It was ok until Every Penny Counts got their grants cut, then this site dumped all of us, I mean immediately, I couldn't even find out how much left was on the card, you all know how embarrassing it is to come up to a cashier With all your groceries and not being able to pay cause your card doesn't work? well there you go, want the embarrassment? then get the card lol

Doesn't work. Won't add my card. This is my second time trying this app. Not worth the effort. Just log on via a browser

Wish it had routing numbers so I can put it with my other cards but it's easy to use an it alerts me everytime it's used

Dogshit app from a dogshit bank. Can't log in, can't activate a card, and customer service doesn't seem to be able to resolve anything. Time to switch banks because I'm tired of Commerce Bank

It was a good until recently. For 2 weeks now i can't login....It says an error has occurred. 🤦‍♂️Customer service dumbfounded on the situation.

The app was great when it first came out, now I can't get into it, it asks me to verify who I am and when I try, it tells me "we're sorry, we can't complete your request at this moment" or something similar to that affect(effect?)

I dont remember my username, so I try to create a new account but when I'm done filling out all the information it says sorry were unable to request your account at this time.

GREAT BANK GREAT Customer service, I'll be there twenty years It's a great bank to be at. They let you know there's a problem with fraud resentment. They call you right away, they're so friendly. They can help you with anything and they don't mind. They always put a smile on my face. The Thing to do at this bank is so wonderful. The customer service is still great. They go out of their way to help you. I love this bank. I will never go to another bank iam Very happy where I am at.5***** STAR RA

This app sucks. Never works. Can't sign in. Completely useless. Uninstalled, reinstalled, reset passwords, still can't sign in.

So far so good, the app works great. I especially like I can track my transactions and lock my card with one click.

Frustrated. Worked like a charm for months, now biometrics don't work and mobile app won't log in. Same info works on desktop login. 12/21... repeat problem, and a $2 charge for calling customer service with no resolve.

Doesn't work! I have downloaded this app twice on my phone & I put in all the correct information & I go to hit continue & it keeps telling me "Error: Sorry we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. And when "later" comes I try again and it still says the same thing! Looks like I'll be uninstalling this app for the 3rd time...smh Being a big name bank, I thought this app would be good, but NOPE, Boy was I WRONG! This "App" is worthless!

Used to work - now gives an error that the username or password is incorrect. Reset both, still the same problem. Customer service, well, bless their hearts, they don't know either. Good bank, but clearly this app is low on the list of improvements.

Not a lot of options. Can only see a handful of transactions and it only shows the date not the time of the transaction. Can't search transactions, what you see is what you get! Does not show any of your information such as card information, what information is on your file! I have been trying to figure out my password for atleast a month! It's next to impossible!
