There is no pre check in when you get to the hotel for Caribe Deluxe in Punta Cana.

I thought this would pull up my reservation and maps of the area but it doesn't even ask me to login, just asks me to book.

It stays buffering for literal hours before I just give up, close and uninstall the app. Great initiave, awful execution.

The app won't open for me. It just opens to a loading screen with two dots moving back and forth and it doesn't move past that.

Total garbage. Useless app because it does not work. Just loads and loads and loads. I'm getting nothing useful out of it. Is it mining coins, going thru your phone, or what is the purpose for this piece of junk?

Really the first time trying to book online with this chain.Needed to add ONE day to my trip.Emailed the hotel, reservations at least 8 times.No one helped me.So , because l couldn't synchronize the hotel and flights by one day,l had to cancel everything.Cost me 60 bucks,cost the hotel a 12 night stay,and lost them a 4 time repeat customer.

It's fun with the interactive map and the information available but the check in process on the app is insane. It keeps taking off the Nationality and Country of Orgin and zip code and City and the area phone code. It just keeps disappearing, it's very frustrating.

After uninstalling the app (cuz it never loaded to begin with), my phone is still making that little loading sound. I can't find any way to stop it. If anyone has a fix, please send, this is driving me insane. Absolute garbage

Every time you hit the back button it takes you to the main home screen where you have to reselect whether you're booking/staying and which resort. We didn't know which amenities were and weren't included with our stay until clicking everything one by one. The search function wasn't working very well either. Otherwise a useful app with schedueled activities, an interactive map, restaurant service times and info.
