I've spent a lot of time adding my photos into the app to organize my feed. I've set schedules for tens of posts that I've added. Next day I open my IG feed and I don't find my new posts there. I've tried to upload the posts manually from the app, it just says photos are being saved to device then instagram app opens with no further action at all. No post or caption or anything at all, just the main feed. I'm pretty disappointed.

The app is very helpful in seeing how your Instagram page will look. The prescheduling doesn't always work and when you make hashtag groups, it deletes all emojis that might come after your hashtag. That is really something they should try fixing, it's pretty frustrating. otherwise it's great for insights and keeping tabs on how your Instagram is growing.

super disappointed with this app and wasted a lot of time signing up and uploading my photos and then there isn't a way to put them Into my IG feed! I cant even put borders on the pics which is the only filter I wanted. the free subscription says 2 filters included but don't see borders in my list. seems like they get you excited about this and then you have to upgrade to a paid subscription to be able to actually use it. scam!!

Love this app! It helps me plan the look of my page so that it's cohesive! If I had one feedback comment, it would be so that I can lock photos in place to a layout. Sometimes posting to IG involves a picture and video. So I have to manually go into IG to select multiple pics and/or videos to post which throws the grid off in the app. Still love the app, but that's a pain.

love the ap so far, but i wish it could create 9 squares from an image. I have to use another app to create the squares and I can't save the images from that app to my phone to then place in preview. I can't figure out how to select more than one picture for Carousel, which of course then gives me an error because I have to select more than one picture.

Ended up uninstalling this app. You call schedule but the scheduler didn't really do anything but seems you a notification to post. I had the info sent to Instagram but it didn't post at all. My post count didn't change and the scheduled post couldn't be found when I checked on the computer. On the Instagram app I could only find the post when I clicked on my own logo. I found this very frustrating since there's no point to post something that isn't viewable to everybody no matter the device.

I love the interface and ease of using this app! However there are some glitches that become rather frustrating. For instance, it just logged me out and I lost all my saved posts and photos that I had organized and prepared. Hours of work down the drain! 😭😭😭 It also is glitchy adding photos sometimes and I had trouble logging back in because it seemed to put me in some sort of loop.

It let's you edit Instagram size before hand. It let's you create your caption. It let's you set a date and time. The only thing I dont love is that it wont just let it post for you. You have to go in a copy to clip board and past. It will copy for you with one of the buttons. But it's a couple extra steps and I dont like that it copies the photos to your phone even though it's to have them in the top. Bit then Instagram goes and saves them a 3rd time. For the most part this app helps.

Edit: Thanks so much for fixing this!! My feed shows correctly in the app now. 👍🏻 I love this app and I've used it for years to plan my feed, but in all that time I hadn't uploaded a video, until now... And it really messes up the planning because Preview doesn't detect videos. Don't think I'll be able to use the app now because it doesn't load my posts properly anymore. Very disappointed about that.

Worked ok for a few months, then stopped giving me notifications to post. Emailed customer service. They made suggestions, none worked. Finally they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling app. Did that and still won't notify. Now I can't even log in due to error messages! Update: I am now able to log in, but still wont notify me when it's time to post. After some back and forth with customer service, the issue has still not been resolved :(

This app is marketed as if it will automatically post to Instagram. However, it does not; I found that out one afternoon. When reading a tutorial on how to use Preview, it states that it cannot auto-post yet but they are working on it (the tutorial is from 2018). So, nothing has changed in over a year? Just don't get my hopes up in the description of this app then, please.

PROS: you can arrange the unpublished posts multiple ways just by dragging & dropping. Hashtag group feature, finder tool, & limit number is helpful. It also lets you see which posts are published or unpublished as it's constantly updating the feed. CONS: Not particularly fond of the editing tools. As soon as you click on a filter, it distorts your photo. Jashtag grouos too vague. BIG FAIL: DOESN'T AUTO POST! Why have that button if it won't do it? Just a viewing app, not a planner.

The idea is great but trying to get my images to the correct size for Instagram standards made me want to pull my hair out! Copy Instagrams setup to support landscape and portrait format photos! And no your crop option doesn't work. There is also no free trial so if you don't like the app? You're not getting your money back as I've emailed them and have yet to get a response.

Didn't find this app to be useful. I paid for the premium subscription and canceled it a few hours later. Basic hashtags, not specific enough and not able to drill down. The captions are very basic and seem to be "canned" captions that can be found on the internet for free. The desktop view is available with the premium subscription, and l found it to be useless.. If you choose to download the app, go with the free version, the paid subscriptions are not worth it.

I loved the idea, but I spent about an hour trying to figure out why my subscription wouldn't go for from free to pro when my card was charged. I contacted the developer for a refund, because I didn't want to have to pay 2 times for the price of one when all I wanted was one account. Once, I was finally able to use, I find out when I try to edit any photo and save it, the photo becomes distorted. Really disappointed that I couldn't do anything that should of been simple.

I like this app when it works. Most of the time when I try to upload a photo, it loads for a while and says error. I check to make sure I have the app up to date, restart my phone, etc. There's been lots of times when it is actually working and I'll put a filter on and it distorts the photo. I did email them and they got back with me but basically just told me to update the app or restart my phone, which is obviously not the issue.

I used preview to edit a few pictures successfully. It is nothing to write home about in the free version but it did the trick. I decided to purchase some additional filters within the app because it seemed to be working well. Just after I made the purchase the app started consistently warping (twisting/distorting) all my photos so editing is absolutely impossible. I emailed their support team a week ago, followed up midweek and have not received a response, a fix, or refund. I would not recommend this app.

I've gone through a couple of social media management apps and with Preview, I've had trouble finding hashtags that are relevant to the photo I was trying to post and when I set up to schedule the post I didn't receive any notification to remind me to post it (don't know if this is one of the apps that don't have permission to post but can remind you so you can post through it yourself). When the photo isn't in the correct orientation, correcting it through the app itself just completely damages the file with an unusable image and it just didn't make sense to me. I'm currently uninstalling. Hopefully changes and fixes will be made to resolve these issues.

The app is decent and functions well, however one thing that puts a damper to it all is that when I add a photo to the grid, it turns green-ish. It's so random and weird, but is so noticable!! It becomes very frustrating to make a cohesive feed that makes sense when random photos are green. I've tried and it seems there's no way around it. When I try to edit the green out, it's turns even more green.

I think this app is great for what it is. People accuse of false advertising because they confuse "scheduling" with "automatic posting." This app does NOT post automatically for you, but you can still set up your posts ahead of time by editing the photos, creating your captions, and scheduling it for a specific day/time. The app sends you a notification when its time to post and takes you to Instagram where you can then make the post. Very simple and easy to use and a great tool.
