Very Nice learning platform and with advanced questions , notes and Faculty. Also Prepladder support team is well efficient with quick and kind responce. If general Lectures will be available In both hinglish and english it will be more beneficial for students.

My prepladder experience is very great the app very well optimized for phone and tab as well but when I am watching any video lectures there is feature when I slide on screen the video can be seeked forward and backward for this there should be option to turn it off/on because it's very annoying when I try to go back or clearing any dirt on screen the video is seeked forward and backward which I don't want to. I hope this option gets added it will be helpful also dark mode will be loved

All the teachers of all the subjects are very good and whatever material has been included in it. They have made videos in rapid revision, all that is very good and is also very cheap. It is available cheap in the offer so it is value for money..but There are some technical issues so everyone faces some problem in it.

don't really care about the students already enrolled. the process and pricing to upgrade in between plans is horrible. would suggest choosing marrow or cerebellum instead of being stuck with them since you paid. absolutely horrible response from their team. edit: as you can see their responses are just as bad and unhelpful. choose a platform which will be better in regards to both pricing and customer services when choosing your partner for the pg preparation.

I have been a Prepladder User for 5 yrs now but it seems that it's getting worse day by day. Really disappointed. 1. Now I've sbcrbd to Neet SS med in which videos are'nt fully uploaded, 1 can understand abt the vastness of Course, but even aftr 3-4 months Imp topics are missing even though it was there on previous Version, 2. Notes soft copy is not updated yet n it shows notes are updating soon... 3. DRM issues still persist even after playing it on 5G.......

This is about the app for NEET SS. I got this subscription for the last minute revision and I was promised a hard copy of notes which was one of the main reasons I even considered this. I subscribed on January and I still haven't received the notes. My friend had a similar issue last year when he recieved his notes 3 days before the exam. I actually don't need those notes right now, but I literally got scammed off 15k by these wretched people!

Disappointing experience with Rapid Revision Notes! Ordered notes 15 days ago, but still waiting. Despite daily calls and emails, the response is unsatisfactory. 'Soon' delivery promises with no concrete updates. Issue escalated, but now my exam is near, and notes will be useless after exam . Be cautious of fake promises! Amazing faculty but Poor customer service. Look elsewhere for reliable delivery of notes

I called many times for customer service for problem in app..no one is answering.. everyone is eagerly waiting for asking for subscription only .but after subscription no one is responding ...I am very disturbed and I not studied properly due to its bad customer service.due to this i switched to marrow ..

I am writing to provide feedback regarding an issue I've encountered with video playback in the app. When I am watching a video and minimize the app, upon reopening the app and attempting to resume or replay the video, it does not play. Instead, the video appears to reload or get stuck, and playback does not continue.

Unable to download the video after the last update. It shows "you have reached the limit for download for today. Try again tomorrow." Exams are around the corner. Please solve this issue at the earliest Edit: Issue resolved. Thank you Edit: After updating for version X I am unable to attempt the qbanks. It is showing 'retry' and then 'quit' again and again. Please solve this issue as soon as possible as I can't keep track of my progress without solving questions.

as I was unable to start the vedio after trying a lot.. I then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but then I am not even able to login.. there is no network issue at my side.. literally waste of time..never faced such issues on other platforms.. on top of it you people keep on changeing the vedio content, faculties that causes disturbance in studies we have paid a lot & so we deserve better experience over the app..please help I would never recommend this platform to anyone

When a new version comes, they'll update your question bank version without informing you. So all your progress is lost, all the annotations you had made and the questions you had bookmarked for revision are lost. Its really disappointing. Didn't receive help after contacting customer care multiple times.

it's really frustrated... the app keeps saying no internet connection and doesnt load the videos despite having a good internet..... the streak keeps breaking ... and also the previous mock test that I've done ,the past exam test I've done .... now it shows I haven't done any, , .... seriously I trust prepladder and this is how it is ... disappointed 😞

The great proffesors have signed out, the new ones are not as good. I hated the navigation menu, the videos and qbanks are not well sorted and the videos don't show thumbnails. Oh god, the internet consumption is a nightmare.. in Marrow, the low quality gives you an option of 144p.. Prepladder's minimum low quality is 360p.. there is potential that it may get better with time. (This review is based on NeetPG courses) and the horrible video lag at speeds higher than 1.2x cripples the user experie
