Good concept, medicore implementation. Many times, the app says there's no internet connection despite being connected. Very limited filter options. Sometimes no search results are shown. A lot of room for improvement which should initially start with getting rid of bugs.

The new update of to the app had a few issues: 1. The sort and save buttons are only available at the beginning of the list and when you scroll down to view other units u can't save or change the sort criteria unless you scroll back to the top of the list. Please correct to be as old version. 2. When pinching a photo to zoom the picture goes back to normal size if you take your fingers off the screen. Allow to zoom a photo and stay zoomed after removing fingers off the screen. 3. Dark modπ

I love this app because: 1. You can have virtual tours for some apartments which makes it very easy to understand the floorplan and room sizes. 2. The map view is amazing. You can check the surrounding areas and rent range. 3. WhatsApp feature makes it really easy to contact property agent. 4. The app is very easy to use and has no bugs. 5. No repetation of same apartments. How it can be improved: 1. Some information about the area should be provided. 2. Option to filter out areas.

I spent days searching through all the listings for suitable properties and saving them to favourites as I'm a genuine buyer and wished to build a portfolio to refer to and select from. To my horror when I logged back in a few days later all of my saved favourites were gone! Really, what a waste of time - terrible design. Edit 18/08/21 - App has stopped working and now just shows "Error in Search" message.

Doesnt show accurate results, for example when searching by building's name, it shows either just 1 or 2 units and sometimes not even ONE. My filters are not restrictive at all, I search open and wide but I still can't manage to solve the issue. When using the web it is the same. You need to work harder on this.

1. App filter is not working properly. I filtered dubai but it shows me rental places from RAk for some reason. I filter 40 to 60k a year says not found but i remove the filter and there are a lot of properties within that range. 2. The listings show up in the yearly or monthly as a set price but the descriptions say something completely different. Ex. Price of listing shows 45k & in description it says 60k. 3. Not all locations are available. 4. Filter with keywords doesn't show up properly.

There is a major fault with this App on Android. When you go to Saved Properties and filter by "newest" it defaults to "no properties saved" - even though I have many saved, and cannot be changed back as the drop down filter disappears. Rendering it unusable. It also only shows 20 saved properties (when it works). Very poor design.

Terrible customer support. Stick to Bayut. Fraud agencies like crest range are present which are not vetted. Despite providing proof of fraud , property finder refuses to investigate, blacklist and remove them from their platform. On the contrary the fraud agents are given super agent status! They don't respond on email despite multiple remindees. Bayut immediately blacklisted agents when evidence of fraud was provided. Ticketno 999313,16-4-24-No response to date to dozens of emails and calls.

No option to sort by type of kitchen, open or closed. If use filter to choose closed kitchen, many listings having closed kitchen also disappear because not listed with this feature! This option has to be incorporated at listing stage itself.

Bad experience. You send them a whatsapp msg. and as a response they do not bother to respond or even appologize for that.

I'm not finding exactly the place I want. In Maadi. But understand this app is working mostly with new Cairo, madinaty and new capital. Searching is working well into the app.

Agents are slow, unresponsive and overpricing the properties (increasing property price more than usual and increased commission) making the renters hating the process of looking for a property harder which was your app only reason it was made to find properties easier and because I am looking for a property for a long time I keep seeing different agents sending me the same property all the time. I do not recommend try to find the owner direct. Also goes for bayut app.

My experiences with contacting individuals from ads have been consistently disappointing. More often than not, upon reaching out, I've been informed that the advertised property is no longer available, only to be presented with alternative options bearing similar specifications but at significantly higher prices. This pattern of bait-and-switch tactics has left me frustrated and distrustful of online advertisements. It's a practice that not only wastes my time but also erodes trust

1- The information is not accurate and brokers ask for prices higher than the ones mentioned in the app. 2- Although the ad didn't include commission, the broker asked for a one month payment as a commission. 3- The application doesn't include a feature that helps people report any problems.

i m looking in ajman a villa .worst ever experience to search house on it . full of scammers and misleading information . every 2nd ad is fake or totally different in real. on what basis u rate super agents i dont know. they seems like cowboys .. not super agents . every ad which attracted me found out a flashy trap ! property finder should take the responsibility whats happening on there platform and improve it.
