Horrible app for buying and selling. As a seller the app always stops responding when I'm trying to list an item. It crops all my pictures, then I have to go back and fix them all so you can see the whole item. As a buyer, I put what I'm looking for in the search bar, but the results hardly ever come back with what I was actually looking for.

It was good at first, but then all my listings disappeared. I contacted for help with nothing. And now I can't even list anything anymore. All it's says is "We can't currently perform your request. Please reach out to poshmark support for assistance." I've reached out twice with no response now. If they fixed the glitching and the listing problems it'd be a good app.

I have a request and a suggestion based on my user experience. Every other used clothing app and Marketplace offers the ability to filter products by used and new items. It's difficult to filter out the fake & replicated up vintage items from the real true vintage items on Poshmark because. The only two filter options are "new w/ tags" and "all condition". I request that we have at minimum the ability to filter everything by at least a used filter. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Used to love this app but lately it's been glitchy as heck. Will randomly freeze up after I've painstakingly typed out the majority of my listing which forces me to start over again from scratch because the app has no way of auto saving drafts periodically. The crop feature LAGS so hard. I cannot edit any photos without it lagging and crashing. Please fix this! It's really frustrating. Hard to justify the high seller fees when the app barely functions. :(

High fees, high shipping, and now the app won't let me go to the folders on my phone where I keep the photos for my listings. So, now I can't list anything... It shows some kind of cloud photos with limited folders and a link to work folders but admin is blocked (this doesn't even make any sense)... I think I'm done with Poshmark

Love buying & selling but this app has gotten less user friendly. It is always glitching & you have to try multiple times to select photos for a listing. Something that should be very quick & easy takes forever because it often crashes while trying to post pictures for a listing. At least they fixed the cropping feature though. That used to be the most frustrating thing. Now it is just super hard to post an item to sell

I had the Poshmark app and deleted it, because it was simply frustrating to use. I prefer to list on my desktop anyway, so I have a large screen and can make sure all of the photos of my item look nice. Recently, the Poshmark website has forced me to download the app to be able to sell online. I wont be using the app, but yay thanks for making me add it to my phone. I see what you did there!

This is a great platform for buying and selling. As a seller, I really appreciate the paperwork they can generate for me, like a list of all my inventory, my sales, and tax forms. My only real issue is the shipping charge of $7.97 for EVERYTHING - like a piece of costume jewelry that you want to list for like $15 but with an $8 + tax, you're basically asking someone to pay $25, so I mainly list purses and shoes and some clothing items. I'd love to list the hundreds of jewelry pieces, but can't!

There is both positive and negative weighing the same amount. Not being able to contact customer support via phone or chat is alienating . Having to wait 24 hours for an email response is not sufficient. Listing is easy & payment is superb. The overall setup is genius. They offer many options for sellers to increase their business. Poshmark is #1 in the preowned fashion market. You can find electronics, home decor, kids and pet supplies. Their prepaid shipping labels are helpful!

I have used this app for years now and things have been fine. However, this latest update has been causing me issues. My listings have an odd gap space between the price/size section and the interaction buttons. And now, the ability to list/share photos from my device's camera gallery has been taken away and I can only use Google Drive now, which is very limited. I've just written to Poshmark Support, but am doubtful as many people have been dealing with no responses.

I love this app, easy to use and lots of items. I love the offer options. One star removed only for the fact that there are no refunds OR repercussions for sellers that send dirty, incorrectly listed items. Out of the probably 100s of items I've ordered, this has only happened once, and when I emailed support and gave the seller 1 star, I never heard anything back. The item had a stain that wasn't in the pictures, TONS of animal hair, and was a youth size, when it was listed as mens.

I'm a constant user/buyer on Poshmark. However, since the app has been "updated" this year, 2024, there have been issues. The major negative issue I experience consistently every time I use Poshmark now is that it doesn't bookmark where I've been. For instance, I'll go through my list of offers or messages, and after I finish going into the line item instead of bringing me back to where I was on the list, I'm taken back to the top. It's such a waste of time & energy. Not to mention frustrating.

Overpriced clothes!! Everyone is selling used clothes at a 10-20% mark down from the original (NEW ON THE SHELF) price tag. I can go on Amazon and buy the same thing for cheap especially with FREE shipping. You might find a good deal here or there but once you add the $7+ shipping its already up to the price of a brand new item. Ridiculous! The only people raving about this app in the reviews are the sellers. Only thing they complain about is app issues

Love the Poshmark app. It's where I sell all my old and some new clothes, shoes, home items and more. Super easy to operate and use. I recommend it to all I see trying to get rid of a lot of items. It's like an online garage sale. You and others can make offers on items, and shipping is really fast. Buy, sell or trade. Great app from my personal experience.

This is the only way to get someone's attention. The desktop site on my Mac has stopped working as of the last month or so. I have to work with both mobile and desktop. It is so frustrating that the pages just refuse to load. The pages time out. I have tried clearing cache. No idea. Still NOT working. Have emailed. Response is "we are aware".

This company is absolutely terrible. I used it once time several years ago and now they send me emails like six times a day and when you try to turn them off it forces you to download the app, but after you uninstall the app they turn the emails back on. I wish i never used their service and would never recommend it to anyone else under any circumstances.

I've used this app as both a buyer and seller for years. The most annoying issue for me is that there is no way to block seeing listings from a particular seller. With the rise of drop shipping there are plenty of closets that are full of THOUSANDS of repeated cheap stock image items. Blocking does absolutely nothing. The only condition filter available is 'new with tags' which is inconvenient as a vintage shopper and also doesn't provide a way to filter out the drop shipping garbage.

Opaque practices, cancels orders without notification, requires ID but there's no clear indication of how and what's being done with it. Very disappointed as a first time customer. Getting support is almost impossible. Garbage app with garbage support. I've never dealt with a marketplace like this. Impossible to get help or a clear answer from support.

I almost want to rate 2 stars, but I've found some good items for a good price on here over the years. The problem is that 50% of the time, the item you purchased will go unfulfilled for a week before you can get a refund. So it's a toss up, sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you don't. There's ads 6 months to a year old that never get taken down.If there was a way to rate the ones that cancel the order on you after waiting for it then I'll give another star. WAY 2 many alert settings

This app has had several updates and def still needs lots of work. During a Live show, if you look at items in a try and hit the "back/previous" button it'll send you to your news feed rather than bringing you back to the tray. Annoying. Also, when you are pulling items into your tray for a show, if you want to change the order of items in the tray you have to delete items. Wish you could just select and drag to reorder.
