in-app purchases? Hostage Takers. Displeased and getting zero use of "files". I hold responsibility against any use of my device in zero regaurd for a thief or ransom holder of my equipment without me in the loop . Loop is rope and neck snap in tree branch holding life til out goes the lights. In-app purchases are worthless and counter productive when security is given up with liberty that has been previously stolen or even bartered for. Piss Poor. Dihonest.Lie.InAppPurchase. I haven't used the app yet I think I sind in anyway I've been losing money out of my banking accounts from move in on you kind of people that want pay you back and also hacking my phone's I've had and know madder many times I Change my phone's or credit cards I steal keep losing money maybe someone can Help me for over two years now I'm getting sick and tired of being sick and tired of losing money " if someone can Help thanks" : ? ! ...

The app has not been updated in a long time. The Compile SDK is outdated, creating a potential security risk.

You should be able to try it before you buy it and after 3 days they ask you if you want to sign up..if you don't like it it's a pain to get your money back..I only know this from past experience with other companies.. haven't signed up for this yet I'm waiting.

lots of issues with everything doesn't update won't open alerts I find capital one free score check works best always updates before privacy guard as well

This company charges you monthly but does not give you a new report monthly until you request it. once you request it then the whole month's wait starts over. unless you watch the monthly scedule to the second you will not get 12 reports in one year even though you have paid for them.

I have used PrivacyGuard for many years. They helped me with a fraud claim years ago and have continued excellent monitoring of all three bureaus along with providing additional services. I am completely satisfied.

App won't log in. I use to be able to see everything but now it won't log in on app just spins around. Also on web page cant bring up report takes me back to log in page. Not working for me anymore.

I have used privacy guard for many years and love it BUT for the last several (Maybe 6) months every time I try logging in on the app it just runs and runs, well not sign me in. I've deleted and re-installed and still didn't help. PLEASE FIX THIS

It was pretty good at first...but then the login stopped working and the fingerprint login stopped working as well. Frustrating trying to reset my username and login information. Deleted the app entirely.

You make it just a bit more complicated than necessary. Took me to sign up then asked for $24.95 So yeah guess I'll uninstall... This is just for my phone but are asking $24.94 a month?? Yea...? No. Even the best security software on here charge $1.99 up to $3.99 Hmm, I think you maybe in a get rich quick kind of Dream scheme I seriously doubt many people will be lined up for this one. You need to come Way DoWn on your prices!! Also a trial wouldn't hurt either. 👎👎Truth.

Yeah, scam. The application literally tells me nothing. No date of last scan, the first 3 tabs are the same information, but in a different format, there is really no information under the current alerts that tell me anything more than a simple credit check would, as far as information it sees, and on top of this I get no score page as in the screenshot. There's no FAQ to walk you through anything. Canceled membership, and you owe me 20$. I highly doubt the insurance policy is legit.
