The app is stuck on the 'Sign-In' page for some reason. Usually I am able to press sign in and use my fingerprint to sign into the app to make my payments. Please assist.

The App has stopped working for few days now. Once the login screen comes, I am not able to click on anything. It doesn't allow me to sign in.

After recent update I cannot make manual payment. It's frustrating I raised support ticket hope it gets resolved soon. Meanwhile suggest some alternative ways to make payments. Or atleast don't charge interest till the issue is resolved

Worked just once for repaying my loan, after that it just keeps loading and showing "Hello" in different languages. Contacted customer care too, but not fixed yet. I am not able to make repayments due to this issue

I am not able to make payment. When i click on pay, a blank page is opening. This is really frustrating. I have been trying to make this payment for 2-3 days now. Really frustrating.

The app keeps on crashing whenever I open it since yesterday, it was working fine before. I tried reinstalling it but still the same result.

Transaction history blinks all the time = reloads every second automatically, so it's impossible to see it. Please, fix it!

The recent update messed up the UI. It is just a white screen and I am unable to select anything. Please try fixing it asap as I am unable to put my payment through.

I'm not able to check transaction history from the app. It's keeps on refreshing for long time. Really frustrating as I can't check the transaction in web as well.

Easy to use app, easy visualization of upcoming payments. I particularly like the feature to plan and manage payments in case you want to make changes in the duration, amount etc of the loan.

App keeps crashing even after uninstalling and reinstalling. The website doesn't always take you to the dashboard to view all your transactions, I was hoping the app solves this issue but it doesn't even stay open for a second after entering the login credentials.

Nice app to start with. It would be great if I can add my bank details in advance so that I can pay my bills in a few clicks. Also allow an option to pay a flexible amount at a time. If I want to pay more than what I am supposed to pay per month, then I should have that option as well.

This app needs serious development. I have had two major issues. 1. The transactions you make are not recorded properly. They disappear and come back 2-3 weeks later. Often times, even after the PF team confirming the payment was received, it does not show up. This is a big big let down. 2. I also faced issues while making DD (USD) transactions. You have to go back all the way, put all the details again and keep retrying.

The app doesn't work. All the pages are blank. The buttons do not redirect. Unable to figure out how to make payments. Sometimes the app crashes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but it doesn't work. Very frustrating 😰

Last time I applied my application was rejected because of petty error in my credit report which was related to only 30 dollars. It took me 2 months to contact American Express Bank and correct it. Whereas, I communicated to prodigy that I have paid around 50000 dollars bills and this 30 dollars was not paid due to error of American Express. At that time also I was motivated to reapply but I decided to reapply only after my credit report was corrected. I wish you could have communicated better.

Informative to know when you have to pay. Useless for paying... When I hit pay with any of the methods, it simply takes me to the website of the method, not even the app (revolut, transferwise). Of course the info for the transfer is not passed to the site, so I have to do it manually. But the transfer info (iban, reference, etc) cannot be selected and copied and pasted. So... I basically have to go to my computer to do it. Also: ticket system crashes. I cannot open a ticket to leave feedback.

Needs one major improvement (both the app and the desktop version). It doesn't show payment history, even after timely paying couple of installments. It does acknowledge the receipt of those installments. Otherwise a decent app, which one can use to keep track of the upcoming loan repayments.

Excellent experience. They asked me to change the amount for my monthly debit, but when you try to do that, it does not allow it. It forces you to make a full monthly instalment payment, when the monthly payment is already made for the month. Also no option to pay just arrears. The app is so buggy, painful to use. I think this is a flaw of the new design

One star, cos of a recent update which limits recurring payment to 2k. I'd contacted support and the suggested solution was "set it to 2k and anything additional you can use one-off payment" - which is ridiculous to put it even mildly. The whole point of setting up recurring payment is that I don't have to login every month to pay the amount. In fact this recurring payment was the main reason I used the app in the first place. The UI is great otherwise.
