If you use this service it's best to pay it off in 90 day's or else you will overpaying for a product by more than it's even worth and you will be kicking yourself for not paying it off in 90 or less, customer service is friendly and helpful never had an issue. Pay it off don't let it get to the finance stage!!

I am having issues trying to submit a payment. I would like this addressed and figured out asap unless there is a number I can call to make a payment on my lease. Trying to pay off before the 90day deal is up........

Every time I put in my log in information It says "can't log in info not correct" I hit the send me info button an send to my email an I wait nothing comes thru I'm starting to dislike this app I just can't get logged in!!!

My experience at Big Lots was wonderful. The store Manager Brian was very patient, helpful, and answered every question I asked. The female employee at checkout was very helpful and pleasant as well.

I've never had to pay tax on ever single payment through a leasing company tax is supposed to be included with the final price so why tax the whole amount plus every payment I make It should be illegal I won't do buissness through this company again

Horrible just trying to log in. Can't make early payments because the "This will take a few seconds" screen actually means hours without any progress. Ridiculous. It'll process a late payment and the massive fee that comes within seconds though! The phone number it gives me to call says it doesn't even exist. Trash.

I have been using this app for 2+ years and i haven't had any issues but for some reason when i open the app it always send a verification code even though i have the remember me option enabled. Its frustrating that i have to input a code every time. When i started using this app i didn't have to do that. Hopefully they fix it soon cause its annoying

Terrible app and online login. I can almost never login to check my balance. Will not use the service again. I want to payoff with the 3 month option they offer but it's always extremely difficult to check balance. Maybe this is a strategy they use to keep ppl on the lease long term so they get double the money. Anyway needs a major upgrade.

I've done three leases over the past 2 years with Progressive and I am pleased with the amount that was loaned to me. I managed to pay them all off within the 90 day period so no interest was charged. Definitely recommend them if your trying to buy something, but can only do payments every two weeks on the item you want. I love it.

I was approved for $700 the first time & leased a S9. I paid it off & decided to apply for something new & was approved for $1,100 the second time! My only complaint is the amount I overpaid for the S9 because I couldn't finish the early buyout option. I paid probably over double than the item was worth. I get having to pay a little more for the full lease option but the amounts Progressive is overcharging made me feel cheated. I wish prices could be redetermined to be more fair & affordable.

Great company to work with. Truly. The app is secure, simple to use with a simple design which anyone should be able to read, follow & understand clearly. It gives you all the info you need up front in your face & there's nothing extra that doesn't have anything to do with your loans to confuse you in any way. Plus you have the option to apply for a new loan at select stores in their app. It'll even tell you the stores that are physically around you, that you can use progressive leasing in!

Literally cannot enter my email address in the dedicated field to log in. Every other button, field, and link seems to work —except that one. Most everything else about the company has been fine or better, and the app worked completely as of 1-2 months ago (this issue has persisted for at least 1 month now), but now appears suddenly, without warning or reason, at a most inconvenient time. The website is also blocking log-in access before any attempt can be made. Makes payments impossible.

Progressive leasing is absolute trash. I made a payment early when the pandemic hit. They then charged me again and refunded the last ik installment payment back into my account. Which is due this month. I acquired the money to pay the last installment of the early buy out option. And during a pandemic they changed the policy back to the 12 month plan which now states it's more than twice what I owed and twice the value of the actual product. After this is fixed I'll never use you again.

Leased a Samsung phone. Felt like I've been ripped off after completing it. Paid over twice it's price and at the very last payment after a year of weekly automatic payments the last one didn't go through. It stop for some reason and I didn't get any notification about it until a month later I've realized they tried to get in touch with me smh So I just paid it. Hopefully it didn't mess up my credit. I'm never doing this ever again.

I made a payoff payment for the exact amount it showed. Not only did it not pay off that account, but it applied the payment to another lease agreement! I am going to file a BBB report despite them not being accredited. Because it was suspicious, I took a video of the payment. Also, the website says that my password is wrong despite it working on the app. The Progressive Leasing service itself is fine. However, this experience makes me not want to use the service in the future!

Idk what's going on with this app. It used to be so easy to use. Quick. I could see what date my 90 days was up. There's no date anymore. And lately I can NEVER get signed in. There's always an error message. And when I can get signed in, I have to do the 2 step process every time. It's so annoying. Please fix these bugs and I'll change my review. It's just pointless to have an app I can't use.

From great to awful! When I initially used Progressive Leasing years ago, the App displayed information on the early 90 day buyout option. The amount, the deadline date, etc. Since then, they have removed that information, for their benefit im sure. This App went from awesome and convenient to a complete nightmare. As of this moment I can't even log into my account to make a payment, because no code is being sent to my email for the 2 step verification. HATE IT!

Worst app I've ever used to pay anything. From the 2 step verification login EVERY SINGLE TIME(even if I just closed the app and opened it back up), to having to clear the cache if there's an error with a payment( because it will error out every single time until I do), to the pages not loading, what's not to hate? I've gone weeks without making payments because of the absolute hassle. YOUR WEBSITE SUCKS TOO. I've spent the last 48 minutes trying to pay 2 loans. FIX THIS.

I do not normally rate apps but here we go. This app is super easy to use. It shows your balance and your scheduled payments and the due date. It can be setup to remind when and how much is coming out. No need to search through paperwork or call and speak to a rep, if you lose your lease id, the app makes it simple to get that info. It shows "buy-outs" and gives you the option to choose to buy-out early. I wish all bills had apps this easy!

I love Progressive, I have purchased several items through them. The app is great for finding a lease and making payments. It's not great when you are trying to purchase items through a lease that you have been approved for. It sends you in circles to see the lease you have been approved for. Then it only allows you to search in certain stores, instead of all stores, as it is advertised. It says you can shop online, but not really. It takes you nowhere. I have never seen the virtual credit card.
