Spent ages sorting pictures and then uploading which was very easy and it all looked very good until I tried to pay for it. After inputting my address four times it refused to save the address. I tried saving it in my profile and saving it to saved addresses still wouldn't do it. So after trying for almost 30mins I gave up and tried to delete my account. And now that an impossible think to achieve. Hit delete account and it sends me to a customer services email which is also useless. Delete my a

Don't waste your money. There are much more reliable services available. This company's customer service is rubbish. I paid extra to get my order by a specific date, which was my daughter's birthday. The photo book did not arrive, and their customer service just says delivery 'arrive by' dates are "estimates", and they cannot refund my extra postage payment. I was fobbed off out of the chat by the agent saying they would escalate, and I never heard back.

Its a nice app but if you dont get your pictures just right in the format you get a picture ack with the heads cut off. Ive had this done twice now, but i love my books...other than my picks having the heads missing its a really good app to have...thx for working to fix my problem...wish they could do an autocorrect so pictures come out perfect

The app is awesome. It is so easy to use. I was able to create a Christmas book from our early family Christmas this year. The ability to move the pictures around, change their places, crop them, add pages...I could go on and on. It was a great experience. I'll come back once I receive the books and share about the quality.

I would give 5 stars if I weren't for the editing issues with your program and because I only received 1 photo book when I ordered and bought 2 photo books. Still waiting wondering If I'll ever get the other one ? I did like ease of use if i didn't have the issues in editing. I did like the book I did receive. Pictures turned out great. Please fix these issues asap. More importantly, I'm still missing my photo book. Where is it?

Well, it wasn't as quick as promised. If I didn't proof the pages, I would've had half head pics. I rearranged some pages & hopefully turns out awesome for the price of 3 books ordered. More background options would be nice & able to add text to pages. Can't wait to see results when I receive my order- I'm hoping it's a 5 star! 😊

Horrible experience with this app. Totally worthless. Trying to create a photo book took 3 hours without success. Moving photos is complicated at best. Changing anything is difficult. Trying to create collage pages are difficult to get desired results. The app crops photos in an illogical format. I Uninstaller it from my device however I keep getting reminders to finish my book!

i am not a technical person, for me this app was easy to follow and i didn't have any problems choosing the photos i wanted..it was easy to change the layout or even a picture from one page location to another...really easy, made my experience simple even easy to edit.. it really is a pleasure to use this accessible app. Bravo easy as 1,2,3...g

This app really made my experience easier in making photo books. The AI caption was a great option to have to enhance the pictures. Even though I did not always use it, I did find it useful. I would recommend this app to others. I didn't like that it couldn't allow me to add another book at check out when reviewing my order. That would be a great option to add.

Listen up people!! This company provided excellent quality!!!! I seriously just received my book and it's perfect! I cried and cried!!! It was incredibly easy to make!!. It came in a timely fashion!! The images are clear. And based on the meaningful memories I wanted capture the price was fair and a 40% coupon helped!! I can't wait to order another one next year to capture next year Camp experience!!

EDIT: UI is great. A few functions were hard to find e.g. being able to add photos you haven't used/select additional photos before adding it to your book. Great function but took a while to stumble onto it. I wasn't fully happy with print quality though. Photo seemed a bit grainy even though UI says 10/10. Am going to try a larger print book to see how that goes. Supports foreign text. REALLY want a desktop version though. Don't have a tablet and rather be able to use my laptop.

Great app! So much easier than any other and you don't have to wait forever for pics to load. Also you get to choose from your own folders, not just all pictures lumped together like those other apps. Scrolling through 1500 pics... Not fun. Popsa So easy, so fast. I just wish you could change the sizes on each page instead of having to keep moving pics around over and over to fit the right shape of picture, not the other way around! Like to be able to edit cover the same time as the other pages.

The products are great, the experience is frustrating. Google Photos integration is slow, and stops working during larger projects due to quota issues - try again the next day. I wish there was a way to create a fast-to-access "pool" of photos, which you can quickly drag into the book. As it stands, if the default order is not what you want, frustration is ahead to reorder them and ensure you don't lose any of the photos you wanted to include.

Just ordered my 3rd photo book!! I love this app/ company so much! The app is super user friendly, shipping is quick,, and the photobook quality is AMAZING. My only suggestion would be to add a sort feature? When I load my photos into the app it drops them in by most recent first. I have to drag and drop each page manually to make it go the other way lol It was no biggie but would love a sort button ☺

Comparison review. First spent hours working on a calendar in Shutterfly. Popsa only allows 37 photos & they insert in the order and configuration they want. You can change the choice of photo but not the configuration. I wanted 4 to a page, ALL on facing page, and it wouldn't allow that.Check each photo's placement as 3 photos were set to lop off part of someone's head & had to be resized or moved. Allowed me to switch to Italian. Shutterfly allows 54 pic, but no language change/English

Super easy to use. Easy to crop and put photos in order. The only thing I would change is to give us the ability to drag photos to different pages. To replace a photo, you have to go back to all your photos and look through them all again to find the photo you want. I did a chronological book of photos for my son and his wife of all their travels and their wedding before they have their first baby this spring. It was a lot of photos. Being able to drag would have really helped.

I ordered birth announcements using professional pics we had done. They came out great and I got them quickly. HOWEVER, I ordered a photo album and am no where near as impressed. I thought it was supposed to be quick and easy but it wasn't. I know for certain that none of the pictures I added were dark but in the book, there are a lot of dark pictures. The very first 2 pages have a huge ink smear right down the middle of the page. The picture quality just wasn't good. Most of them were fuzzy.

I am so not tech savvy but after reading the pros and cons everyone experienced I decided, I'll give it a try. I have to say that it was really easy. I read how to delete and move pictures to change the order, also to pick pictures that cropping wouldn't be an issue. I ordered 2 books. It was so easy I'm almost afraid it might have been too easy and I'll be disappointed when I get them, but I have faith. So for all you seniors out there like me, don't be afraid of this app. Try it!

So far so good. I was able to make 20 + page photo book in less than an hour with all my pictures from our time in "quarantine". It was one of the easiest photo apps I've used and I'm super picky about these things usually I don't like the layouts or I don't like the system because it's too complicated/has too many steps. This was pretty easy. I'llwill wait and see about the quality of the book before I give it five stars.
