takes too long to open sometimes, other than that, it's decent.

App hasn't worked since December 15, 2023 and still being charge after they said it would be back up.

Worked great for the first few days and now I can't log in. Not worth the extra rent I have to pay for it.

Have been having delays with lock

Thermostat often deviates from the schedule and requires manual adjustment to fix. No control over front door lock auto-lock timeout.

I highly recommend Smart Home. A great feature is being able to adjust the thermostat from your smart phone.

App was working great had to replace batteries, now it showing batteries still at 0 percent after new batteries installed. Want update in app so I'm unable to use app any more.

I love that the app works in real time. No delays in any of the changes I make or notifications I receive.

The thermostat "manually" any setting I want first on the the heat side now on the cooling side. I get awaken in the middle of the night because it's to warm. I have emailed support with no response and no one is ever at the live support. I am very disappointed in this rental company.

The stupidest smart app and system ever. Lock keeps getting jammed and beeping without actually being jammed. But the worst is waking up cold because the thermostat update it's temperature without having an actual scheduled ON. Well the worst is actually paying monthly for s service that sucks.

Bad, Glitchy, Looks like a child developed this app. The first night and it gave us a notification about a low battery every HOUR. It's probably best not to rent from progress tbh.

Easy to use. Like the peace of mind to gives me knowing when my door is being opened and locked correctly. Nice to be able to change the temperature from anywhere I choose.

The app works great and comes n handy but it also caused my phone to make random siren sounds which is very embarrassing. I had to actually turn my media volume down so I wouldn't hear it. It's super loud n u never know when it's gone do it. After I uninstalled it no more siren sounds. There's definitely a bug n this app.

Literally once a month the app disconnects from the progress server and I have no access at all. Even uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't work. And the fact that I'm forced to pay each month for something that's doesn't even work just makes it that much worse.

The app can be convenient, my only issue is that I am unable to change the auto-lock feature to anything other than "off" or in 30 second intervals. Sucks having my door lock right away when I'm bringing in groceries. Maybe needs an update but no update is available

Having the option, from my phone, to turn the heat up in the morning so it's not so freezing cold when I get out of bed, is the best thing ever!! Getting ready in the morning is so much easier now!

Moved in a year ago, and it worked perfectly on my rooted phone. Recently decided to return to stock, and now it's refusing to work claiming my phone is rooted. And in case anyone thinks it's some residual root stuff left over, the Citi Bank app properly detected when I was rooted and would not allow me to use biometrics, but it now doesn't complain and does allow biometric login. I'll trust the one that *did* detect properly over the one that didn't.
