Don't show map with filters for market, do continue to show user the closet lots. Remove space for you animation and incorporate this with app landing page instead of wasting users time when app is opened. Landing page could possible be simplified and less busy. Override landing page with rate page for location if user is actually on the lot.

After using the QR code beside my vehicle, to download this app and pay, they booted my car. It took hours to get it resolved. If I had not been sitting in my car it would have been towed before they resolved this issue and cost me hundreds. No wonder states are passing predatory towing laws. These companies are OUT OF CONTEOL.

The app is functional and fairly easy to use. You go to a parking lot, you look for the lot# on the wall, you enter it into the app. Pick your car (license plate#) then pay your rate and the app tells you how long you can park there. Pretty simple. Now the bad? There's a lot not explained. Many spots in the lot are RESERVED or restricted for a company/person. You must pay attention to all the signage otherwise you may find yourself ticketed. The app needs to explain this better.

Won't load past the start screen on my samsung phone. Seems to work on wife's iPhone though.

This app automatically turns the flash on when trying to scan a credit card. My credit card is silver! It can't see the numbers! I turned it off manually and it just kept coming back on. Hell I'm already PO'd due to paying for an expensive hotel and then also having to pay to park. The parking lot is half empty. It's not like it's a space problem.

The app store needs to remove this app it is a scam app and it will charge you for parking but not register the service properly. You'll get a receipt but then still get a ticket and the company will continue to escalate the ticket and threats even after providing receipt. The app doesn't work and the company is predatory, so the apps faults are by design to harm the consumer and benefit the company. Do not use this app if your forced to use this company lots do it through the lot machine.

The app worked with notification to add more time almost my entire stay. Miraculously, my last night I received no notifications and within 30 minutes if my time being up, they put a boot on my car. That cost as much as all my days using the service. I feel like I got conned.

Shameful that using this app should require much effort at all. The entire process is liner with multiple pages to perform a single task, purchasing a parking spot. Some pages may be unresponsive for example vehicle make not recognizing Chevrolet. Is this is my only option for state park Parking space reservations? it feels criminal to have no human interaction through this process. 1 star since I'm sure this works for some people. Agitated 28 year old male Can't cancel spot in wrong location.

I couldn’t “extend” my time for the space, and couldn’t “Park again”, it would say my vehicle was already parked in that zone. I could only rebuy the same block of time I purchased the first time I don’t need another 2 hours, only needed to extend for 30 minutes, and it would never accept payment when trying to extend time. So, I started buying smaller blocks of time and repurchasing those, very inconvenient and it cost more. I almost thought it was a scam to get more money. Fix that & its a 5.

This App is not user friendly and the first time using it, I got a parking ticket for $120 after my information was already in the system and I was paying $25 for 2 hours of parking. I got a notification while parked to confirm I was still parked so I thought everything was fine. Just a little over 2 hours of being parked, I come back to a boot on my vehicle which inconvenienced everyone in our trip for having to wait for someone to come take it off. Definitely would not recommend!

Utterly useless! I tried using this app at the Memphis Music Festival when I saw parking spots branded with this app. For whatever reason, it would not let me pay for the spot. Even after using the site itself instead of the app, after typing in the zone code and my tag number, nothing! I hardly saw any other cars in the Premium spots so it showed I wasn't the only one having issues with the app.

Adding car details is more difficult than it needs to be... Why make folks guess the answer? Add a drop down for Car Type so that we can pick what best describes the car so that we don't have to guess. Same for color. I have an orange car, but it says it's not an option. I didn't know what the available options are because it's a text field, not a drop down. Then when I finally get it all set up, it doesn't let me add time to my existing session. Says "session unavailable"

Terrible app, awful website, even worse customer experience. If you have multiple cars, it decides which car it wants you to pay for even when you choose one. Then even after you pay, they give you a ticket and deny your appeal because they don't read. The UI is awful, loading times are bad, I really can't say anything good about it. Use other parking lots to avoid the drama they create for you.

VERY poor UI. Took FOREVER to get signed up, and then when I finally did, was unable to extend my session after several attempts. Finally, I was able to do it, but only for 1 hour, even though I only needed an additional 10 minutes (so even 30 minute option would have been acceptable). Then, when requesting a receipt after the entire session was done, it only send me for the extended time, and I could not access the original time for that receipt. And their email bounces back undeliverable.

This app and service providers a horrible experience. First of all it defaults to 12 hours for parking at a beach access while we were on vacation at @ $160, I assuming this is intended to gather excessive fees from people based on my experience. When our time was up and we're in the process of backing up our belongings. I attempted to add another 1 hour on ensure we were ticketed for illegal parking. Only to fine out the minimum number of hours I could add was 3. Don't use and avoid!
