Perfect breathing app. Free version is pretty good, but do yourself a favor and pay for the upgrade. I paid the 15 dollars for the lifetime upgrade. Being able to customize breaths is important for me, as I find my pace is often different from prepackaged exercises. There is a small learning curve for the customization, but it becomes intuitive relatively quickly. Great app. Get it. Start breathing.

I've had this app for years and still use it almost everyday. Great app over all, so great in fact that I purchased the guru! I would like the ability to add my own sound files (recorded voice, etc.) and have better volume controls. Also choosing different sounds for each part would be nice. You can "adjust" the tone but it would be better to have some different sounds. Very flexible and pretty intuitive. I use it every day.

This is the BEST meditation app/program I've ever used ! It provides the user with ability to adjust the length of time for each meditation. This is an excellent feature. It provides a variety of meditation scenarios, such as power, calm, clear mind, relax - even anti-appetite. It sends you friendly reminders before your scheduled meditation begins. It helps with anti-stress, anxiety reduction, focus, and improvement of breathing. You'll really love this app!!

My Favorite Breathing App The only things I can think of to improve is to allow more than 99 seconds for the fixed time. I would love to use this app to make structured training for my Wim Hof practice, but that is the only thing in the way. Another suggestion relating to WHM is to allow for a "Hold until button press" allowed in the custom sessions so we can do a test Other than that, it's an amazing app and I would recommend to anyone. I find the line so much more useful than breathing bubbles

I'll try to leave a better review later... long weekend.. we use this a lot, but in this case our brains are Green Jello...(Biafra)... , right no and we don't want to get up and out of the cars & got prompted to leave a review when I pulled it out joking that we might just need to use it just to get off our buts & up the stairs... however. Really really like it so far. They Tuned in the Ui and graphic assists for timing with audio cues are exceptionally highly massaged with isotronic style.

This app has been immensely helpful for maintaining my blood pressure without medication. During the pandemic, my blood pressure has become increasingly high due to stress and lack of regular exercise. I cannot say enough good things about how much regular use of these simple and quick breathing exercises have helped guide me back to myself, to physical and mental good health. Very easy to use and pleasant sounds. Highly recommend! (Consult your Dr if you have HBP/hypertension).

Gave it a 4 only because I'm only 3 day's in. Really like it so far. Two years in now. This is the only breath pacer that I have used consistently so I can't make comparisons but this one I know. This app is solid gold. The developers are right there when you need them. They listen to the users and make changes based on input. There is a User Wiki available that is comprehensive and regularly updated. Solid Gold.

I love what the app offers and I think its wonderful. Its worth paying for. The only snag is having to go to a separate site to download and reseaech different breathing exercises. It would be amazing if at least the links were all included on the app. This makes it harder to use for people who are not computer savy.

Intuitive, unobtrusive, and soothing. This app seems like it was developed with the goal of actually helping. The only constructive criticism I have is the exercises are named things like clear head, calming, relax, etc which all mean the same thing making it tough to know which you need. Nowhere near a serious problem but it could be made more specific. Great app. I will donate.

Very useful. I really like the flexibility in designing your own training programs. August 2022 update: This app has become an indispensable part of my lifestyle over the past five years. The guru version is of tremendous value if you want to customize your own programs. I have looked into other similar apps but I have not found one as useful and affordable as this one

Thank you for the free app! I'm severely disabled and can't breathe deeply without injury, but I can still do the patterns. It is astonishing what a little breathing can do in your life. I sit with Ukraine each day, and watch independent journalists reporting, to try and make sure I'm getting real information. As for the app feedback, the main thing would help is if I could control the volume of the app sounds, separate from overall media volume, so I can listen to an audiobook or a meditation.

I find this app so much more interesting tha other breathing pacers. The aesthetics are the best, and I enjoy the flexibility of customizing my practice. I really like the educational aspect as well. It assumes no prior knowledge and is great for beginners! Thank you for creating this product. Update: I have now bought the lifetime subscription to the Guru version and thoroughly enjoy it. I appreciate how many new trainings are available and new tracking and health testing options!

I like it. Its great for former smokers Update: I love it. I wound up buying the infinity version. I have recommended it to my loved ones. Infinity Guru even has the buteyko method and you can set reminders. You can do breathing exercise for energy, calm, relax, or to clear the mind and a lot more. I did keep the free version for quite a few months before buying the infinity version but I should have bought it sooner, I just did not realize how much more you get with the paid version and it's really not so expensive. It has many languages to choose from, even Finnish so to try it for free is not an issue for those non-English speakers.

So far this seems excellent. Huge library of instantly importable exercises, all totally customizable. I have been able to increase my HRV, and decrease HR and breath rate, in a very short time, after a lifetime of bad habits. Zero glitches so far - been using for about a month. ~~~ UPDATE January 2023 Been using this app for five months now. It is excellent. Zero problems, ever. Super user friendly, super customizable, huge inventory of exercises (far more than anyone would ever need).

The Prana Breath app is very well thought out and the colors are perfect. There is some things about the app that are confusing but I believe will get easier as the app is used more often. I love that I can make my own meditation breathing set and tweak it to match my breathing pattern and durations. 👍🏻🙏🧘‍♀️❤️

The app is a gem & completely underrated. The creators of the app aproached it just right: with elegant minimalism and full health benefits in mind. I'm very happy with this app! It makes me feel good, it helps me with my anxiety. The interface is so simple and yet inviting, and the sounds are so pleasing to the ear, that i look forward to using this app. I'm considering buying a premium version not because i need to or have to , but as a genuine desire to express my appreciation to developers.

This app is just Awesome, it's prefect with it timed intervals , which can be customized to your needs. At this time I'm using the free version and would take into consideration to purchase, if only the play and pause bottoms were larger, I don't use my glasses when I practice because they are uncomfortable, if only they were more conspicuous.

The graphics are supportive and definite. They engage my mind but don't detract or distract. Sound option (simple calm chime) if you want to do the practice without a visual. I find an enormous improvement in my daily breathing and notice my body beginning to default to my breath work throughout the day especially in moments of tension. No other attempt to develop this skill had worked. Through using this app I have developed a more regular breathing practice. And a a stronger peace of mind

This app more than well worth the one time payment to support the developers. It took a little bit of digging to find that there's a wealth of additional content, updated every so often, at no extra cost. I love this app so much. It really stands out as one of a kind. Highly customizable, intuitive with a beautiful user experience.

Extremely impressed. A huge chunk of time had to go into building this app; it has an endless amount of features including a vast library of various pranayama techniques by which to choose from as-is or you can edit them. All of the pranayama styles are directly linked to Wikipedia by means of being directly associated with this particular app. It trains, teaches, keeps track of all your practice sessions, and has an abundance of customization options. HIGHLY recommend. Worth the cost to upgrade
