I booked an order through app for which I paid rupees 1664 and lost adaptor of one plus phone (only 6 months old) that costs rs 2000. Data cable is there but adaptor is missing. I called driver he plainly denied. Even the customer care team just said sorry. This is something really bad, we are putting trust and getting disappointments. Pathetic service! Won't recommend at all.

It seems sometimes that the porter app is regressing away from features that actually help the users. In one update they finally added the option to choose whether the location opened in the app is the drop or the pickup location. Next time update, boom, it's gone (why?). One day I'll understand these weird decision by the project management. Today is not that day. The service itself is great

The service we received was terrible. The vendors assigned behaved harshly with us and were really rude. They were not even ready to take smallest of items which were not added in the app. They threw our items here and there. They even didn't pack the items properly, leading to spillage of oil and few other items. Co-ordinating with them was ardous and tiring. Would have loved to give no star if there was an option to do so.

I've been using porter for almost 1 to 2 years maybe , booked close to 1000 orders for our business. Everything is good but from the last few days I've been seeing a big surge on pricing. For example now I booked a uber package at 55 and the same on porter shows 117. That's for a distance of 3.2 kms. Not just this all the rides have additional surge prices from last few days

1. Apart from the field for GPS, there should be a separate fields for writing the address details further like Wing, flat No. Building name, landmark etc. 2. Gps picks up any random address even though I put it at the building. Both of these make it difficult for the rider to locate the place correctly leading to multiple calls from them. Kindly ask your IT team to fix this. Uninstalling and re-installing the app and re-entering the address doesn't help.

Had the worst experience using porter to send documents. The document got picked up more than a week ago and it's still not delivered. The send some spam messages daily saying they attempted delivery, but no one has contacted from porter. Escalated issue with service team for 4 times now, still no response. At this point, I just want my docs returned to me...!!!!You guys should understand the seriousness of people using you service to send across documents.

I am sharing my experience with the porter, today I booked for the 2nd time, and at the time of booking he was telling fair/price as 6338/-, but after completing delivery his charge automatically got changed form 6338/- to 6747/- . Because of this I need to pay extra, and this thing is wrong very wrong that you first show some other price and then increase it after delivery. It's very disappointing 😔

I have had a worst experience with Porter. First my parcel was not delivered for 5 days when expected delivery time was 3 days. I reached out to the customer service 10 times, but all they told was it was out for delivery. The receiver did not receive any call for delivery. The next time I check my parcel was in return status. I clearly asked them to stop my return and they assured me that its stopped. Now I get to know its back to the source. Now they say we do not have refund policy. Scammed.

Worst service. Using Porter app first time Person takes 30 minutes to recieve at pickup location just 5 minutes run from there location. He takes 45 minutes to deliver at location that just 10 minutes away. When I cal to him says he take long route due to traffic Police are standing on the way and he didn't have complete documents. I cal to customer care he also don't bother about time taken. They says Person is on the way and will deliver order. They didn't care about anything.

Horrible services, my parcel was not delivered.. customer service is useless they only call and do nothing. Useless porter service better shut it down if you cannot provide services properly. Kindly request people not to trust this platform it's a fraud. No updates i had to figure out where my parcel is and had to pick it up by myself. No updates on the app nothing. Worst app and worst customer support.

Good option if you want to move few items between locations. Works out better than any other delivery service. I wish there was credit card option where we could add our card details beforehand. that way, the driver does not have to wait for the payment

Very poor login experience . The app assumes i am a new customer everytime i open the app, and then promptly stops the login by telling me the email is already registered. Very very rookie tech .clearly making me switch to someone else after having worked hard to get me on board

WORST Application ever. I used this app to deliver one small letter to another city and it took 3 weeks, giving fake dilevery attempts and giving reasons that receiver is not available whereas no attempts were made. After 3 weeks of delay it showed the parcel is returning to sender. I haven't still received the parcel yet. I have lost my one n only letter who I was supposed to send for a friend. Their customer care service is pathetic too, they give call whenever they fell like. DON'T USE THIS.

DISGUSTING service...I had submitted 18 large items in my list to be moved to a certain place...however all they sent me was a small pickup truck...and were very argumentative when I asked for a different pickup truck ! And when I asked a refund for my booking money..they simply said that there was NO BOOKING from my number !! The AUDACITY !! This is ATROCIOUS service from PORTER !

Used to be a great service once, now the filthiest service I've ever seen anywhere. Booked vehicle with a helper, helper didn't come. Contacted customer service (requested for English), 5 staff cut the call when I couldn't speak in Hindi. No "cancel" support in app, so driver left with some of my things, and I had to pay full plus extra 1 hour waiting charges (during customer service calls). Next time I'd rather throw my things out than booking here.

It was the worst experience I've had. First, the item was picked up 2 days late. Then when kt reached Delhi they said the pin code is wrong(it was not) And now their app shows the item has been returned, it was never returned and my money was not refunded. If you call them, the say they'll call in in 24-48 hours and when they do they mute themselves or cut the call. And now I'm stuck in this cycle. Anyone here who can assist me, in anyway, to get my items back that PORTER has stolen.

Very bad experience...😡😡I booked porter many times and every time they charged extra their driver partner went somewhere else and said mam your location is showing different ....so you have to charge extra....I think this is the trick to charge extra to their clients pathatic idea....and also their customer care are super... without solving the problem they msged that your problem is solved 😀😃

Worst experience ever. Even if you pin the drop location from the map, on confirmation of booking it will show the rider that the drop location is just nearby within 100m to pickup location & then you will not be having any option to change the drop location. Then if you call customer care they will tell you to "tap on add multiple stop and ask rider to go to the location". But on tapping it you will not be able to add any stop and fair will doubled & you will have to pay to rider cz you booked.

This review is purely for 2-wheeler service. The driver in 2-wheeler category are absolutely pathetic. There were three instances before where the driver partner were at their absolute worst in terms of providing services. This was my fourth instance, which finally made me write a negative review for the app. The drivers have their own way of working, most of them. They don't care about the time, product and quick service. They're unreliable. Please opt for swiggy Genie or other apps.

We booked courier service from Porter. Horrible experience! Although we had added the package size in the app, they were sending two wheelers for pick-up. This happened 2 times before they were able to send a 3 wheeler which could fit the package. Additionally, they cancelled the order without informing and now the package is lying in their hub without any resolution. Plus there is no number where you can talk and get issues resolved immediately, always a callback. Bit more than they can chew!
