Said password is wrong and couldn't get email for reset. However the website works and email for reset is right away. The app says password is wrong still however.

This is the worst app/service I've ever used. I'm trying to file a claim, says my password is wrong but I don't receive an email to reset password. It's been nothing bit issues since I've signed up for the service

All lies! I don't get call back on serious issues. I'm charged when told it's included. Fake promises and it will be resolved. I had to delete have of my review wouldn't post

can't chat with representative on android because of the app layout, buttons cover the keyboard smh

Keeps crashing every time I try to login. then when I try to chat with a rep, the screen takes up the area at the bottom where you click home, back or use AI and cannot touch the send button

It feels like they never tested the app before release. It's extremely hard to add devices. You can not view receipts after you add them, and Lord forbid you incorrectly add them, or there is an issue you can not make any changes to it once uploaded. The UI is slow and freezes fairly often, and I'm on an s24 ultra. The search function doesn't pull up results well and sometimes will show two of the same thing but not let you click it. I hope they do a ton of updates because right now,it's a mess
