I just started flying with Porter , and now it's my favorite airline ,custom service. It is just fabulous.i am flying out on Sunday and looking forward to it.. Thank you, Porter keep up the great work ..

past flight with porter encouraged me to book again. signed up and made an account. looking forward to traveling more with Porter. App works well, except needs to be able to book flights.

Useless. You cannot book flights here. Everything you need by Porter you can do it much better on their website. Waist of time. I meant the app only, the company is okay btw

I'm surprised at how poorly this app functions. Crashes frequently. Won't recognize my password even after multiple resets.

Screen shot your boarding passes!!! This app will let you down every time. If you're boarding pass is actually available on the app, it's going to take anywhere from a full minute to an hour and a half to load. Sitting at YTZ for over 90 minutes and no boarding pass, 5g full bars. Rebooted phone, closed the app and retried at least 12 times.....and I thought the AC app sucked....

Not enough space for all issues. Price appears decent, but it could be free if u can't book it. Make a good add. "FLY PORTER FREE IF U CAN BOOK WITH US"

porter is a rip off. the flights are ridiculously expensive already and they charged me $53 for a carry on. can't even choose a seat 24 hours before when checking in. customer service calls you back 5 hours after you call. not satisfied with this experience with Porter.

Con: At end of check-in, got many messages saying app not responding. Also no way to get printable boarding passes by email. Feedback provided on Porter web site. Pro: On-board WiFi is great!

I can't even compare these guys to any other option available in Canada; they're miles ahead of the competition-from efficient check-in and baggage drop off to clean planes and considerate, helpful staff. My flights also left on schedule, which is a nice change from the others airlines I've flown. Porter will now be my go-to and I'll keep my fingers crossed that one day they'll expand their flights into the UK or mainland Europe.

What a waste of battery drain having this app. I have entered my email & Password, I have entered my viporter number, have resent the password to entered my email & Password, I have entered my viporter number: I get everything from "Email/viporter number is incorrect" to "app is offline" error messages. Why tell people they need this app to log in and use the internet on flights when you will not allow them to log in? What a waste of time

Porter could not find my reservation number on their system, westjet found it easily for the second part of my trip with the same confirmation number. Tried phoning porter for assistance their system is very bad about getting you through to a live person unless you have booked directly with them, goc bookings tell you to talk to your travel agent, after multiple tries got a live person who could not help, passed me on to reservations, which asked many times to leave a call back number...1 hr+

This is one of the slowest apps I have experienced in my life. Today I had to wait literally 15 min for it to load my boarding passes. AND, when it finally loaded them, the QR code was bad and not readable by the Toronto airport security. I had to go and print the paper passes

This app freezes every time I need to make a change to my flight like seat selection ... Terrible app. Also, porter didn't give me an email confirmation of the change I made to my flight, (which I ended up going to their website to do. Their website is also not stable). There is no option to send the flight information to another person or yourself in the app! How can this app have such a high rating???? I only see one star reviews!

As long as I can find a flight to wherever I am flying to, I'd stick to Porter. I've already told all my friends & relatives to take Porter before even considering other airlines most specifically AC, UA, Air Trans & Flair. Porter staff is at Billy Bishop are great...very engaging, friendly & helpful. Can't say the same for those assigned at LBPIA...who are not friendly, mostly not helpful & would rather snub you instead of answering your queries.

App is incredibly slow. I much prefer a paper boarding pass because opening a digital boarding pass is stressful and can take multiple minutes. Once you check-in, the app seems more confusing and harder to use. Avoid using if you can.

Not user friendly, cannot stream or get online after following all the instructions numerous times and still no streaming or wifi available, both sides of the roundtrip flight we couldn't access the Internet. You kinda have to do it before takeoff & it takes a hat entire wait time before take off to even remotely log on after creating a profile & passwords. We decided to take a nap instead, but disappointed.

Works well and I can easily check into my flights. The simple visual design is appreciated. The extra baggage info during check-in on the app is missing and could be included (Sporting equipment, special equipment, travelling with pets, etc.). Even a link to the website info would be appreciated.
