omg those developer security teams get me tired... as IT guy I can say last huge update wasn't really tested properly... 1st crashlytics . Really?3rd party app that able to collect all kind of onfo? it's double facepalm 2nd really update wasn't tested.Phone number not migrated in settings. For unskilled user it's a hell 3rd and sure crash.Got one during attempt to buy ticket... updated again and lost settings. What is Prodolzhit'in Ukrainian oh it's moskovien language by default?...

Useful but too many notifications/ads. Some features are only accessible in the old desktop browser version. Not the app to keep on your phone.

Yes i am very unsatistird with your activity and I am requesting for the official letter for SWIFT transfer why do you return my SWIF i received the money from rhe same sender 1 year ago and now it was declined and some money were held for the transaction. I can not stand that and I need to get adequate feedback and reason of not accepting the SWIFT from Middle East country now in 2021. You banned my SWIFT FOR NOTHING and I needed that urgently. What an awful service. MONOBANK WILL USE.

As an expat the full GUI of the app have no English or French version. Making it impossible to interact or even copy/paste to translate. Please add Eng/Fr languages as options. Thank you.

Hey Folks, the App is amazing! New design looks awesome! However, could you fix the following issue please? Credentials are lost after every update, therefore have to complete an authentication procedure every time. Instead of just using a fingerprint login f.e. It's kinda annoying... Спасибо за ответ! Я имел ввиду, что после обновления приложения вход по отпечатку не действует и нужно каждый раз вводить пользователя. P.S. Спасибо за исправление! Все отлично ;)

After the new update.... I love this app.. interface is clean , easy to organise and it work seamlessly fine.... In addition it also got dark mode.......AND THAT LANGUAGE OPTION.... I NEEDED THAT SO MUCH..... EVERY APP SHOULD HAVE DEFAULT ENGLISH and it should be changeable in settings.. but default should always be english.........LOVING THIS APP... THANKS FOR MAKING MY LIFE EASIER😊

Generally saying i like it, but 1 star is for latest update that broke update flow - i simply can't login now! Asks for an update for even fresh instalation without ability to skip it. Cache/data cleaning did not help. app version 6.01.11 android 9

I travel frequently and this app kicks me out of my account, and then wants to send me a text message to my Ukrainian number in order to let me back in. When I'm outside the country, my Ukrainian number can not receive text messages, so I end up locked out of my account the entire time that I am out of the country, unable to pay bills, transfer money, etc. I have had accounts in Canada, and their apps worked flawlessly. Why try to reinvent the wheel, especially if you can't get it right?

I downloaded this app only for it to cause havoc on my phone. After downloading and using this app, my phone stopped receiving text messages. After troubleshooting many things (including changing the SIM, doing a factory reset) my messages still did not come through. Only after I uninstalled the app did my phone start working properly again. Now I receive spam messages on the regular as well. Under no circumstances do I recommend using this app.

I am getting horrible customer service. I can not see any transaction history at all to know whether a payment actually went through them or not. I just keep getting asked to verify information I never gave in the first place. So I am definitely NOT giving it to them now.

Overall a very good and well designed app, but the problem with buying one-time tickets for public transport in Kiev and other cities needs to be fixed as soon as possible. For some people its the only way to pay for the tickets, not all forms of transport support the paper money alternative, which sometimes means you just can't use them as you've got no way to pay for them. The "technical error" upon trying to buy tickets is there for quite a while too, almost two months.

Thanks a lot for the app! There is no need to use a web version! Easy internet payments where the code is received inside the app instead of sms. I definitely like that the app works with Android Q beta! I completely understand that this version is not officially released yet, i have noticed the following problems: 1) If user denies the location - the app crashes. 2) Fingerprint does not work during authentication. Just wanted to point it out. Thanks folks!

After each update the login info is lost. You have to set it upagain and again, including fingerprint. Makes no sense to waste time to do it as in 1 week with the update it's lost again. This bug has been there for the last several years and this pisses me off. Fix it!

UX of this app is just terrible. I can't get through onboarding process for nearly a week, as of now. Instructions are incomplete, video call scheduling inconvenient, error messages either unclear or misleading, even support specialist can't say for sure what should I do when I get this error in this stage of onboarding. It feels not like using a modern bank app, but rather like walking through a labyrinth with closed eyes trying to find a bank card somewhere in it.

Money transfer is very easy and quick to proceed with Privat24, and also it's possible to change limits on fly if needed.

This bank contains a "smart" system which can block any of your transactions considering you as a fraudster. It's not reliable for handling deals. I'd recommend avoiding using this bank

Why is nothing ever simple in this damm country. The app randomly keeps deciding I'm a unauthorised user and makes me repeatedly enter my phone number to Login in/Register over and over. I've been in the same loop for days now. I've been here for a year and this isn't the first time the app has had random errors like this. No option on the app have been able to help me with my problem.
