This is an amazing game in general, I play it as much as I can. The music is amazing, I just have some problems with other things. The lines aren't coordinated at times (I could tap it and it doesn't register) it doesn't bother me too much, it could either be something wrong with my device or not. If not it would be nice if you could possibly fix it. Also, sometimes when I finish one or if im in the middle of one it crashes and I don't know why;

I love this game to death. I've had it for years, I remember when it had like 5 singers. It's super fun. And it's a nice game to come back to after being absent for a long time. My only issue is that everytime it updates, I lose my progress. I have to start over and over again. I've paid to unlock all of them 3 times already in the past. "Restore" purchase doesn't work if I bought the pack before the "login" update. If it wasn't for that, I'd give it 5 stars.

This has to be my all time favorite rhythm game. The colors are enticing, the animations when you hit it right are so satisfying, and the music is phenomenal. I'm neurodivergent, and this is my best form of stimulation currently. I HIGHLY recommend this game, even more so because you don't need to pay money to play. It's set up to have in app purchases, but you don't need to fork over half your wallet. Everything is reasonable, and again, I highly recommend :D

*6/27/17* Love the music!! And love the characters designs as well! *UPDATE AS OF 5/29/2020* I came back to this game almost 3 years later. Alot has changed since then. The ads are very annoying, I wish they didnt pop up every 2-3 of me clicking something, please fix!! Game wise, for me, the game doesn't lag as much, the app itself is also very vibrant and I still love the music and character designs! Buying things in this app though I'm not doing sorry. All in all 4/5 stars 👍

I had a previous review but I just decided to revise it. Many of the issues I brought up before were fixed, but one still remains. I love the leaderboard function and I'm currently at Platinum rank, the only problem is I can't get past Beth on 2x speed with SSS grade. It's not that I can't get the score, the game won't let me go on. I've beaten the challenge multiple times but it still won't let me progress on the board. Please fix this issue

Finally came back to the game, and got my unlimited energy back! Thank you for that. However, when I downloaded the app again I noticed some songs lag when you play, a few notes are offbeat and it really throws the rythum off. I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it fixes the problem, but many of the songs are still off :(

The game itself is fun. I've always been a fan of rhythm games and this one has a good selection of songs. But I ended up uninstalling it after 30 minutes of gameplay because of all the ads. Even your average run-of-the-mill free-to-play app doesn't have this many ads. Seriously, a 30 second ad will start playing from just hitting the back button. Great potential, but in it's current state, not worth the time.

I've been in love with this app ever since it was first starting out, and I fell in love with it all over again when I finally got another mobile device that can use it. If it weren't for one of the more recent songs that is basically a complete copy of a song called connect, then I wouldn't have any problem. I know that taking inspiration from some songs has occurred in the past, but never has it been essentially a cover of a pre-existing song. Maybe pushing on remix, but NEVER a complete copy.

I had the app before, it was fun but I took a small break. Next when I reinstalled it, I was bombard with ads. Yes, the developer needs money and I would pay for stuff if I had money, but giving the player an ad every other seconds just makes it seem like this game is a cash grab type of game. Only made to make money. And if so, then its kinda sad that all that art was put to shame. Of the ads get toned down, ill play it again and change the review.

This is a great game. I accidentally downloaded this (Don't ask how) and I clinged onto it like the first five minutes of this game. Although the game has some issues. Game saving to like an old save can be really difficult to do since there is none. The button on the top of the menu screen that says "P.Muse" almost never loads in for me. Some of the levels are unfair. As someone who prefers their thumbs to play I cant use four fingers. Anyway great game just issues I wanted to address

A rhythm game needs rhythm. Cytus, is as popular and successful as it is for one reason. One that seems to elude far too many... The moving bar itself. Its the heart of music, it's the conductors wand that guides the orchestra. The orchestra can't just play with notes alone. Having a director guiding the humans behind the music is what allows them to read them, and thus create them. Do not ignore rhythm. For it is the heart of music.

Most of the maps are completely off from the given song, and it's hard to tell when you are on beat, since there's no tap sound to help guide you. As well, the goals were not working for me, I'd have everything it needed but it wouldn't say that I cleared said goal. The design, layout and colors are nice, but there are much better and more fair rhythm games out there.

Great game, reason only 4 stars is because of some minor things: It would make a lot more sense to have the "Real Time" setting's name to something like "Note Synching" or something like that, also, Theres a loading screen tip that says that if you miss a lane split, its game over, which is false. When I dont tap a lane split, it automatically activates anyway. Other than that, great gameplay, very addicting and fun, couldnt stop playing after the first few songs. :)

I have had this game for a while now, and I love it. The art is cute, the songs are great, and the harder modes are challenging in their own way for each girl. I would totally give this a five star review, however, there are way to many ads. I'm a pretty tolerant person when it comes to ads, but an ad almost every time you change to a different screen is ridiculous. If this gets updated with less ads, then I will definitely edit my review to give a 5 star.

This has great graphics, great songs, and overall, I'd recommend this to anybody who likes rhythm games! Uh, the only problem I've come across is that on Halsey - Still Takin' normal mode, there's a part near the end where you need to tap with both fingers twice, and the note in the bottom right says you tapped it, but it still counts it as a missed note. This isn't a big enough issue to drag the rating to four stars, but it still kinda sucks for people don't want to miss on that level n' mode.

Love the game, but it really sucks how 6 great tracks that I had full access to previously and had already played through multiple times are now suddenly locked behind a paywall. The songs in "Lucky Snowy Cloud Nation" were part of my usual lineup of songs that I had unlocked during gameplay and now they've been taken. Why? There are a million other songs you charge for already! I don't have a problem with monetizing your game this way, but to steal what I had previously unlocked really blows

Let me get straight to the point, this game Is awesome! err...was awesome. When I was younger this was my favorite game ever! Especially Kayla-oh ah!...which is now locked behind a level barrier. And the SOS button really comes in handy! It helps a lot without being too broken! Oh, what's that? They REMOVED IT? Do the creators have an obsession with removing everything that makes the game great? I still love this game and will keep playing it, but the recent quality decrease makes me hesitant.

I've only played one song and I'm hooked, I feel kinda bad that I'm too broke to donate money so I'm leaving a review and sharing with all my friends!!! if you like rhythm games I seriously recommend! it's kinda like piano tiles but with better aesthetics and cooler gimmicks. I really hope you guys are able to keep developing!!!!!!!!

(Edit: the song pack glitch is fixed) On gameplay standards, the game is easy to understand once you get used to it. The mapping can get kind of confusing as the levels go up, but it's interesting to see where it goes (and that's what makes itt difficult anyway). The song choices are great, especially if you like electronic music.

I really like this game, don't get me wrong, but the levels get ridiculous and practically unplayable unless your using a tablet rather than a phone. And hey maybe it's supposed to be targeted for tablet users, I could be wrong- But the game just gets a bit dull after a while especially with the majority of the songs being locked behind "VIP" And songs that I loved from the earlier versions being locked behind a certain level that I don't even have the motivation of getting to.
