i love the game because theres a lot of choices what to play it makes me busy, however im having difficulty to search friends i already invited to play who already have downloaded it. no clear instruction how to send free gift to friends and how to confirm invite for other players

i purchased today feb. 4. the 799 bundle . but its not credited to my account. i emailed the support but it says the support is closed. wht will happen now. thia is really annoying due to its repeated occurences . not only once but this has been the 6th time. can anyone explain why?

I referred a friends and I live in a suite so we all use the same Wi-Fi so who ever downloaded the game on the same Wi-Fi I got locked out of my account and I didn't get my 600 chips for referring my friends to the game. I emailed them and never received a response.. Liked the game now I am mad at it..

I really like to spread it you some of the bingo games especially one where you play six cards I can't think of the name of it right now but anyway it's much fun I get excited when I'm trying to get the numbers only one was in plan for a few days but only one was but that's okay I'm still excited about it and will continue to play it every chance I get.

This is by far my favorite game. It can keep me entertained for hours. So far the only thing I think could be improved is the amount of free chips and greens, maybe adding a way to earn them , especially the greens they run out so fast. Thank you for the great game!

Don't waste your time and money with this app This game app is not that great at all specially with my exp. I made a purchase and my money was deducted but the items that I have purchased for is none.. be mindful as well of installing this game app.. explain to me and if it's developer's fault etc.. refund my payment and keep your chips.. I haven't got anything from my purchased. Chat support is no use as well. Tried messaging the Tru the app email/chat support. Done that but still no response..

I really like the game, especially the Jeri. The game is good, BUT the PRAIA is UNGENEROUS on giving free chips. What is 200 chips a day. You can only play it for just few minutes.. ..and let the PLAYERS always be careful to play the FLORIDA BINGO, it used to steal most of their given chips, especially your green, without having play with it.... and the PRAIA don't like you to play longer ...The BINGO GAMES are perfect. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS LACK OF FREE CHIPS. THEY ARE STINGY & UNGENEROUS.

Times for collecting coins varies in excess of 24 hours. This is annoying as we waste data having to reconnect everytime.sometimes during play it will just disconnect and then I loose my credits on the game.

From 3stars to 1star. Now this app should be uninstalled. I'm a TOPAZ VIP member but since your customer support was not that friendly even though I gave my explanation plus the evidence of my purchase, this was the response I've got after 2 followups. Update If you play this be careful cuz I played in a room and got a full house a couple times but the first time it didn't pay out the right amount of greens and the 2nd time I didn't get my payout for the full house. Contacted support and of course they do what they do is lie to a person and said I did receive it but not. I also played in another room got 3 rebingos only payed out 2. So I got ripped off 1620 coins and greens. Contacted support@praiabingo and of course no help

Doesn't give any other options. So, I have my mum's email account on my phone cause she's not majorly tech savvy, so I keep an eye on her account. And she sent me a link to download this game so she can get 500 coins. But it is saying that her account is recognised and asks me to sign in to her account and give me NO OTHER OPTION to use a different account or anything so right now, it's useless

Sorry THEN they totally ban you all together - they suck! They steal credits u buy back from u and since I don't run their software u can't prove it and regular screenshots aren't enough. Save ur $$$$. I did contact support there multiple times but my screen shots were not adequate and I had multiple......they said they must be more accurate. I don't what was missing....they were screen shots and showed the negative balance and chips etc removing as they took them to fill in the negative balance

I was really happy with the game not until I experienced the same thing from other players with purchses. I made a purchase two nights ago, did not receive credits. I was deducted but nothing has been credited to my account. I emailed your spupport twice but did not get any response!!!

I have played this site for a long time but I'm here to tell you that something has changed. There is no winning on this site anymore. I run out of credits, purchase more, run out again in nothing flat. I think the problem is the amount of chips it takes to get bonus balls and then it doesn't pay off. I don't mind spending small amounts to support a game I play every day but this is more like throwing it down a rathole.

I use to like this game but since it has changed, this is not the greatest game to play...You can never get ahead as far as winning...You have to always wait on the bonuses if you want to play bcuz they never allow you to win (12/24 hrs is rediculous)...I like it but as a bingo player, you get tired of waiting for coins... I'm going to be deleting it after I use the little coin that I begged friends for.p... GOOD LUCK P.S. KM Been at 78 for years, why I got 2 watch video be4 collecting my bonus

I wish the bonus chips/free chips that can be collected at timed intervals were a bit more generous than they currently are and not spaced as far apart timewise as they are. Love how many games you have to choose from though, and at least you have a chance to win games, while other apps seem to have winners long before you can even think you're going to win.

I am so not liking this game anymore, not winning at any of their games! They really went down hill, used to be fun, but never win, how fun is that! Why does this game freeze in the middle of a game. Nothing wrong with provider. Then can't get back on in the last few minutes of tourney. Good cards I was playing now gone. 😒
