Still a huge range of lovely items. But you can no longer unfavourite items. What's the point of having an eternally long wishlist when some items are out of stock or you just change your mind? A few glitches as well navigating between the wishlist and search results. Surely your team should have noticed these! Had to drop by one star!

Love PLT but the truth is whenever they offer discounts they've put the prices up at the same time so you're still paying the original price but made to think you're getting a good deal. Also the app crashes soo much.

Honestly PLT is the worst clothing app ever, the didn't deliver my order the first time and then they sent me what I was supposed to received and actually wasn't the actual color of the shirt I ordered but I did get my money from my bank and not them! And only sent me 1/2 item I ordered. I HUGELY DONT RECOMMEND PLT IF YOU WANT CLOTHES GO TO FASHION NOVA!!

It was good but It is very slow amd when I went to order something It changed it from next day delivery to saver delivery witch ment that I won't be able to get my order as I won't be in

App hasn't been working for months. I cant delete items from my basket. Have uninstalled and installed the app back, updated the app. Still the same. Also have tried to log into the website and that's not much better. Wont load. I have wanted to order from PLT for over 6 months now and I can't.

App is barely usable and incredibly frustrating to manage, doesn't take all payment methods, and nowhere on the app does it say that it operates in USD, so I ordered everything and then got charged more than I expected to pay because it never said it was in USD absolutely anywhere, and even my receipt didn't disclose it was in USD. App simply barely works for international audiences as the FAQ didn't work either and glitched

App is generally good but recently it's stopped showing my most recent orders in the Orders section, so isn't updating or working as it should. I placed 2 orders yesterday for next day delivery and neither are showing even though they should be arriving soon. If that's fixed then my review rating will go up.

Absolute disgrace! Since when customers should pay for trying clothes on???? Been a loyal customer for 5 years and regularly buying items, now without a warning being charged £1.99 for every single return. Always had to order three in different sizes to keep one item because they are so off. You've lost a loyal customer as I will not be returning! Better stick with Shein!

Regardless of updates I have the same problems with this app. When I delete items from my basket or wishlist they just don't disappear. Nothing changes. Even after closing down app and reopening. It's annoying and doesn't work efficiently. Their webpage is equally bad, super slow and randomly logs me out when I'm tryiny to arrange my wishlist....

Freezes, glitches and constantly crashes. I like the store, but it's not smooth shopping when the app is slow with loading and then crashes every 2 or so minutes. Fix that! Also, improve the app by allowing customers to login to our account rather than redirecting us to the website through the internet and then back again after purchasing. Thanks!

I gave the app 3 stars because it only gives you three options for the filter "price range, style and size". While those are great, I was looking for a specific color and because they don't have that as a option i had to go through all the clothes and click to see if it was available in white (which most were not). Also I filtered for my size and it said 700+ results were found but it repeated all the clothing instead of showing all they had.

Hi! I checked the app and I still couldn't add anything to my cart. I had to uninstall them re-install the app and now its fixed. Previous Complaint: I can never use this app. Everytime I try to add something to my cart it never works. The 'add to cart' button is always loading and never available. This has been going on for several months. They have so many complaints and bad ratings yet it seems they've done nothing??

Extremely disappointed. I placed a large order which was missing three items. When I inquired about the items, customer service totally dismissed me even though it was either their mistake or the courier that they partner with. Either way, they have refused to reimburse me even though I've always been a loyal customer. Won't be ordering again, save your money, go elsewhere.

This app is the most buggiest app I've ever used. Half the time, I can't favorite and unfavorite items that are both in and out of the cart. When I went to check out, I was in the process of completing the payment section when it gave me an order number instead of letting me choose a different payme t option. And then it took all items out of cart. No order history, no email, no charge. Terrible app. What a waste of time.

I've purchased on this app at least twice before without any issues or complaints. Just recently, the app will not save my preferences and shows prices in £ instead of $. And just today I have tried to place an order 3 times, but it says my order cannot be processed to contact customer service try again later. When I click on contact us in the app is gives a variety of reasons for contacting them to choose from, no matter which one you select it takes you to enter order number or tracking number AND THAT'S IT. It's been very frustrating and disappointing.

App always crashes, you can barely make it to look at your own cart. It's so annoying. The website isn't any better. Navigation sucks, and the screen glitches and will randomly refresh. Then you miss the place you were previously. I WILL say even with all the hassle. The clothes and quality for the price you pay are top tier! I looovveee them! I prefer their clothes over Fashion Nova.

Since I downloaded the app about two weeks ago, I've been unable to make it pass the message in the little box that pops up soon as you open the app. The one that reads "Check your email for $10 gift card plus complimentary shipping..." I have to change the font setting in My phone display settings In order the Full message in the little white box to appear, cuz that's the only time the "X" at the top right corner of the box will appear in order for me to close the message and use the app.

Nice app. I havent ran into technical problems. Ran pretty smoothly. Although, I had to uninstall because I noticed that the app is not really linked with my account on the webpage. Yes it does have a link where you can go and log in, but whenever I see something I like the app makes it look like it's a whole different account. And when I go to the webpage the things I liked in the app are not on the webpage wishlist. In other words, would like the app to be intertwined with my webpage account.

I love the store, but the app is so buggy sometimes. Items on the main page don't always work when clicked on. It just says zero items. I upgraded the app and everything 🤦🏾♀️ The cookie option pops up every few minutes as well when I've already updated my cookie option. I'm tempted to just uninstall the app altogether. Shopping on a store's app is supposed to be an easy streamlined experience.
