New review: 7/1/22. I've had this app for years and cashed out multiple times in the past. Used to be a great way to make a little extra cash. However, surveys are almost never available anymore and I just wasted a couple hours of my life trying to locate products in stores. I found numerous items *exactly* as described in the task with the only thing being different is the UPC code which prevents the task from being completed. Reaching out through the app accomplishes nothing so don't bother.

Love the app. Easy way to make some extra money. My one issue is the times it reloads items, particularly the Price Monitoring items. For example, I went to the grocery store and did several of them, but about 30 minutes after I left the store, about 10 more popped up that I could have gotten had those items reloaded at the same time as the others. There are also some tasks that will be there one minute, gone the next, then back on a couple minutes later.

I like the idea of this app and it could be very helpful, but the products that are chosen for the 'find the product' section are impossible.. For example, there was this cake that had toppings and stuff to make it look pretty. They wanted me to take a pic of the bottom of this 27 ounce cake as if I could just flip it over. I can't flip a cake over Premise. Do better.

I used to like premise when I first downloaded it awhile ago, I have been able to cash out many times, mostly from surveys. Now, it seems they have made it even harder to actually pay out, from it being nearly impossible to find the exact upc for products, error loading screen tasks, and not paying for surveys now. It is not worth it to me anymore. Also gave wrong address for a task. It is becoming a waste of time to waste gas money trying to use this app for it to end up not working out.

At the beginning when I first downloaded it it was the pest app ever. The tasks were easy to find and do and the prices were good. But now it became almost impossible to complete one single task because the tasks are complicated and they have to be done at specific stores and locations that are not even nearby. It became the worst app. I hope they fix it and makes the tasks more doable for everyone.

Horrible...I have tried AT LEAST a dozen different times to use this app. I was told by a good friend of mine that it's an awesome app. I was super excited to they it out. Every single time I've tried to do the tasks, NONE of the barcodes match up. NOT ONE TIME. It's super annoying walking around Walmart for an hour and a half trying to match up barcodes. Serious waste of time.

I do love this app. I've been using it for about a yr now. It doesn't have alot of assignments near my area but I can travel to nearby towns too. The pay is good because the assignments are very simple. The difficult ones are the "Find the product" assignments because UPC often doesn't match even if it's the correct item. Also, they sometimes have issues with cashing out. Ive only had it happen once in a year but it is stressful knowing it could happen anytime. I hope they get that fully fixed.

Edit...Received a cash out finally after several attempts and threshold is back to the original. Overall I love the app and have had it for years. It was fun completing tasks while on the go. The only downside is I wish they never discontinued the search/pic tasks of places, signs, etc...They were fun and the goals were attainable with effort. When searching for barcodes it seems to be a hit or miss and less likely to be an achievable goal.

I've been using Premise for the last couple of years and overall it's been a great experience. I've never had an issue with payouts. Whenever I've had questions, the support team has been awesome with knowledgeable, quick and easy to understand responses. the app has been, overall, easy to use. and again, if I've had a problem the support team has been quick to answer/fix the issue. the only real negative comment would have to be when the information in the tasks (ex: wrong barcode) in the tasks

I really enjoyed Premise, the tasks and how easy it was to cash out. Unfortunately, after trying to install Premise on my new phone and forgetting the correct email, after I put in the incorrect email, it flagged the system saying I was trying to create a new account, breaking the terms I agreed to. I explained this to support but they ignore me, refusing to answer. This has happened to others I've spoken to. This would be a great app if they would work with the people who provide their data.

There's nothing wrong with the app. It runs well The issue is the data. It tells you to look for X item, in X store nearby. Easy right? Nope. When I went there, 3 times items not carried. Not even using the local supermarket app was it available. It's a waste of time. They don't even bother to show you an image of the product which would be extremely helpful. Zero sense to tell you to check nearby store for an item and then they don't even carry it. Time loss, gas etc

Don't waste your time. This used to be my favorite app, I used it religiously after work simply for fun and made decent money off of it. It was easy to use, simple, and actually paid out pretty fast without hassle. The past so many months to a year now it's become dry, nothing is available near me, the tasks are impossible...I uninstalled it. If they go back to how the app was initially set up I will download it again in a heartbeat.

It seems like every time I save an 'Explore' Task to confirm a road closure, it will say I have 52 minutes to complete the task, but then 20 minutes later everything from my saved list disappears while I've been traveling to the location. Or I'll complete a task from my saved list and as soon as I finish it, all of my other tasks I had saved are just gone. Not just from my saved section, but in the 'Explore' section as well and then reappear hours later. It's extremely frustrating.

I've used this app for 2-3 years & I like it. It should have a section to put comments at the end of each task in case there's a issue you need to address when submitting your task. You have to go in the app & submit a ticket & wait for a response....it would be a lot easier to leave a comment in the task. The task where you have to go to the pin to start is so frustrating. I'm already at the location which is evident plus there's ALWAYS issues & It takes you to random spots in the locations.

it's a great app and it pays good and prices can increase as you do more so, definitely a good app there's plenty of different task on the app for everyone and pretty much anywhere, there all over the place with a variety of different task to do day and night. something I dont like about this app is that the product locator task is hard to actually find the exact item with the exact barcode (if they don't match you don't get paid) I tryd a few times spending plenty of time follow rules or nopay!

this task finding app is 🚫 r as difficult as it appears at first. I suggest searching all tasks for a large store or tasks at stores near each other, I then write down each item with bar code so I can look at the product before I go, I screen shot the pic so it's easier to find. Sometimes the product name is confusing. this way you really only spend the amount of time that is listed in the app.

This app seems good at first but every time you go to report a problem with the app because it keeps crashing, the app stops disallowing you to attach screenshots, to the problem report please fix immediately I've spent half my day trying to locate things that aren't there walking all over town so I should be compensated. Thank you otherwise great app.
