Kids have fun with this learning game. If you plan on using the paid version on more than one device, make sure you get the SE version so you can use family sharing! I got this version at first, but after finding out this version isn't compatible with sharing, I was given a refund.

It charged me and it will not allow me to access any part of the game. I canceled the subscription and was still charged the next month without having any access to the app. It will not allow me to sign up. It brings me back to the free trial page even though the free trial charged me.

This is a great educational game for little ones. I downloaded this app for my 3 year old and he really enjoyed the free games so I purchased a year membership. So far worth it. With having an older device, I was having difficulties signing into my account for a while. I contacted the help email and Kevin was very invested in helping me fix the issue. Kevin did research for me and everything to help me. I greatly appreciated all the help. Now on to learning with this wonderful app.

I bought this game before, I have installed it uninstalled it I've tried to restore the game for my Granddaughter and it still doesn't work. I do not want to buy it monthly, it told me it would be a one time thing. Now that's all she wants. Really sad. She is autistic, it truly helps her learn. ABC mouse doesn't keep her attention like this.

traditional homeschooler(pre covid)here recomending all of this developers learning games! My daughter is in grade 4 advanced math and she loves the grade 5/6 learning games they taught her multiplying fractions without any help from me required! They put alot of thought into these lessons and they align with the nova scotia provincial education framework outcomes per grade level. I had to come back and download the preeschool one for my 2 year old! Thank you for making learning fun! got 4.

I really like the games on this app; however, the app glitches so often. I am paying for the annual subscription so I'd expect for the app to be working at its best. But it feels as if its a generic app. It definitely has quality potential but its not worth paying a yearly subscription if it keeps acting up. My daughter loves it but she constantly has to stop and tell me that its not working because its frozen or glitching. Please fix this and dont make me regret spending $20!!!! Thank you!

App is really good and a great learning tool. Never had any issues and lots of great tasks. Please just provide videos instructions; especially for the harder tasks as this will help children understand the task. Please can there also be a cancel button if you don't want to include/play games. Thanks

refund please my kids find it fun I don't know that I really feel their learning all that much from it it's a good distraction for them something fun for them to do that they can still learn a little bit but I don't feel that it is as beneficial as it could be I feel like they are just going through the motions of the games rather than actually learning anything and they get bored with it the puzzle game is not well calibrated my kids get frustrated and quit trying because it needs to be so exact

This preschool learning app is amazing best one I've found, none of the words are pronounced wrong and the voice is clear and not annoying like most. So it only has 2 games open to play at first but last night I was able to unlock ALL the games for $4(so glad I did). My son absolutely loves this and is doing them on his own and he's so proud of himself. He can't do all of the games yet which is great but the ones he does play he loves and is having fun doing it. Wonderful app A+!!! Thank you!!!!

Stay away! It's a mess! Once I signed up for a year subscriptio ($40+), then I tried to log in with no success. The system showed an error. I thought that I hadn't signed up properly, so I purchased a monthly subscription. Again, when I tried to log in, the system would not let me, asking me to subscribe again now for a different price, $60+. I tried to cancel both subscriptions, but there is no refund for the monthly. After trying to log in more than 10 times, I got in. A headache!

You can access a free 3 day trial, but if you don't, you can't access ANYTHING is this app. Very disappointed.

Was going good until...it started crashing. My 2 year old loves the platform and although he is 2 he plays all the games. But recently it keeps crashing when he tries to play the Shapes or the Matching games. It gives an error code and shuts the whole app down. This is very frustrating for me and my son. Hopefully things improve, because as it stands there aren't too many apps like this available for small children.

I really like this app for my son, but I'm unable to log in to the app on my phone. I was able to log in on a tablet but not on my phone. I can also log in on the web. It is very disappointing, especially since I have a yearly subscription for my child.

At first I was really excited to download this app for my toddler, when my older kids were small I had the other one for kindergarten and up. Honestly though, when it got to the part where you have to pay for it I was really disappointed that these guys are doing the same thing everything else is now and got greedy. It used to be a one time payment and you had the game with all its features...but now just like everything else it's a monthly/yearly subscription. Very sad to see this.

I have an autistic client who is in love with this app. It really engages her. she really enjoys the variety and doesn't get stuck on playing 1 game like other apps. I was wondering though, if it's possible to update the word banks for "sight words" and other spelling games. My client has gotten good at them just by memorizing, and isn't learning anymore. Just a thought! Otherwise, I love it and most importantly she does too.

Best suite of preschool apps out there from a brain science perspective. Im working on my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Most preschool games teach content but dont focus on teaching kids critical thought processes that are required to keep up once they start school (breaking pictures apart and analyzing components, evaluating, ranking, memorizing, etc.) This is the best set of games I've found to teach those critical skills. All that's missing are prepositions and superlatives.

I was disappointed in the extremely limited access you get in the free download, and hesitated to pay for the subscription, but did in the end. My daughter gets bored easily, so I like to have several good apps. This one does not disappoint. She loves it, and I love knowing that she is learning and can advance as she masters skills. I did have to reinstall and had trouble restoring my acct, but cust svc was great. They responded quickly and persisted when it wasn't quickly resolved.
