So handy. I was always losing my last reciept with my current balance, or having to call the automated system and enter my card number to get my balance which was just a pain. Seeing my balance also helps me budget better in an attempt to make my benefits last through the month, though I don't know anyone that is able to do that. The app works great, it doesn't update my balance automatically, though that's not a big deal. I appreciate the money saving coupons provided as well. Thank you!

Actually a super helpful app. It lists up to date balance information for your EBT card(s), with details of transaction/payment history, ect. And there are multiple tools within the app, to link you with different programs that can help you with a multitude of other things you may need. It's a simple layout, and I find it much more convenient than calling for my balance. Definitely recommend.

Sorry to say, but- if something's not broken, why fix it? 😔 The previous format/layout was more compacted in segments, more eye-friendly, with a lot of white space around each segment, making it easier to read & check out at a glance. Now, it has depressing black background & all these random color blotches,-everything runs together, making it unpleasant & hard to track & find what you're looking for. It's not nearly as organized, neatly compacted, & readable with white background like before.

It's slow and difficult to navigate. It was unnecessary to change the old version because it was basic and easy and ran a lot quicker; IT WAS SIMPLE !!! The new version doesn't work just as well as the old version. The access to personal information it was uncalled for!!! RATE: 0 stars Side Note: You're better off calling to get the updated balance.

Always has my most recent balance, down to the minute, lots of helpful tips and links, plus the gov't paycheck feature looks promising. Downsides-I'd like to see the future/pending deposits, have an appt reminder for recerts & appts regarding benefits, and where the money was spent updated faster. I've heard there's a card lock feature, but I've not found it. If they don't have it, it'd be a great feature. Wish it was easier to navigate, bc if there's a card lock feature, I haven't found it.

Was a great app at first because it had a shopping list. I could make my list based on ad prices or prices I knew well enough to estimate. I knew before I got to the store if I was within my budget. Loved It! Then the shopping list was eliminated for "new offerings". Nothing new has been offered. In my opinion, app is now useless. I can get my balance by calling the online number. USELESS APP! Don't waste your time on it.

I love this app! It auto-refreshes when opened to show the current EBT balance, with the date, amount, and store of my last transaction. It shows the amount and date of the last few deposits to the card. You can do your banking, it has links to special offers, like how to get free phones or service, job listings, coupons, recipes, and lots of other stuff. And I've not had a problem with it yet. I highly recommend!

Great app... Except it is not working anymore, at least not for me. For the last few months every time I open the app it gives a whole page of numbers and error codes. It has alibi that says "Send info" that you click and then can send an email about the error to whoever. We'll I've done that multiple times over these last 2 months and the app still doesn't work for me. Uninstall, clear cache, etc.. Still not a working app as of right now for me. However when it does work it's very handy.

Overall, I love the app because it gives a lot of information about different ways to save money. However, I'm having trouble connecting to my state's EBT portal or trying to clip coupons to my loyalty cards. The app worked fine until it had to be updated. Now I can't clip any of my Food Lion coupons, just goes around in that "loading" circle. I have no issues with the Dollar General coupons. Please help. Thanks.

Update: after a few more tries I got it to load and seems to be working great now! ------- Was working really well until this last update. Now it gets stuck on the first load screen (the providers logo) and freezes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and all the other things I can think of to troubleshoot. Like another said, happy to change my review when it's fixed. Hoping it's short-term.

This app was a wonderful utility at first. But lately, it has been extremely slow to load. And once you do get it to load, it more often than not says that it is unable to connect to your record. BUT NOW, when it loads it says, "APP COULDN'T LOAD" and some extremely amateurish link displaying SEND INFO. You guys are making me afraid to use your app with all the hacking going on. PLEASE FIX THIS AND RESTORE OUR CONFIDENCE IN USING THIS APP!!

For my purposes, the app works wonderfully, and I have no real complaints about it, only possible improvements. Specifically, it would be helpful for my own record-keeping if the transaction history showed not just the amounts involved in each transaction, but the resulting balance after each transaction. Otherwise, EXTREMELY helpful and convenient.

Was working perfectly fine until a couple months ago. Figured it was something that needed updated, but nothing has changed in 4 months. Now it just constantly says "Providers can't connect to the EBT system right now. Please call the number on the back of your card or visit (site) to check your balance." If the app gets fixed and can connect back to the EBT systems, I will change my review.

This app is a MUST HAVE and Essential for anyone that has an EBT card. The only reason Not to use this app would be lack of a mobile device or just sheer ignorance. The app works great, never had any issues, glitches or errors. There's also a bunch of extra beneficial things offered in the app such as a providers bank account (will not effect your EBT benefits, its a private bank) with access to a virtual card to use before you receive your physical card in the mail, and much more!!

This app is pretty great. Reliable& so much better than calling every time I need to know my balance. I really like that I can link both my and my boyfriend's cards instead of logging in& out to switch accounts all the time. My only suggestion would be to add features to change the pin, lock the card, & cancel/reorder a new card,which I've heard some other apps have, but those apps crash a lot&aren't very good. I'll stick with Providers& wait for them to come out w/new features in future udates!

Very handy to quickly access benefit amounts. They also have great suggestions. I used a service they recommended to switch to a new health insurance. They were completely unbiased too. Providers also has a debit card, I just got it so not sure how it works but I'm very happy with the app. It's never been down when I needed it and though it takes 10 seconds or so to load my updated fs balance that just tells me they actually checked it first. Very good app.

This app is so much more than just an EBT card balance. It has so much more, and it's so easy to use. I'm so glad I downloaded it!! Edit 3-8-2024 I got a new EBT card due to unseen issues and I can't load it in the app. And absolutely no one will help me fix the issue!!! I have written to absolutely everyone who could possibly help me with fixing this issue and no body has or will. New rating is **

Not worth having anymore. Was really great to have when u first downloaded it a few years ago. Now it takes forever to load and has locked me out. When you call to reset your account, you get the run around. 03/01/2024 update: The gas since improved drastically. The presentation is simple but functional. An the added features expand how the app can be used. Less glitches

I like this app for it's early deposits. But, as far as other needed services,... like, withdrawal limits, no customer service available on weekends and not being able to transfer your money to another account when your withdrawal limits have been capped. 😠So,I'm going to switch to another app. Because I was stuck in an unfamiliar area with no access to my cash to get to a safe place. Being in a wheelchair and stuck was super scary.

**EDIT** I have been unable to access my NY State SNAP benefits as of 5,/19/24 when the EBT system updated. Apparently, the Providers app and the EBT system are now linked. My information is correct, but the app keeps giving me an error message saying the the card number is incorrect. I'm not the only one this has happened to from my understanding. So, as of right now, I'm screwed with no way to resolve this issue.
