I love this app. I use the free version, and it has helped me so much with doing short texts, memos, and letters. Not only is it refreshed me with grammar a bit and has taught me a couple of things. I even use it when I know I have everything right just to double-check myself truly love this app would recommend it for people of all ages.

Overall, Best in Class for Android apps. A very basic problem: Spelling - the dictionary is either very limited or quite out-of-date. Correct words, absent from the app's dictionary, will show as misspelled and there is no option to add to a custom dictionary. Re: Developer reply - I hope to update this to five stars. The dictionary / spelling functions are core though. Until that is resolved, I cannot. It shouldn't be flagging correctly spelled words as errors.

I was in dire need of this kind of a app . I installed many apps and immediately uninstalled them . But only this has been proved to be the best . Cuz , it not only provides you with neat error correction but also with the feature of translator translating any language into any other language and synonyms. So it would be really very helpful for those who are looking for a better error correcting app. I suggest everybody to install it now. 🥰

This is a good app, it helps a lot. It saves me thousands of Naira that I pay linguistics to help me proofread my books and manuscripts, this app helps me to do it better by myself at my earliest convenience, but I have one advice for the authorities in charge of the app to please increase the page limit beyond four pages because the app cannot contain beyond four pages of words at a time and this makes a bit difficult to use the app.

Works well. However, it makes alternative word suggestions that make your writing sounds formal, so beware of that. Especially if you're trying to achieve a conversational tone with your writing, and also to avoid being flagged as highly AI generated writing. The word suggestions are great, but I don't use them everytime.

I love this!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It's so easy to use, and uncomplicated. I prefer it to grammarly because I don't need to change my keyboard settings. It explains the reasons for correction, and if you don't want it, you can pass. Although, I'd love for it to be able to contain a larger word count. Apart from that, the app is beautiful.💎💎💎

I initially had some issues with the app, particularly the synonyms section. But the problem has been resolved. The app works well now. However, the developers should include stronger and uncommon words in the synonyms segment. I don't like it that most of the words I have seen so far are trite or too common. The more the words are sophisticated the better.

Highly recommended. This is the one I need. Uncomplicated and fast. It has a clear enough layout that one can instantly get started and just select, copy and paste an email (or long WhatsApp text) into it for checking prior to sending. Just copy and paste it back into the email window first. Or just write it in this proofreader to begin with and copy+paste it into your email window. You're done!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I recently downloaded an app called "proofreader" from the Google Play Store because I needed a grammar application. However, when I tried to open the app on my Oneplus 8T, it wouldn't load and just kept searching. I'm really disappointed to see this kind of behavior from the app developer.

I've been using this for about three months now. At first I wasn't impressed, it felt clunky. I'm now using it daily and it is a great tool for helping me edit my novel. I'm sure it's not as good as other popular Grammer tools but it's a lot lot cheaper. I find it best to put couple hundred words in at a time. I find switching between the grammar, synonym, and writing slow to load if to many words. Which pulled me out of my editing zone and lost presious time. I now enjoy editing with this aid.

This app is simply the best for me. Reason is, every replacement of words always comes up with explanation and reason while that words should be replaced. Secondly, once a sentences is more than 40 words, the app would highlight it so that you will pay close attention to. Thirdly, if your subsequent sentences started with the same word, the app would provide a replacement. Sincerely, this app is perfect for me as an author because my story writing has been easy going without stress. God bless🙏

Normally I love the app, it might not catch all of my mistakes, but it does catch a large portion of them. However, as of recently the app has been bugging out. It'll do the grammar portion, but when it comes to Synonyms section my entire content is a grey screen. The suggestions still pop up, but what's the point if I can't see my writing. I've tried to uninstall it hoping it would fix it but it didn't, I pay for this app so can someone get back to me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to download the app again. It still isn't amazing. I really wish there was a way to safe "mistakes" as intentional, like when I use unique nicknames. It always wants to correct things like Ly (my nickname for Lyra). Also, the thing where you select the text and it instantly takes you to the app to be corrected doesn't work. It just takes you to the app without the text.
