is just nonsense (either have both with full functionality or go with one) Booking app is great, not idea what went south here.

My property is in Argentina (with crazy economy), so Booking doesn't accept prepayment from users. As a result, they don't have any risks & make fake bookings & ignore my messages. I try to cancel these bookings. App says that user must confirm the cancellation. Of course he won't confirm. Instead of giving him 24 hours for action & automatically cancel booking - app does nothing. The booking stays active even after the booked date! Also, there is no support - they just send automatic replies

when it actually works it's great ! it takes time to learn this app and it is not particularly easy if your not digitally on board ! The most frustrating thing 😑 about it is it does not offer the host all the answers when you want support . There should be a much quicker route to fir the host very frustrating 😑

It doesn't allow you to do much, then again the whole booking com apps and platforms are complicated. Good luck trying to send messages to customer service.

The worst platform for hosts ever. Whenever there's a problem you'll spend hours and days with totally useless customer service. Their extranet gets hacked all the time and they refuse to take responsibility. 18% commission and they add genius discount on top of that. Think twice if you're a small hotel.

The app is very good for hosts. But communication with support team is very slow and not accurate. Even for one simple solution I have to come back to the team many times and it's frustrating.

Worst app ever nowadays. Just can't login . Whatever I do, while trying to log in it says "we are having technical difficulties" which results in locking me out for absolutely no reason, then I have to reset my password from a link from the email etc.... Just can't login from the phone nowadays, that's it. Well done developers

Terrible app, not user-friendly at all, reaching any kind of support is an impossible mission, if I accidentally click back because of a pop-up, it throws me completely out of the screen. I can't pay the due bill, and on top of that, they warn that they will remove me from the booking. Full of bugs, in one word, a disaster.

A really out-dated app to use in today's world. The app runs slow, asks everytime for authentication through your phone even though the code never gets delivered. Surprisingly the only part of the app that works perfectly fine is the Finance part where you can pay them your invoices. Take notes from Airbnb, if you want better customer satisfaction.

Pulse is a nice App, we get good bookings from it. But the biggest problem is they don't take money from guests in advance so many people don't come to the property after booking and that is a big loss for us. Most of them don't give their number on the app nor do they reply to the messages. This is a place where improvement is required in App on an urgent basis.

Looks and feels polished and user-friendly. But, it's buggy messaging, messy options control, even worse property management that's poorly interconnected with Extranet that even Support barely can assist with makes it useful only for one purpose: looking at availability calendar as long as you don't "touch" anything. Do. Better.

I AM NOT RECIEVING ANY NOTIFICATIONS!!! I have all of my notifications on, but I don't receive a notification when I have a new booking/messages! I just received a call from a guest who is at the property waiting for check-in when I didn't even know that there was a reservation and the property is not even clean! I can't be on the app 24/7! THIS IS CRITICAL!!

It's was good a few months ago now it's not. I have to log in every time and now I can't log in with my phone because they want to send the special verification code and when I select text message I don't get that anymore. They actually call with an automated service which gives me the code. I can't put the code in cause the call interrupted my screen with pulse when I try to select it the verification code space is gone!

It was working well for the last 3 years but with the latest update it is terrible. Even though I have all the push notifications enabled, I am not seeing them and it is a disaster. I'm slow to respond. I've suffered at least two cancellations this week because of it. Big problem. I can't be checking my app constantly. I hope they fix this soon!

Terrible update that fixes non of the existing issues. It's impossible to manage the property on the go. The 2 step verification is triggered every single time you click on a button to a new page. You are required to reauthentificate several times per session and worse, you never receive the code, rendering it literally impossible to do anything on the app. Absolutely useless and time consuming. You can of course call their incompetent support but when you are roaming, it can be very expensive.
