Absolutely terrible the communication skills that these people have are worthless. I have emailed this company so many times about a particular problem until I just finally gave up and ate my losses never want to deal with them again.

I enjoy purchasing from here great quality and great sales. I like the deals however it's a bit to keep track of between all the emails and text hopefully the new app will help with this.

Exceptional prices but lack of larger items is discouraging. (2XL and up). So I watch for the specials daily, hopefully finding the right product at the right price.

I placed an order on November 26. Their policy states that I would receive my order within 10 business days. I reached out to them on December 5th to inquire about my order. I was told that my order had not been fulfilled. I reached back out on December 6th, I was told once again that my order was not fulfilled and they didn't know when it would be due to the fact that they have many orders. Hundreds of companies fulfill orders within the time frame they say, even during the holiday season, SAD!

Love this App. Proozy offers high quality, luxury and name brand items (North Face/Canada Weather Gear/ etc...) that you and your family can actually afford to buy. Proozy is my go to for the holidays and birthdays. I can't even imagine how much money I have saved since finding this company 5 years ago. Literally, 50-90% off regular department store prices.

As a Mama of 4, you have no idea how relieved I am knowing that this is here to make Christmas shopping much more doable for my 6,8,13 & 15 year olds!!! GREAT DEALS!! Proozy has brand name items at excellent prices. Have ordered from them twice with multiple items in shipment. When they get ready to clearance out products (my preference is Allbirds items) you need to scoop up the deal before it flys out their doors!

Why have filters that don't work? You select size and expect the products shown to meet the selection criteria. They don't. The sizes are all over the map. With the quality of products shown it's too time consuming to view them only to find out the size you want is not available.

Doesn't keep you logged in, doesn't save your address or payment information even when you do login. You can't access the same deals without the app so you are forced to enter your info every single time you place an order.

I don't intend to keep repeating myself by constantly having to provide my information every time I sign in. I have brought two items, and the last time was for two Reef short sleeve shirts that were terrible. The material sucked and when laundered, they went from an xl to a medium size. Not again!

Very poor experience with Proozy. Very poor (and false "we will take care of you") customer service. Repeatedly had to reach out as to where the product was and they forgot to ship. Proozy rep unaccountable. Wouldn't recommend at all and buyer beware...as the saying goes if it's too good to be true...will never use again.

Never received my order. Sent several emails to customer service via email and through there customer support form. I have received NO RESPONSE. Tried to contact someone through the chat button in the app and it doesn't work, just opens a blank page. No product I paid for... No customer service... Spend your money somewhere else. This is not a reputable site.

I placed an order on Oct 30th and my account was charged. Today is Dec 6th and I have contacted customer support 3 times now, they still can't provide shipping information and say that they are moving to a new warehouse and once my item ships they will forward the information. I asked them to refund my money until the order was shipped, but to not cancel the order and recharge me once it ships. I just received a cancel notice. So much for those Christmas presents. Former loyal customer.

Supposed to be the company that bought Zulily, but it is nothing like Zulily. It is very expensive and not much to choose from. They just opened this month so maybe it will get better, but for now, I deleted this app.

Prices are very reasonable and the products are great quality. I had a problem with returning an item that they sent me the wrong size, there return system wasn't working so I had to pay for my own return, then come to find out I didn't get back my refund bcz I didn't shipped back the item with a barcode label, so they have no idea if I return the item even though the order number was on the outside of the package. Won't be buying anymore from this company. 😕

I have never had a more frustrating experience than the one I do when trying to buy from this app. It doesn't marry up with my account on the desktop site. It constantly gives me a network error. I have done every trick of the trade to make it work and it just won't. I am so disappointed and irritated I may not ever shop from this website again
