The update is useless. I couldn't find anything I needed to know such as what has been paid, what has been received, etc. Go back to a useful app please.

I really like being able to see my balance immediately so that I don't overdraw my account which did happen before I had this app.

My primary use is ability to deposit checks remotely. Works fine, saves me a trip.

So buggy is impossible...the app is impossible to download with any phone , tablet or computer purchased from abroad...!!!!! Ridiculous really...!

App is awful. Says you need to update but never does. Have to uninstall and then reinstall each time there is an update.

The June 2021 update does not load after logging in. After nearly a week NT has not been able to resolve the issue.

Makes you go through security code every time. It never registers your finger print, makes you re-enroll every time. So bad

Gives me notice that the app is not supported on "rooted" devices, except my phone is entirely stock Pixel 2 XL. This is the first and only app that has given me this notice.

1-star for Boomer-style client relations and layering fees. App is getting better, but it's still behind other brokers. Oh and also this. Once you move your money there, they might not ever give it back. NT will not help me complete an ACATS transfer. Their office in Bloomfield Hills, MI has been rude and dismissive when I try and troubleshoot with them.

major bug. I get a notification saying I need to upgrade.. I click on it and it takes me to a screen to open the app which is already installed. I click on that and it takes me back to the same. notification to Upgrade

BAD App and Now Getting Worse... App was great UNTIL the latest sets of updates. Now you can no longer log in. Its not just me.. my wife can't log in, I can't log in and my daughter can't log in. Friends can't log in as well.. Maybe IT should test the app prior to public release...

Inconsistent - I get debit alerts for awhile and then after update they go away. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Looked through all sorts of settings and permissions, can find no reason why alerts aren't coming through.

I cannot stand every time I turn around I have to login with a name and password and then verify my email address. A huge waste of time when I used to use only my fingerprint. About every two weeks I have to login using a name and password. Why even have a fingerprint I've never had any application take out my fingerprint more than this one does. It's horrible. Don't waste your time on this thing
