So far so good. Let's be honest I want Samsung's sound assistant. However for some utterly stupid reason android has this ridiculous 7 step leap. Who on earth decided 7 was a good number to divide 100 into. Anyway installed this app and I do get my 100 segments of volume on media. Do it's a good start for me. Not sure it does all the other volume controls but that's not a biggy. Would be nice if it worked with the phone locked. The app seems to say it does but it's not working for me.

Needs a backup capability very badly. There are a very large number of settings to have to replace if you could even remember them. Otherwise, it is very helpful. I use it several times in a day while listening to music in various settings. I have also used the time and Bluetooth activation, but I lost them and will have to remember how they were set up.

Pretty great! it allows you to adjust your volume by single percentages at a time. On my new pair of earbuds, the volume was either always way too loud or way too quiet with the default android volume controls, so this works perfectly for that. However, some times when you press the volume keys outside of the app, it sets the volume to maximum and blasts the hell out your ear drums. This is probably just due to a limitation of android though.

It's great, I never have ever wanted to boost volume, just have been wanting to control volume better, this does that and I'm so happy. Now I don't have to suffer with loud preset level jumps on my phone. Turns out level 1 is set to 24% equivalent of this app, so now I could turn it down to 1%. As a bonus this brings an high quality EQ and great automated settings. Oh Yah and it works with headsets and the sort. It has it's hiccups and jumps but it does it's job well.

Saved my phone. Before I found this I was on the verge of sending my phone back . The volume was too loud for safety and comfort. The music was either too soft to hear, or blast you into hearing loss. This app solved the problem. Unlike other volume limiters that just prevent you pushing the volume control past a certain limit. This app actually lowers the overall sound. It will only work it's magic with wired headphones. Before this app, I couldn't use any headphones.

Would be 5 stars except one small issue. For a brief second after hanging up a call, the bluetooth speaker blares. As I am on and off the phone all day while listening to music, I find the fine volume control to not work for that. However, it works great when I am listening in the kitchen with the family, so will be hanging onto the app for that purpose.

In trying to increase my volume. I tried 20 or more "boosters" none of them worked. This app exceeded my expectations. Not only did it increase my volume. the equalizer is phenomenal and the many in depth options included in the pro version allows adjustments that really fine tune and save settings for different music player apps and devices. Totally recommend this app.

I got some Bluetooth headphones that went from 0 to 100 between one notch of volume control. That's only a slight exaggeration. This app gives me six or seven notches in between. It's so essential to be able to set media to the right volume! Maybe cooler phones have more precise volume controls, but I have a Moto G6, so this app is a lifesaver! I was so happy to find this solution that I bought the pro version for $2.99. Plus, I don't want to be interrupted with ads just when I'm getting going.

The thing that I mostly use in this app would be the Volume Feature. It gives a percentage of the volume, making it easier to lower your volume to the lowest volume and listen to music in public (without earphones, I mean), without going through the struggle of manually doing it by using the phone's volume feature. I can se that the app provides more to the user, but I personally don't use it.

Seems like a very interesting app. A huge improvement over using Equalizer FX. My only gripe that's keeping me from paying is the fact that I can't import and export configurations. If I had the ability to, for example, switch to a new device and not have to manually set everything back up but rather import all my old settings and change a couple of things I would be more than happy to pay!

I downloaded the specifically for the ability to adjust the minimum volume on my phone. I use a Bluetooth speaker in bed at night and I like it being really quiet. The app says that the volume is at 6% where I want it to drop lower. Dropping it down to 2% does nothing. So it says it's doing something but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm using a Galaxy s24 ultra phone.

Absolutely amazing! If you love and listen to music on a wide variety of speakers or systems, this app is a dream come true. I can set EQ settings for a particular bluetooth speaker, and upon connecting it applies the presets for me. Works for volume too. Get the app and pay for Pro. You won't regret it! 🙂

If I could make a feature request, it would be variable granularity in the steps. My ideal curve would be to squash the lower third into three steps and so the rest of the steps could have more precision. The precision of 100 steps is nice in the mid range, but unnecessary at the bottom. A few presets and a way to make custom ones would be nice. I have more thoughts, like on the interface for this and possible presets, but space is limited here. Reach out if you'd like to hear them 🙂↕️

One of the paid features is automation. Doesn't work! I've set multiple times for the volume to change but nothing happens, the volume stays the same. I've noticed that with the recent update to Android that this app will not stay in the notification bar. If I clear notifications then it clears everything, some apps will see this and restart to place it back on the notification bar, that would be nice if this one would.

Everything works well and does what it's supposed to do. I am interested in a dark mode for the app though, as your website has one. I may have missed the button for it or something, but can't find anything anywhere about a dark mode.*EDIT* Hooray! A Dark Mode was added, thank you! This has been great for making my phone quiet enough to listen to at night.

Love it! I have a hearing impairment and need to rebalance the audio on my headphones (2.5x louder on one side) . Precise volume does it automatically when I connect my Bluetooth headset. It also has great customisation of other settings which I haven't used much. The app is stable and not draining by battery and it's NOT riddled with upsells, pop-ups or other annoyances. Many Thanks to the Devs!

Bought this app the other day. After using a Note 9 for 7 years and loving the Sound Assistant app, I needed something for my new Moto G Stylus 2025. This fits the bill--mostly. Maybe I just can't find it, but is there a way to have separate volumes for separate apps? When I'm playing games I like the volume low, with music I want it higher. But it all seems to fall under the category of "Media" volume. So I'm constantly needing to adjust. Hope it's a feature I just haven't found yet.

Great app though it requires patience with setup. Luckily the Dev made a faq you can go through online to get a hand holdy experience with most things. I use the app for more volume steps, lower total volume, independent volume changes per device (bluetooth headset) and automatic presets per app. Note: If you get the app setup to your satisfaction use the "Import/Export" option in the settings mode to save everything for later use. It'll save you trouble when you buy a new phone down the line.

I really like a lot of things about this one, love the one time payment they have going right now, my only gripe is that when I connect to a speaker over WiFi on Spotify when I have the volume button override on i can't control the volume through my phone anymore. but I think the volume button override is still in beta and does everything else real well so very happy with the purchase!

I can't believe I spent money on this. It only works when the screen is on and the phone is unlocked, even if the settings contradict this. It works somewhat fine otherwise. But even then, the volume can get jumpy at certain increments no matter how many calibration methods you use. The permissions it requires are also kinda scary. I might just try another app or deal with my phone's horrendous settings.
