When I use it (🙃), this app is a wonderful tool to encourage reflection. The prompts really help me think about what I want to say and why I want to say it. Sometimes I feel as though things I didn't know were yearning to be said spill out onto the "page". It can be pretty freeing to say what need to be said no bars held. I'm very happy with the app and would recommend it.

I'm really enjoying the app. I used to journal quite a bit, and even took a course on journaling in college. I have a lot of heavy things in my life right now-the perfect time to journal-except i don't make the time because...i have a lot of heavy things right now! So this is the perfect interruption to bring me back into a reflective moment- as long or short as that moment can be out needs to be, or i can ignore it until i truly do have a moment. It's been really nice. Thanks! No app glitches!

Loving this app! Is there a way to change color or make font larger ? I struggle with my vision and parts are difficult to read. The white writing on the light background. I really like what this app helps me do with Journaling. No ads, no pop-ups for the purpose of not distracting the viewer, that's awesome. I'm HAPPY to purchase the full version of this easy to use app.

I really like this app! I rarely leave reviews on apps, but I genuinely enjoy this one so I thought why not. Everyday it gives me two new prompts to try out. I have mine set so that I get a notification at 10:30am each day. The prompts provoke thought which is great. I always wanted to have a journal but could never keep up the motivation to consistently write in it, but this one is great! I'm looking forward to being reminded of these thoughts when the app shows me my old entries!🌼

I just started using this app but, I have been looking for something like this for a Long Time! I planned on purchasing an actual book from the store but, this is Awesome! Exactly what I was looking for! ☆Only suggestion I have is the search options to find it, I would add maybe self help, mental wellness (if that's an option). Can't think of any other relevant thing's. Prompts are amazing, it so helps when you're stuck with writers block! ☆AMAZING APP! GREAT JOB TO THE DEVELOPERS!☆ THANK YOU! ♡

Great app. Simple and just what I needed. The prompts are nice if you don't know what to write, but I like to just reflect on my day so they're a bit unnecessary. I still answer them briefly every time because I feel strange ignoring them. They are creative, I'll give em that! This app is asy to use and has absolutely no ads, which helps me stay calm while journaling.

Simple interface, and the dive deeper option helps me with writer's block if the prompt isn't enough to get me started. I don't feel pressured to write a lot, but I am able to if I want to. Reflecting and writing before bed has been helpful for winding down at night. Highly recommend if you just want to take a few minutes to reflect daily.

this is an amazing option for self reflection that's really accessable!! i have did so it's very hard to journal every day, but with a prompt and no shame around doing it or not doing it, it's so much easier! there are NO ADS. i love this so much, it truly shows that it's a team of real people making it!! 10/10 easily the best journal app or just general self reflection app I've ever had!

So far I like this app. I like the idea of being able to save all entire to look back on in be the years to come. The fact the app provides you with a topic to write about is half the battle when it comes to writing. I chose to use those app for self care.. therapeutic reasons. I can't imagine anybody unhappy with the app is pretty easy to use and to the point. No extras BS thus far.

I love this app. I love to journal/write but sometimes can't think of things to write about so this app definitely keeps me on track & I can go back & see what I wrote days, months, or years ago which is pretty freakin' cool. Only thing that sucks is, of course you gotta pay for some features. I wanted more prompts then 2 a day but can't unless I spend money which only takes you up to 3 a day so I'm stuck at 2.. but still a good app free version or not

I'm not someone who keeps a journal or a diary, because it's never been a priority, and I'm always busy. A goal on my Vision Board was for better self care. Keeping a journal is said to have many benefits, this app has given me things to think about and enabled me to actually keep a journal. I'm still not great at it, I am improving with the app.

This is a really cool app with some awesome journal prompts. I love the simplicity of the layout and the seamless organization with past post. The free version is awesome with no adds and because of that I encourage anyone who can to purchase the premium version if you are able. I will be doing it as soon as I get paid. Thanks for a really awesome app.

I've had the app for a few days and I have greatly enjoyed it. The notification reminders are always on time and aren't agitating or discouraging. I know some reminder can make me want to push something off even more but I've usually completed my entry before the notification can even go off. The prompts are simple, a bit generic, but encouraging none the less. They really get you thinking and even have suggestions/hints if your struggling to get started. No problems so far. Loving it.

Thank you for the response about cross-syncing. As a user of iPhone & Android, paying two subscription fees or separate journals is not feasible. Also, having to create a pdf and transfer it between devices is annoying. I cannot wait for the day until cross-syncing arrives. Sometimes life gets hectic, and we may miss a day. Allowing us to answer the previous day's question would be helpful.

Honestly, this is such a beautiful little app. I appreciate the prompts, the format, the ease of use and simplicity. I've been told to journal since I was a kid but I hated writing in a blank book with no guide... this app makes it accessible and beautiful to write in. The prompts are cute and can be taken deeper or simply at face value. I look forward to seeing them repeat - I love writing them knowing I will get to read them again in the future and revisit who I am now.

Just downloaded because I saw good reviews and like the prompts. Sorry to say the background and font colors are terrible and a real strain to my eyes. Weird pink background with white and light blue font colors. This makes me not want to use it. A Journaling app of all things should not be a strain to read and write. Please fix this and I'll actually use it. Thank you!

This app is just lovely!! The prompts are simple, but really do make you think. There are ZERO ads, which is always awesome. Overall, it's a great way to gain some perspective and allow yourself to be mindful, which of course, a lot of us need right now. I would recommend it to anyone, whatever you're new to journaling or been keeping a diary for decades.

I really love this app. I opted for the paid version, and so far it's well worth the money. The prompts really make you think, and the dive deeper portion is amazing - especially when you hit a blank and can't think of where you want to go with your entry. I'm trying to be more mindful, and this app is a great tool for my journey. The lack of ads only increases my love for the app!

This is everything that I was looking for. I've tried 5 year journals before but after moving a few times, I've managed to lose them. I love the prompts and how easy it is to get the notification, check in with myself for two entries, and continue life. I haven't downloaded my data yet because it's only been a week, but I'm excited for the future, when I'll answer questions that past me answered and I can see how I've changed. Thank you so much for a wonderful app!

This is a really good app made by ethical developers who do not collect your data. There are no ads, either. The premium subscription is worth it. I do wish it had some more quality of life features, though, such as the option to free write. Maybe it does and I'm just not seeing it. Technically you CAN ignore the prompt and free write but sometimes I just want to get rid of the prompt all together, or choose a new one at least.
