Please update the app as soon as possible. I have made a transaction and it was successful but I am unable to see the past transactions. Also after re login there is no way to see that I made a transaction today. Then I need to manually submit the amount to post office because by doing that I get a hard copy of slip. Please update.

Their banking and insurance schemes are not bad, but seems like they neglected their main job i.e., postal service. Letters/parcels are always delayed, tampered, broken or lost. Home delivery is not available, we have to collect either from the post office or someone's house. This app won't let me track the consignment, the only thing that shown are time, date and where the booking was made, no current status. Normal courrier service takes 4/5 days to delivered, it takes 2/3 weeks via speed post

Although department of post is trying to update technologically but before rolling out mobile apps and other features they should first work on their core system of tracking consignments and think about get more advanced. I am not against technological growth but it's just get the basics right first.

after the last update...the pincode has alse been maintained on online basis. its ridiculous to enter pincode and then the district and then go through the idiotic captcha. Atleast the pincode search could be made offline. make additional files for adding the pincodes so that we can use this app anywhere even without net connectivity. make this happen and i would give 5 star back. all the updates are worse than before.

The app is not working. Postage calculator module is asking to enter the captcha again and again everytime I click on Get price button. Also the feedback form is not working where I tried to submit this issue. Look into these bugs. Moreover check if all the modules are also working or not in this application. Or you guys just developed and delivered something without testing it.

Worst app for tracking. It doesn't show any kind of information. Would definitely not recommend it to people. I have been searching to track my parcel, but it says that 'unable to find your consignment details, try again later' EVERYTIME. If you people can't help us by giving us the details, then I feel such an option should never be there.

Horrible experience! Just downloaded the app.... It's not even opening... I have tried to open the app a several times but it just didn't open! I kept it open for more than 10 minutes! But it didn't work! Or I couldn't even see the first page! Disgusting! Gonna uninstall right now!

Need to improve the app. 1) By default, app is not opening. I have installed it and able to open it in the evening. Looks like there is an issue while starting the app. 2) If tried to login registration, the data automatically clearing itself after added few details. 3) Make sure all functions working properly. Try to update the app by resolving the issues. Many users willing to use this app.

Version 3.3.2 it's very laggy and slow, loved that old app version, nothing actually improved yet another useless update pushed, offline pincode search was a very useful feature, it's omitted, constantly asking for location permission, but doesn't even show the postoffice/pincode information, made an useful app total useless by update

recommendation, needs to be implemented: This app needs to have a service like united states postal service where people can create a speed post, registered post label and pay for it online. once the label is generated, they can stick it on their envelope and put it in the letter box, from where the letter can go in speed post. it would be easy and would enable people to use it even after the office hours.

This really is one of the finest app available to get details abt post office related issues. There can be some more improvements like keeping an option of TRACKING HISTORY, so that we don't have to enter the consignment details everytime we are tracking the same consignment. This can save a lot of time. I hope to see this updated feature soon. Cheers and keep up the good work..

Services are bad no matter how good the app is. Articles are delivered on wrong address. Sender doesn't verify with the receiver and handover items blindly.

There is no option to raise complaints. Tracking updates are too delay....2 to 3 days no updates while tracking.No contacts option available. if you really wants to improve then you should to follow proactive approaches and work on feedbacks. Your postman never tried to contact addresee while delivery attempts. 1 rating out of 10 as compare to other shipping provider's.

There are a lots of single star rating about this app. But it works very smooth and good upon my device maybe due to system compatibility (Android 14) and good network. I am using it from 4 days and didn't stuck anywhere and having no ads 🫡. So five stars 🤩

Out for delivery, there is no postman delivery number while out for delivery in the website, please try to give the delivery guy number when the article is out for delivery. Useless idiots, for a compliant, tracking number is enough, there is no basic sense in this post office, there are no regular updates of tracking too.

Insurance calculator is not working properly the amount entered in figures is not showing in words below it Because of that I have to recount the amount and need to double check what I entered Example i entered 100000 Or 1000000 for this I need to count and confirm myself it's very annoying to count again and again

New update issue : The postage calculator is now become more complicated and time consuming. EMO calculator just disappeared. Earlier version was easy to use for all age groups. After the update the app takes more time to load from one screen to another. Earlier, the app was able to perform in low data speed, but the current version not seems to be like it. Postage calculating time annoys customer because of its long waiting time compared to earlier.

It's a half-baked app. Most of the options don't even work. An important feature like article tracking doesn't work on this app but some features like premium calculator work. I think this app has been made keeping premium calculation in mind.

Not able to use app on my device (OnePlus 7). After launching app it gets stuck on splash screen only, never proceed ahead. Tried multiple times by reinstalling the app. Also having better connectivity as well. Then too facing same issue and looks like it is device specific as I am able to install and use it on my another android device. Please fix this ASAP.

The older version of this app used to have a facility to save a screenshot of the tracked parcel/letter. After this update, that facility has been removed. Also the tracking data itself is faulty. Can't exit directly from the app especially after the last update. Ap has gone from bad to worse. Don't even feel like giving 1 star. It only redirects to India Post site. What a sick joke.
